Super i pyszne jedzenie

La struttura si trova in una stradina privata, cosa molto apprezzata perché lontana dal caos. L’albergo è molto bello e ben arredato. La colazione è il punto forte. Le camere sono bellissime ben pulite e con tutti i comfort. La cosa che più abbiamo apprezzato è stato il materasso e i cuscini, di una comodità incredibile. Infine lo staff davvero gentile e disponibile. Zona central. Lo consiglio molto!

Una sera in camera è entrata una puzza terribile di fogna, che è durata per tutta la notte. È stato davvero spiacevole e sgradevole.

Great location. Modern with good facilities. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Depending on what side of the hotel you’re on, you may hear the bass from the bars right near the hotel. Staff moved us to the opposite side the next night, which was great.

I would sincerely like to thank every member of the team without exception — they were truly outstanding. ● Cleanliness: The hotel, rooms, corridors, and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Beautiful property with very helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean .

I loved the room service and the food and drinks. Both were exceptional.

I wish the pool was bigger and there was a special compartment for luggage in the room. It felt like my laugh as was just floating in the room which I didn’t love

If you’re in Bangkok for a good time, this hotel is perfect. Great location to Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy and countless bars and restaurants. The Skyrail station is just around the corner so visiting the big shopping complexes and the rest of the city is a breeze.

Location & Noodle soup station for breakfast

The toilet/bidet was not functioning properly. Would try to close while on it and did not spray. They sent someone twice to have a look, and we still couldn’t get it to work after “the lesson”. We didn’t have any issues operating Japanese toilets our last two weeks. 🤷‍♀️

Location is perfect, easy walking distance to many places, staff are attentive and very helpful. Fantastic value for money. Rooms are clean and well serviced by the housekeeping.

The in room dining is expensive so we ordered via GRAB online instead.

I was quite stressed upon arrival. When I opened the curtains, I found bird droppings and full black stains on windows, which created a very poor first impression. The next day was even more disappointing. I left the hotel at around 9:00 AM and returned at approximately 4:30 PM, but my room still had not been cleaned. I had to contact housekeeping and leave the room for another 30 minutes while they cleaned it. Overall, the room cleanliness did not meet the bas standard.

Het was een fijn rustig hotel. Heel lekker ontbijt. Goede ligging voor publiek transport.

Het ligt vlak langs het red light district. Iets minder prettig als je telkens door die drukte moet. Als je eenmaal op het terrein van het hotel bent, merk je daar niet veel meer van. Spijtig dat ze geen rooftop bar hebben. Kamers zijn compact.

The staff was so kind and always helpful. Special thanks to Art and Beam for constantly going over and beyond with help. The facility was tops and the breakfast was always great. The staff member making eggs was always perfect. Glad we could make the staff laugh too. Great memories were made.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Sukhumvit, but surprisingly quiet. The room is of good size and very clean. The pool is nice and a good fitness centre. Breakfast has an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. This is now my first choice of hotel when in Bangkok.

We could not work out how to switch off a small floorlight near the bathroom.

الفندق رائع وجميل واتوقع جديد او تم عمل له تحسينات الاستقبال رائعين وروحهم حلوه الفندق عليه حارس امن ومقفل مثل كمبوند لايوجد فطور حلال ابدا في الفندق جميع الاطعمة غير حلال جمال الفندق والنظافة العالية والامان العالي جعلني امدد اقامتي

العيب الوحيد امام الفندق شارع العرب والبارات والموسيقى الصاخبه واذا خرجت من الفندق بالسيارة لابد بالمرور عليهم شارع مناظر غير لائقة وشارع قديم متهالك وبارات وكحول في كل مكان لايليق بالشعب العربي وخاصة الخليجي

If you’re looking for a 5star experience right on the edge of the chaos of the “nightlife” area of Sukumvit then this is the hotel. It’s quiet and serene in the rooms and the staff are fab.

Some minor things irritated me. Missing bathroom items such as shampoo and soap when I arrived. No one or writing paper available which became noticeable when filling out the laundry list!

It is super modern, conveniently located for Nana plaza, malls and other attractions, but in a quiet street for peaceful sleep. Best breakfast of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Pool closed at 20:00.

Couldn’t extend my stay by 3 hours paying half the cost of another night at the rate my booking was made. They insisted on half the cost of their walk in rate (way too much). Unfortunately I thought I had found my new go to hotel.

we stayed for 2 nights and eveyrthing was very comfy...the check in process, the rooms and even the veg breakfast

The hotel is in very good location for shopping or having fun. It is finisher with really luxorious materials. Beds are super comfy. and the team very helpful.

The rooms are quite tiny - the sink is not in the toilet or bathroom, but in the room. There is also no normal closeth, all open space with several hangers, along with sink. The solution of glass dividers for toilet and shower we did not like as well.
