Undergoing work

Everything about the hotel was excellent

Nulla, tutto perfetto.

Clean - nice decor.

There is refurbishments - which is fine. But no bar, lobby or rest area to sit when checking out ( all under refurbished) and they hadn't planned alternative. No water or tea making facilities in rooms. 😕. They said that we booked a standard room so basically you get nothing. I'd think as a basic standard in any hotel you'd have tea/coffee facilities esp when there is no bar or restaurant !. I asked for kettle, one was delivered with no cups !!. Not a hospitable hotel at all. Disappointed. Def no value for money and standard rooms were expensive - not even a bottle of water. Very poor.

nichts

The location was great. It was walking distance to the city centre and also very close to a metro station and tram stop, making it easy to get around. The room was very comfortable, surprisingly spacious, and quiet.

Great location near the centre, lovely newly refurbished room. U-bahn round the corner

The location of the property was great. Very close to main tram station, restaurants and main city attractions, everything can be walked to Great facilities provided Luckily we were placed on a corner room by the first floor and we had a quiet and peaceful stay

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Great location and very easy to get around.

No fridge in the room and glass shower right next to the bed

Ubicacion y habitacion

Komforlu temiz odalar, harika konum.

Lage, Aussicht vom Zimmer

Excellent location Spacious room Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby Excellent customer service

See through bathroom

Room size, cleanliness, room rate, breakfast, super nice staff, location,

Maybe a curtain to draw in front of the bathroom would be a good idea, it is not for everyone to shower in front of the people you share a room with. It would also be good with hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels, and a shoe horn in the room.

Nichts

Size of room. Location.

Not clean. Lack of light. Cannot read in the evening. No facilities.

In good location, staff were very nice. Clean and quiet.

Nothing

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The view from our room’s balcony was breathtaking, and the room itself was beautifully designed and stylish. The staff at the reception were also very kind and welcoming. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Ubicación muy central. Habitación amplia.

Están remodelando el restaurante, el Wellness.

Wien

Nichts

Very clean and friendly staff, great location

No bar or restaurant available as it was being refurbished

Spacious rooms and close to attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast included good selection of fruit, yogurts, breads, salad vegetables, various spreads and hot selection for non vegetarians. However there was no vegetarian option in hot breakfast. I enquired and suggested few options like potato hash brown and baked beans, but it was simply not available! So for vegetarians it is continental breakfast only. Service was good and staff were friendly. We were given a kettle to make tea in our room upon request. I also got a memory foam pillow upon request to support my neck.

There could have been vegetarian options in hot breakfast selection. This could include potatoes hash brown, grilled tomatoes and baked beans. There is no phone in rooms so if you need anything, one needs to come to reception to make a request.

Tudo moderno. Muito bom preço qualidade

Location very good near most attractions Despite the staffs under stress, they do their best to support.

There is no accessible entrance for disabled guests, and you need to use stairs to enter the hotel. There was no fridge in the room. The light was not working properly. There was no iron in the room. When I asked for one, they provided an old iron that leaked water. The pillow was very soft and uncomfortable, so I asked for it to be changed. The shower was very small. There was no king-size duvet, despite the bed being king-size. They only provided a single-size duvet and used two single-bed covers for the king-size bed. Poor wifi connection

Schade!

Localização incrível

Em obras, mas é compreensível

Przede wszystkim personel - profesjonalny, pomocny, otwarty na potrzeby klienta. Obsługa modelowa i bez zarzutów na każdym kroku. Dziekują Wszytskim :-) Znakomite śniadania. Pokój komfortowy, czysty i wygodny.

Location was excellent, close to all attractions including cool cafes. Excellent strudel in the olden style restaurant opposite. Clean facilities and pool and spa and gym were great. AC as well was good. They are renovating at the moment.

Everything was perfect, perhaps a small fridge would have been nice.

Everything. Couldn't be better.

Nothing.

No complaints. Very clean, close to everything. Would stay here again.

La habitación era muy grande y acogedora. Cama grande y cómoda y tenía aire acondicionado.

Posizione e qualità del servizio

Все

Obsługa bardzo miła, pozwolili nam sobie drugiego dnia przechować bagaż, ponieważ mieliśmy późno pociąg. Pokoje piękne, zadbane, super widok na Wiedeń. Ogólnie wszystko idealnie. Polecam😊

konumu temizligi olanaklari cok iyiydi.

erken check-in yapmak istedigimde her geleni odaya almalarina ragmen beni 5 dk bile erken almadilar. check-out icin de ucretini odeyerek gec cikmayi talep ettim bana yardimci oluruz dedikleri icin disari ciktim geldigimde odama habersiz girilmis ve bavullarim asagi indirilmisti beni geri odaya da almadilar cok terbiyesizce bir davranisti.

staff

no coffee making facilities of a mini fridge

Very bad hotel, no room service, there is not even a mini refrigerator in the rooms, besides I was deceived, promised to give breakfast for all 6 people, but in the end they took money for it, do not book at this hotel and my last word you will be deceived

Attitude to customers

It was a heatwave and the air-conditioning in the hotel was not working for the entire stay all the staff could say its a Sunday

Tutto

Location was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, very central and walking distance from several sites. Also there is a tram stop outside the hotel that helped too. There was a film festival for the summer behind the city Hall with lots of food stands, music, drinks. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The room was decent and clean.

I did not enjoy a lot the breakfast, although I would not classify it as very negative. It was tasty and with variety, but there was only one person working and once some things finished (e.g. eggs, bread...) it took them a while to replace, which was a bit annoying. Maybe was just the days I was there.

Great rooms and close to team

The bar and restaurant were closed for renovation and there was no advanced notice. The towels weren’t changed.
