Four Points by Sheraton Moncton

Easy access great staff comfortable Overall easy

Clean, all that you need, friendly staff

Room and Bathroom both were very nice and clean. Excellent place to stay,

I can not think of anything, everything was just excellent and perfect.

Cleanliness and location

Price and the towels

The room was great, good breakfast, large, clean comfortable room!

Would have appreciated a shelf or some support in the shower.

Nice clean and modern hotel in a good location

Everything was good, especially the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is overpriced for the value.

The staff was attentive and the restaurant downstairs was great.

The A/C didn't work the first day of the stay and despite the maintenance efforts they didn't fix it. They came back the next day, after we complained again that it still doesn't work, and fixed it eventually.

Clean and friendly staff

Breakfast

Rien

Beautiful, clean, close to everything and staff are excellent

Well the only thing was at breakfast the sausage was cold like it came out of the fridge and was not even warm at all COLD

I only stayed for one night. The bed was comfy

The pillows were too soft

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of parking available. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant on site had excellent food. The price was very reasonable and the location was great.

Belle accueille

Le déjeuner très cher et pas mangeable

We liked almost everything, clean, spacious room, soft towels, breakfast, parking

We checked at 11 pm, and they gave us the room 226 with “the best view” (with the view on the roof 🥹)

Tout était super bien. Tout était beau et propre. Très belle décoration et bonne insonorisation.

Comfortable bed

Room was 19 degrees

Proximity to the highway

Small beds, slow staff

Très propre et bon employés

Tapis dans la chambre

Easy check in and comfortable room

It was ok I like pancakes

The price for one night and the bed in the king suite is not very comfortable as it’s too hard

Quite

Clean

The price was beyond ridiculous

I liked the shower stall. the beds were very comfortable

TV could have decent channels (free)

Location

Didn’t have menus in the room

Comfy bed.

Bottled water in room would be nice

We take no breakfest

Nothing

room was clean, bed & linens were clean. excellent

Never ate there

Smell...too perfume for my condition

everything was what we expected, clean and comfortable.

could use a menu of the restaurant in the hotel in the room and some paper information of what is close by for stores and restaurants, maybe a map of the area would be a help .

It’s beautiful.

I wish there was a pool.

Rien

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, close to many stores and restaurants.

Cleanliness was not amazing for the room, particularly the bathroom.

Geneva at the bar was excellent

Would be cool to have a cozy place with a fire place that is somewhere else then the reception

new and clean

Enjoyed the restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable.

Had meetings at the hotel and I would the comfort of the conference room as moderate.

Nice hotel but for the price of the room breakfast should be included..have been to Moncton at other hotel, even paid lower and breakfast was always included. Probably will not book there again. Nothing bad about the staff, they were all great.

Room was clean. Hotel was clean staff was friendly

Very clean

Bed was very comfortable

Location

Great property

Love

His location. Parking, Nice Room. Staff.

Convenient location just off the Trans Canada Highway, great staff and wonderful restaurant. Our server, Geneva, was terrific; very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine options.

Love staying at the Four Points in Moncton. It’s clean, friendly staff, close to the highway yet you don’t hear the noise from the highway, and close to shopping.

Up to date rooms

The fact that they held the total amount of the room on my credit card. Most hotels hold a fee nit the total amount

Bel hôtel agréable séjour.

Friendly staff

Next to shopping districts. Easily accessible

Liked it very much

Nothing

Clean room , staff amazing, parking was huge

Would have loved to have a bathtub shower combo rather than just the walkin shower! Also, room did not have a microwave-very inconvenient. I couldnt find the ice machine on my floor. Restaurant was busy and people would gather outside main doors to smoke/vape.

Very friendly staff! Professional and courteous!

Staff are very friendly and courteous!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean and comfortable and the restaurant was excellent!!!

Great value and top notch

Overall, we had a great stay. The beds were comfy, the room was clean, and everything was great for the most part. The only issue was that whenever the air conditioning kicked in, the fan was quite loud and could be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

Clean room

not enough toilet or kleenex

Staff at the front end were personable, friendly and welcoming! We got a room next to the ice machine alcove—the noise of the machine traveled through the wall, including whenever guests got ice. The hvac system was also particularly a bit noisy. Altogether, we slept decently (may have been the jet lag) and were happy with the beds and room! We enjoyed a nice dinner at Moxie’s down the street (5-8min walk).

Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff members are very nice. Room is really clean and comfortable.

Clean, comfy bed, quiet and very welcoming and nice staff.

No breakfast included

We went to this hotel as part of a group. Just not the best bang for the buck. No pool, no free breakfast, fan that turned on and off all night. Overall a clean place to put your head down, but if you want more then that you can find better for the same price

Très bel emplacement…. Excellent service!

Excellent stay. Close to shopping. The restaurant was fabulous at night. The property is well kept but showing signs aging. Only one elevator working. The one working elevator was a bit shaky !

Good hotel and excellent breakfast

Stayed here to attend a car show. Love the easy car access and ample parking. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The whole property is clean with spacious rooms. Quiet building in quiet part of town. Great Italian restaurant on site that serves local craft beers. No hesitation in recommending.

Close proximity to events that we planned on attending. Nice and clean rooms.

The for a the Breakfast buffet was not the greatest.
