Frais de 75$ pour les chiens, je n’ai pas de problème à payer un frais, mais 75$ est abusif et surtout n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce (le frais était mentionné, mais pas le coût). Il y avait absolument rien de plus pour les chiens, même pas un gamelle… Également, malgré le fait d’être dans une province officiellement bilingue, il n’a pas été possible d’être servi en français. Finalement, la climatisation était extrement bruyant et l’insonorisation inexistante…

A chaque bain prit, nous avions une flaque d'eau énorme,l'eau sortait du mur Pour le prix payé... boff

It seems that in almost all of the hotels we staying in, the toilets are very low to the floor and this property was no exception. For elderly people or people who struggle to get up from a seated position, higher toilets are recommended.

The location of this hotel is great, and we appreciated the size of the room.

Unfortunately everything else fell short. We spent $360 per night for our room - which seems very high for Moncton - but wouldn't have minded if the amenities made up for it. Unfortunately our shower / bathroom was dirty. Kids were playing in the elevators so every time you tried to use them it took forever (they would press all buttons so it stopped at each floor). The "free" breakfast ran out of coffee, and when there wasn't enough room for everyone to eat they opened up a conference room with incredibly dirty and sticky old tables. For the price they're charging we would expect cleanliness, a delicious warm breakfast, and attentive and helpful staff. You can't charge 5 star prices while offering 2 star service. We messages management about our experience and the response was simply we'll do better next time, but unfortunately we won't be back.

Horrible customer service. Front desk attendants were rude and very unprofessional. Had issues with credit card, and instead of being helpful the reception gave dirty looks and smirked to their co-staff. We ended up being charged double, a total of $1080 for ONE night. The room itself was nice, in a great location, but I would never stay here again.

I booked this Hotel drive with my grandkids and daughter to Moncton on a Saturday, I sat down around 5 pm to get out hotel confirmation looked at emails and saw I got cancelled with no phone call it was so devastating, we had no other place to stay very upsetting I called the hotel with no place to stay I called back being very upsetting and added stress to what was supposed to be a vacation they told me they cancelled my room due to done water

I like the area

First arrived no power in fridge no power lamp outlet on one side, wasn’t checked Shower curtain to short to keep water in tub. Way over priced for a pet to stay

An excellent hotel, free breakfast included in the rate. However we got a truly horrible room.

We asked for a room for 4 and got room 309. The fridge was incredibly loud and turned on and off the entire night (we could not turn it off and could not reach the plug to unplug it) and there was a very disturbing continuous noise, presumably coming from a nearby technical building system. Really unfair to have guests accommodate such conditions.

Cooked food could have been a little warmer. I didn’t see any whole grain/whole wheat bread but maybe they were out of.

Loved that they let us check in early, check out is 12 not 11, breakfast good, hotel clean and lots of restaurants close by.

Not enough choice for breakfast

Not sure if the quality of Hampton inns is going downhill but this was a poor stay. Could hear the neighbours tv in the room, elevator broken and out of service in the morning with no signage or acknowledgement of staff. Hot water was brown in colour. Breakfast just ok. Will choose another hotel next time

There was a group of boys that weren’t being supervised in the weight room, misusing the equipment, and while they were at the pool they weren’t following the rules or being respectful.

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff were excellent

Hilton H. member and I have stayed here many times. It is quiet and clean and convenient, but some of the extras have gradually disappeared... like no fruit or smoothies, etc at breakfast anymore, no dark roast coffee, no cookies in the evening, limited choices of herbal type teas. These are small things that move the Hampton from my preferred location to just one of the ordinary options. With the increase in room rates and the reduction in extras it seems like a money grab

There were several hockey teams staying at the hotel that caused disruption with noise, altercations with other guests and even police presence and fire alarms early in the morning. The front desk was unable to resolve the issue or put us in a quieter room. There should have been a part of the hotel set aside for non hockey players. The make it right guarantee obviously did not apply.

We didn’t get offered a complimentary bottle of water. The gentlemen who checked in just before us was offered one. If giving complimentary bottles of water it should be to everyone.

I would not stay here again. Room was not thoroughly clean. Food and dirt on the floors. Smudge marks on heating unit looked like dried blood. Was in the room for about 30 minutes when a couple walked in on me!!! When I left the room to inform the check-in staff of this mishap, I could not get back into my room because my key cards no longer worked! Huge disappointment. Won’t be returning in the future.

The only thing I like less is the fact that everytime I go it is always the same woman at the counter that does not speak french at all, I am bilingual for me its fine but it would honnestly be more pleasant if we could choose.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war Northamerican Style, aber es gab statt der üblichen Pappteller, Porzellanteller.

Établissement est bien situé. Bon déjeuner inclus et salle à manger spacieuse. J'avais déjà hébergé à cet établissement et j'avais été satisfait des services offerts.

J'ai été déçu de mon séjour à l'établissement. Premièrement, service uniquement en anglais lors de la réception. Ensuite, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer car nous y avons trouvé des croustilles sur le plancher près du sofa et des cheveux dans la salle de bain et sur le matelas. De plus, il fallait faire couler le robinet plus de 2 minutes pour obtenir de l'eau chaude et celle-ci n'était pas confortable pour une douche. Ayant déjà fréquenté cet établissement par le passé, j'ai été déçu lors de ce récent séjour. J'ose croire que c'est un faux pas de l'établissement et que les manquements seront corrigés.

I concider that check in could be a one hour early.

A sign or information about where to get pool towels would have been helpful. Ourselves and many guests who used the pool didnt know and went to the front counter wet looking for towels.
