Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moncton by IHG

Le service était extraordinaire.

Breakfast Beds were comfy

Expensive for a pretty typical room

Location and cleanliness.

Absolutely nothing, worst experience in my life.

Literally everything, I would have rather slept in a dumpster.

Matelas pas confortable

Everything

Propreté et belle humeur des travailleurs

Rien

Very nice room, appropriate darkness, lots of space

A bit far from city centre

Tout correspondait à mes attentes

Clean rooms and nice pool

Nothing comes to mind

The staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating

There was nothing to not like. They made our stay amazing

Conveniently located for travelers. Hassle free check in/out. Pool working until very late was a bonus too.

Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing, perhaps the poorest I've ever seen anywhere, especially for this price. They had no vegetables, no proper cheese, only one meat based dish.

I didn’t like the smell of the room , luckily i have perfume.

Modern, great views from window and clean. Convenient as stopover on road trip. No noise from highway even though very close.

Not very walkable - there’s a Denny’s and Starbucks over the road and then a few restaurants about a 20 min walk away.

The free breakfast was definitely a plus for our family. The rooms were clean and the hotel was well located for our needs.

Nothing.

I think Bacon was included in breakfast.

I wanted Bacon. But there was not it

The room was great and good ax during the heatwave.

At night time there should be an adult time for the pool area, kids stayed until 11 screaming and not sharing the space.

Very comfy

Check-in was easy and the room was clean and complete

My favorite hotel in Canada. Very good cost benefit. They offer a great breakfast and useful facilities/amenities (fresh water, candies and popcorn for kids, laundry, gym, pool etc).

The bed and pillows weren't so comfortable for us but it may be a bit personal.

Cleanliness and ambience

Very close to the highway and very clean

It was good hotel but not great. It’s relatively new yet you can see the grime between the tiles in the bathroom. The beds are so loud when you get up that I am pretty sure they won’t last for long. When we called front desk and asked for shower cup and extra coffee they advised us to pick them up ourself at the front desk! The breakfast is just ok. The gym is very small , literally with 2 strength machines. Given this is relatively new hotel, it’s bit disappointing.

Proximité

Breakfast was decent in the past. It was horrible, this time round. Even the coffee was horrible.

Convenient and access to many amenities around. Breakfast was good with various options

N/A

This was our favourite hotel during our east coast trip. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had requested a crib and it was already in our room with extra bedding, etc. There were extra bedding for the sofa bed as well. Other hotels that we requested a crib would have a dirty playpen and we had to request more bedding. This hotel had everything we wanted and we didn't have to request for more. The kids enjoyed the pool (it was a bit crazy because there were a lot of kids for some sport tournament) but it was understandable. The breakfast was great too.

Excellent breakfast

Cleanliness

Pool like a sauna

Breakfast was great and staff very nice!

Everything very clean

Parking

Breakfast is good, and the location is good just beside highway.

Günstige Lage, Parkplatz am Hotel

Very clean motel staff was very nice and room were excellent

Very helpful staff, especially Vicky. Good rooms and comfortable stay.

Very good

Nothing

The staff were very friendly and offered a treat for our baby Jasper, (dog). Breakfast was good.

Clean facilities

Breakfast was just gross. I'm used to included breakfasts like this, but have not seen one so bad before. Out of manu items, strangely grey sausage, and the whole thing looked pillaged at 8am. Maybe a big rush got the best of the staff but they weren't ready. Bought bfast off site.

Breakfast was poor location was great

Pool was not clean. It was so unclean that the kids made a game of diving to see who could pick up the most hair from the bottom of the pool . We complained and they said they cleaned it every day. But it was not sufficient. And the breakfast was ok . Room was very clean and comfortable and location and price was great .

Beautiful property very accessible to the Hwy without loud highway noises . Very friendly and helpful staff Excellent complimentary breakfast Spacious rooms with comfortable beds

Loved the pool and wished there was a hot tub .

As per expectations

Bed are way to soft and curved

L’ensemble. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Rien

Very very clean, professional staff, super friendly

Breakfast could've been better

It was outside the city centre however still very close to everything. Although right beside the highway you weren’t able to hear the noise.

There wasn’t enough seating for the breakfast rush. There would be more options available when the hotel is booked. Or even have extra chairs. We were a family of three, used a table for two but with no extra chairs around I stood while I had my breakfast.

The staff friendly and accommodating upon arrival. The rooms very clean and added touches like coffee and tea at end of day and proper soap and shampoo dispenser, extra towels appreciated added touch.

Clean and comfortable

Close to hop skip

The breakfast had enough choices for every taste

The stafff were friendly and the rooms and building spotless.

Breakfast. It was ok but I expected more choices and a toaster more efficient

This was an excellent hotel close to all amenities but not too close which I liked. Everything was well kept and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great also.

I loved everything and had a great experience.

The hotel itself was great - nice rooms - clean and comfortable, but we were there on a Saturday night with the hotel full of hockey families - young kids playing in the hallway until 11pm banging sticks on the door and make so much noise. We are older now and on a road trip so getting up early - it made for a horrid night sleep - perhaps hotels could have a floor designated for people who want some peace and quiet!

Great central location.

Second morning of stay not enough breakfast for my family. Staff only said there was no more left. No plan was made to accept us.

Mooie ruime kamer. Netjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

Clean, comfortable & quiet. Free parking, lots of space

Not close to restaurants or downtown, needed car, no shuttle bus

Clean and easy to get in and out

Beds were not comfortable beds felt lumpy For a new building could have used more sound deadening. Could hear people outside our room

Clean and well run

No area safe for smokers.

Location for our needs. Nice pillows. Clean

The staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. Especially The breakfast staff! The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. If ever in Moncton again we will stay here.

Everything was wonderful!

Clean and welcoming

This is picky and I was happy with everything but the one thing is you should have fridge with milk for tea right by the tea making facilities. It just makes sense. Also real creamer not just coffee mate. You know

Considering the amenities, fitness center, pool and the included breakfast buffet the value is fairly priced!

Clean, friendly and great location.

Great location near the highway but not noisy. Lovely swimming pool. Large clean rooms. Friendly staff we chatted to at breakfast. We enjoyed our stay here.
