Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr fein. Die Lage vom Flughafen zum Übernachten ist empfehlenswert und die Distanz ist nahe. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Loved the decor- pictures& settings in public spaces. Rooms are a good size & well fitted, lovely to have an outdoor space

Pillows were not soft. Not so good for a bad neck. Lovely chairs in dining area but for me as an older person in their 80's Were heavy to manoeuvre making it difficult to pull them in under you & hard to push out to get up as one needs assistance at this age.

Un buon hotel vicino all'aeroporto, stanza comoda e pulita con bagno grande e funzionale. Buona e completa colazione. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante (il buffet era già chiuso al nostro arrivo) e ci siamo trovati bene. Per noi è stato comodo arrivando la sera a Port Elizabeth e ripartendo subito il giorno dopo. Lo consiglierei

The location was just perfect for my business trip

The bathroom basin taps dit not have a hot and cold indicators. This can be fixed.

We enjoyed the oldish look whilst still being very neat and clean. The staff is brilliant. Very helpful and friendly.

We didn't get a double bed which we booked. The breakfast is ok. One would expect a bigger variety for a 4 star hotel. The food from the menu was brilliant the one day and the next day the same food was mediocre.

They upgraded us from a room that had twin beds to one with a large queen size bed.

From the entrance the carpet was dirty all the way to our room. There were no porters for our luggage. The lift for luggage was not in a great working condition and was old. Ambiance was not great and it is not true that it is beachside. Overall dissapointment

Überall sehr nettes Personal. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Es wird alles sehr stark überwacht. Wir hatten 2 Standard Zimmer, für 1 Nacht absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet waren sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Staying at The Kelway felt like home away from home.Comfortable beds and very friendly staff. The restaurant serves delicious food as well.

The bed was noisy and not really comfortable. Didn't know that they are rooms with a mat because I sometimes get asthma attacks (due to allergies) and I have sinuses. I guess next time I have to make a special request

Good location. Close to many restaurants. Bell hop to help with luggage to the third floor because there are no elvators

On-site restaurant service very poor during dinner. Waited a long time for menus and order to be taken. Ended up leaving after a while. Restaurant wasn't very busy. Breakfast service was a bit better.

It was a very quiet experience, not a very busy hotel, so when I was in the bar, I was alone which was pleasant

They never had stock of the drinks or foods I wanted. it didn't seem close enough to walk to a cafe or anything so it is kinda secluded. I was there at night so my view might be different if I was staying during the day when everything was open

Room was a bit noisy. From my room could hear the staff talking in the bar.

Overall good service, rooms was clean and the view from the rooms was great. Breakfast was good, had to rush out early but still managed to grab something. Very safe and secure, will book my next stay when I pass through PE again.

The breakfast was amazing. It was located near restaurants. The staff was helpful and offered a scale to check luggage weight.

It needs major repair. This is a 1.5 start hotel at best. There is no elevator. Beds are hard as a rock. Bathrooms were very very small.

The location of the hotel is ideal, very close to the beach and promenade and close to most areas of PE. The setting of the restaurant and bar also has great views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Très bon petit déjeuner, chambres confortables.

Avoir à payer pour un thé ou un café (cappuccino) pour le petit déjeuner, alors que le petit-déjeuner était inclus. C'est le seul endroit ou ce n'était pas inclus dans notre voyage. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot et les chambres auraient besoin de rénovation. Absence de petit frigo dans la chambre.

The rooms was clean and wifi was good. Front desk check in was good.

The bathroom was really small. At 6:40 am the dining room was full of tour bus patrons which did not allow me to have breakfast (business traveller). I had to skip breakfast which was included in the price ( and actually go buy me breakfast) and when I raised the issue with the front desk at checkout, I got no response? The gentleman just checked me out and that was it. I have had a dining room issue before when I stayed there.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient in checking us in. The room was comfortable with a reasonable view of the sea. The Kelway is very well located for access to the airport. A good value and comfortable place to stay in Gqeberha.

Sadly, we were unable to do breakfast because of an early flight. Perhaps a 6am breakfast start for early departures would have been a bonus.

Carpets needs to be changed.. bed not comfortable. Bathrooms can see have been upgraded. Staff very friendly and helpful always smiling and cheerful.

The hotel has a great location. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a great view across the bay.

We were in Gqeberha over the Iron Man competition so the beachfront was very congested. This is not a complaint, but if you want a quiet weekend avoid big sporting events.

Everything about the property is great from the staff, service and next to everything. I would definitely go back again

Everything was awesome. Location was perfect and central.

Short walk to the beach and fast food outlets and beachfront bars. Pretty pool area. Lovely breakfast spread and cheeses.

Room and loo too tiny, twin plug point not working (apparently they knew) i.e.: no DSTV or phone charger until I went to reception to ask for plug.

Amazing experience. I booked the wrong room for my wife and I. The staff were kind enough to upgrade us. This is now our main recommendation and goto accommadation when staying over in PE.

The location, it was close to the airport, the beach and local restaurants. We stayed at the hotel before driving to Addo and it was a great spot to do so. Breakfast was lovely.
