Non si poteva fumare nemmeno sul balcone privato, non facilmente indicata la struttura da raggiungere. Pessimo servizio lavanderia: ci hanno stinto e rimpicciolito diversi capi e il costo è quello di una lavanderia di Milano. Le escursioni proposte in reception avevano dei costi folli

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Staff friendly and helpful. Location worked well for us to see the ruins at Palenque. The pool was very pleasant to sit by and to swim in.
Only small things like having to ask for enough towels even though we were clearly a booking of three people.

The pool and the pool area were also very nice and the pool itself was both pleasant and appreciated on hot and humid days. The restaurant was also good.
Like many modern Mexican hotels, the room, while spacious and clean, lacked a bit of what one might call charm. This isn't a deal breaker--you should be at the ruins or the pool--but worth noting. In other words, it is not a colonial-style hotel, but one with modern serviceable rooms and lots of other pluses.

Fijn zwembad, ideaal om af te koelen. Handig dat er parking is. Wij hadden enkel kamer (geen ontbijt) , één keer ook geluncht aan het zwembad en dat was zeer lekker. Kamer is prima: goed bed, goeie badkamer. Op gegeven moment was er issue met toilet en dat werd zeer snel opgelost. Vriendelijk personeel

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We stayed for less than 24 hours but enjoyed the hotel nonetheless. The atmosphere was good, the pool area was really lovely and the staff were very nice. It's a pretty basic hotel but has everything you need for a short stay. It's also walkable to the bus station.
The beds are standard doubles, so probably a little smaller than most people are used to. We had dinner after arriving latish and the food in the restaurant was only OK. The service was very good, though.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Personal war zuvorkommend und unglaublich nett! Zimmer absolut sauber, gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage sehr leise. Pool ebenfalls sauber und Handtücher wurden vom Hotel gestellt. Fußläufig zum Ado-Terminal und Stadtmitte. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe und im Hotel selber. WiFi stabil. Touren konnten über das Hotel gebucht werden.
Das wir nicht länger bleiben konnten 😉

Aucun problème a signaler sauf quelques clients demi-civilisés qui ont fait du bruit tard. Mais l'Hotel ne peut etre responsable des client sans éducation.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Bij het inchecken werden we zonder overleg naar een ander hotel gestuurd omdat er iets met de kamer was. Het andere hotel was aan drukke rotonde en had kleinere en goedkopere kamers. We moesten gewoon het volle pond betalen en ze weigerden om iets van compensatie te geven.
Slechte communicatie, geen overleg en brutaal.

Хотелось бы иметь в номере чайник и мини-холодильник.

We could hear people in the rooms next to ours. Not because they were loud but just because the sound proofing was not that good.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Hôtel avec beau coup de charme très bien situé à 5 minutes du terminal des bus ADO et à quelques minutes des collectivos pour le site archéologique et les Cascades d'Agua Azul. La chambre est grande et la petite terrasse est agréable. La piscine est relativement grande et permet de se rafraîchir après les visites. Le restaurant est de qualité et offre une grande variété de plats tant mexicains qu'internationaux. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Il manque un réfrigérateur comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels au Mexique.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026De locatie is heel goed! De kamer was ruim en schoon! De douche was goed warm met een krachtige straal. Bedden zijn goed. Dichtbij leuke restaurantjes, koffietentjes en een grote supermarkt. Dichtbij het ADO busstation, waar je ook makkelijk voordelig een excursie kunt regelen.
Er waren maar twee stoelkussens bij het zwembad op de ligbedden. Het is gehorig! De balkondeur kan niet goed op slot.
