IZE Seminyak by LifestyleRetreats

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

Not applicable. Everything was good.

Nice , clean, comfortable. What else can your ask for. Best location for shops, restaurants and nightlife

I love the staff they were always smiling and so so helpful. The security guard Ully was amazing every time he saw me approaching he would run and help me cross the road and always made sure I was safe. He really made my day and he deserves recognition

The breakfast was not amazing it could be improved I paid for breakfast but chose to go across the road to Sumak for several days because it was better

The IZE is in a perfect location for restaurants, shopping and relaxing by the pool

Staff is very good from front desk to cleaning staff and especially security agents they are very helpfull and friendly The breakfast is generous The location is good albeit traffic can be hard for cars exiting there

The view of the pool is beautiful but the dirty glass made it bad The time we went to the pool the staff were not there the towels were available but to order you had to call staff on the phone they placed the issue is the phone not working and twice the staff says hello but cant hear us Two minor issues that would have been easily solved

Son emplacement était top 👍🏼

Manque d’animation.

Location was amazing

Rooms a little dated, but for the price very acceptable

Amazing location and hotel

Great location, clean and comfortable

Great location, close to few nightclubs, very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.

Sooner they have to start to do more maintenance..

The staff at IZE Seminyak are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Love!❤️ Ika, Bagas and Kasin. They had us at the lemongrass ginger drink when we arrived. They went above and beyond to accommodate our special request. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms have a sleek modern vibe like in the photos! Make time to lounge by the pool, above the noise of motorbike and car traffic. I felt safe. My time with the staff is one of the memories that I will cherish about my trip to Bali.

At night the hallways are darkly lit.

I think this hotel is the best one around, location and hotel decorations awesome, the room was too big and worth to stay...

Restaurant not that much big but the service was great

The location and staff were amazing!

The rooftop pool area looked run down, the bottom pool which we accessed from room was really cold

the location is very good.

in general below expectations. needs more maintenance. and property should be enhanced..

Location, clean and friendly staff.

Harika konum. Gitmek istediğiniz yada isteyebileceğiniz her yere yakın. Odalar temiz. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Kahvaltısı harika. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Good location.

Small rooms. Poor view. The photos of the property might increase your expectations. It was not as expected.

Basic clean hotel in a good location of Seminyak

Everything

Nothing

The food, the roof top pool the gym

Things I liked was location, breakfast & kind staff

I did hate the structure of the room. The toilet has a lot of glasses which really makes the whole room very shiny and not comfortable for me. Every day while sleeping, I found out that the room has lots of lights. In addition, there was always a lot of noise in the morning out in the corridor from the room service.

Friendly staff with great service

The location

How if the person next door had there light on at night it would shine through our bathroom lighting up our room

The staff were so lovely and so helpful during my stay. They also upgraded my room for free which was a lovely touch. Unfortunately the bathroom tap water came out very brown so I couldn’t use it and they offered to send a plumber straight away but since I only stayed for a night it didn’t bother me, they got it fixed right away after my departure. Also gave me an extended late check out. Location was fantastic close to everything especially Seminyak Village and Seminyak Square.

Friendly staff Location is amazing Room was clean

The are is a little bit noisy

Good location

Needs to be more clean esp bed sheets , I got so much acne after that hotel stay

Great location. Easy access to late night shop and cafes in the morning. We only stayed overnight and arrived quite late.

Can’t rate as we only stayed overnight. During the stay tgeee was nothing negative.

The staff were so warm & personable. Really enjoyed speaking to them. Also got upgraded to premium room

Not much. The hotel looking slightly dated but not a real concern

Great location and friendly staff. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was nice and I liked that it was made to order with buffet sides available.

The jacuzzi was in need of some tlc, the jet surrounds kept popping off and the water wasn’t very clean. It was also a bit complicated to use.
