Très bien , hôtel bien situé, propre, chambre avec une jolie vue sur le lac très jolie attention de décoration du lit avec une couverture en forme de cœur et des fleurs ,personnel sympatique le parking devant l’hôtel est le bienvenue,

Peut être l’accès très compliqué car il faut traverser toutes les ruelles remplies de monde mais c’est Sirmione …

The hotel is in a great location with friendly, helpful staff and really good home cooked food. The rooms are a good size with great views from the roof terrace. Quiet area in the evening with an excellent restaurant. A few minutes walk to the hyper centre, a great find.

Loved everything except the strong smell of sulphur from time to time from the nearby hot water springs.

Świetna lokalizacja, urokliwe miejsce, przemiła obsługa, pyszne jedzenie, polecam!!!!

Das Personal war super nett. Sie haben jeden Wunsch möglich gemacht und waren immer gut gelaunt. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Nicht super modern aber man hat sich wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben bei unserer Abreise Badesachen auf dem Balkon vergessen. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen, wurde gesagt die Sachen wären nicht auffindbar. Das war sehr schade. Verschwinden können die Sachen ja nicht einfach :) Die Anfahrt hat uns echt Nerven gekostet… Man fährt durch die super engen Gassen, wo normal keine Autos fahren dürfen. Alle Menschen gucken. Nichts für Fahranfänger oder schwache Nerven ;)

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, auch das Bad. Ein Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden, sowie eine Dachterasse. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr nett. Auch der Rücktransfer zum Parkplatz außerhalb der ZTL wurde über die Rezeption geregelt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Die Lage ist prima: ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt oder von den Grotten in der anderen Himmelsrichtung.

Ein zweites Nachttischchen hat uns gefehlt und die Toilette hat beim Draufsetzen geknarzt. Naja. Ansonsten macht das Hotel einen etwas älteren Eindruck, z.B. bei der Ausstattung des Bads und der Art der Möblierung. Aber alles war sauber und darauf kommt es an.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Meridiana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The location is perfect – tucked away from the busiest parts of Sirmione so it’s peaceful and relaxing, yet only a short walk to everything you need. Due to being out of the way the noise level is essentially 0 with just the sounds of the birds. The terrace overlooking the lake is beautiful and the perfect place to enjoy a drink (or two) while taking in the views. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, making it a lovely place to unwind after a day exploring. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and they were always happy to help with recommendations, arranging taxis or simply taking the time to chat. Breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of choice, but the homemade cakes deserve a special mention. Margherita’s baking was absolutely incredible and quickly became something we looked forward to every morning. Who doesn’t love waking up to the smell of fresh baked goods! She and her husband are such warm, genuine people and their hospitality really makes this hotel feel special. We also ate in the restaurant several times during our stay and every meal was delicious. The food is great value for money and if the weather allows, eating on the terrace is a lovely experience. As we had an early departure, the hotel kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and a perfect end to our stay. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Meridiana for making our visit so memorable. We hope to return one day!

- location, location, location - friendly staff - superb breakfast - atmosphere - parking (although it was not free, but we had a permission to drive inside historical castle walls - it compensates the cost) - rooftop terrace with view - airconditioning - hotel bistro/restaurant

- a bit poor room soundproofing (but it was a historical and old building, so it is propably forbidden to make such modifications) - bunk bed (it would have been more comfortable to have 2+1+1 separate beds)

Wonderful place - perfect location in the middle of Sirmione. 🌞 Yara was super friendly and helped me additionally, as part of my equipment broke (fixed it there). 😊 The room & bathroom are spacious, modern and meticulously cleaned. Their restaurant is a must visit for dinner (pizza 🤌 & their white wine is superb). Their prices are really affordable compared to the rest of the city + you have an additional discount from the hotel - the food and service are magnificent! The complimentary breakfast was plenty & delicious + cappuccinos included (2 hot beverages per person!) 😋

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights towards the end of May, after touring Lake Garda and what a Gem of a hotel we found. The hotel is run by a beautiful family whom made you feel at home straight away and through out our stay. The staff was excellent and always available to help. The rooms were well furnished and clean and the food was lovely. Location was only a couple of minutes from the centre of town to explore Sirmione. I woul have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as base for Lake Garda.

The hotel is a small family owned and run restaurant and hotel. It’s friendly and they make you feel personally welcomed. The room was very spacious with high ceilings and nice furnishings. The best bit was the HUGE balcony with table, chairs and loungers. You can see lake Guarda but it’s over and between some other properties. The food was great in the restaurant definitely worth eating there.

Café da manhã é bom, mas não tem muitas opções e tem limite de bebidas quentes. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel fica a uma curta caminhada dos restaurantes, lojas e pontos turísticos do centro histórico.

Booked a 1 week stay as 2 couples and could not have been happier with our hotel experience. It is located in a quieter part of the town, but only a few minutes walk away from the Old Town with restaurants, shops and the dock, and a 10 minute walk to Jamaica Beach, making it really ideal. A highlight was that of the staff were always so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and checking we were OK. Rooms cleaned and tidied daily. Fantastic service from all staff all round. Breakfast had a lovely range of items with something for everyone and was delicious. If you are planning on going out early before breakfast, they also do a little pack up breakfast upon request which was brilliant for our early coach trip around the Lake! I also highly recommend the restaurant, the food was some of the best we had for our entire stay and again staff were so lovely and helpful. Thank you to all at Hotel Meridiana for such a wonderful stay, we highly recommend to anyone who wishes to visit this lovely area!

Getting taxis was very difficult. Took us two hours to get one at the taxi rank / stop. As a result we missed out train and ruined our last day.

Pokój, który miał być z widokiem na jezioro był nim bardziej w teorii. Z pokoju widać było tylko niewielki skrawek jeziora. Po wyjściu na balkon okazało się, że w powietrzu unosi się brzydki zapach co uniemożliwiało korzystanie z balkonu. Przy podjęciu decyzji o rezerwacji kierowaliśmy się zdjęciami łazienki, która była estetyczna. W praktyce otrzymaliśmy pokój z łazienką, która wyglądała jakby dawno była nie remontowana.

The staff and the hotel were both wonderful. The hotel was right in the historic district and provided easy and convenient parking right on site. The delicous breakfast was included which was a plus. We highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location. It is convenient especially for those traveling for skiing, as it is close to the cable car. There is a large parking area (5 euros per night). The room has a small kitchen, but it must be cleaned by the guests themselves. A spacious and comfortable hotel, and the spa services are very good. Big reception and good restaurant.

However, changing towels and similar items is a paid service (5 euros per set). And if you do not clean the kitchen, you will charged a 55 euro penalty.

Terrible hotel, beds hard, pillows hard, we were given a budget room at the back of the hotel, hairdryer broken, room so small that the only chair in it we had to put a suitcase on as only one luggage rack. We asked to be moved to another room which we were at a cost of nearly 500 hundred euros. My advise choose a different hotel as it’s a long walk into Tasso square no matter which way you go.

We decided to stay in this hotel after reading all the wonderful reviews, and we’re glad we did! The hotel location is away from the hustle and bustle so is nice and quiet, but still very central. There is a sun terrace with beautiful views over the lake as well which you can order drinks to. Our room was spacious, spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The staff are so so friendly and can’t do enough for you, nothing is too much of an ask! The breakfast offered good variety but the star of the show was the cakes baked by Margherita. They were absolutely delicious and were something to look forward to every morning! Margherita and her husband (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) are so genuinely lovely and will help with anything, whether it’s booking taxis, offering advice on the location or just generally asking how you are and taking the time to have a chat with you. The hotel also has a restaurant which we dined in several times. It’s very reasonably priced and we never had a bad meal! It’s lovely to dine on the terrace outside when the weather permits. On our last day we departed before breakfast began, so a breakfast to go will be prepared for you which is a nice touch. A really lovely stay - thank you so much!

This little gem of a hotel was situated perfectly in the very busy town of Sirmionie. Near enough to access the town and ferries but in a quiet and peaceful spot. The staff were welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff were brilliant and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast was buffet style offering cereals, fruit, a selection of pastries, hot breakfast items and continental style meats and cheese. Perfect start to a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended

This young couple owned hotel is the perfect setting for a sirmione stay, right from the greeting on arrival. This is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in. The cleanliness was top quality, daily maid service. A plentiful breakfast spread was available every morning. It is approx 100m through the town on a pedestrian walk. If your after a quieter spot then look no further, a definite recommendation. Staff go out of there way to cater for your needs even to our early departure they did us a breakfast bag to go. Would definitely definitely stay here again with our a dought.

This is a great little hotel with a warm welcome. It’s very clean and rooms are comfortable. The restaurant staff are very nice and even remembered what I usually had to drink. Food at the hotel restaurant is lovely I am vegetarian and quite fussy. Good view of the lake from the sun lounger area. Great location to get ferry around other resorts in Lake Garda. Within easy walking distance of all the attractions In Sirmione. This is a hotel I will definitely return to 5⭐️

A lovely family run hotel that felt very homely and comfortable. Great location and we had a good- sized room. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The small gift on departure was a lovely touch.

Nothing we didn’t like but a little more variety of items available at breakfast would be good. And tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would be nice for us British!

Great location, close to walk into central Sirmione and to port and castle, but far enough out that it is quiet and more peaceful. Staff booked us a good transfer back to airport and were helpful and friendly. On the balcony, there was a strong smell of sulphur due to nearby spa/ springs which meant we couldn’t really enjoy/ make use of the balcony as much as we would have liked. Payment required for extra breakfast items which are simple and should be included in the general breakfast. No coffee machine or kettle in the room to make hot drinks which would have been nice and a limited number included at breakfast. Rooms could use a bit of refurbishment

This is a gem of a hotel! Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and a delightful bistro. Owners and staff are absolutely charming . A place we return to time and time again .

Ein kleines, gut geführtes Hotel. Gastgeber und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Morgens auf dem Weg zum Frühstück roch es nach frischgebackenen Kuchen, das Frühstück war klein und fein. In der Bar gab es diverse gute Getränke und tolle kleine Gerichte.Wir haben uns rundherum gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wenn nochmal Sirmione, dann auf jeden Fall Hotel Meridiana!!

First day there was a sulfur smell we think from the nearby hot springs/spa.

The only small suggestion I have is to perhaps replace the plastic cups in the rooms and at breakfast with glassware, as it would make the experience even better

Hotel posizionato vicino alle Terme Aquaria, in zona tranquilla soprattutto la notte. Buona colazione con torte fatte in casa e servizio ai tavoli per cappuccine, caffè ecc. Camera spaziosa e bagno adeguato con doccia grande ben funzionante. Dispenser per bagnoschiuma, shampoo condizionante e crema mani/corpo. Avrei gradito un vanity set con dischetti e cotton fioc, Comunque nel complesso non ci possiamo certo lamentare. Il personale è molto gentile e attento, e anche la pulizia della camera era ottima.

Excellent breakfast (buffet style). Very quiet inside and outside the hotel. Comfortable beds. Owners are very personable and professional. Convenient restaurant onsite.

The listing should mention two things: the air conditioning system cannot be operated all year (due to regulations of the city), and for guests arriving in a rental car the route to the hotel is problematic in that the car must pass through the historical part of Sirmione -- that is, through very narrow streets filled with a multitude of tourists and other pedestrians. A final note: an excessive amount of scent was constantly in the halls to our room; this is a problem for people sensitive to volatized products.

Le petit déjeuner ! La literie était confortable !! Le balcon avec la vue sur le lac et la terrasse avec les transats sur le toit. La gentillesse des employés surtout de la réception et toujours le sourire .
