Le personnel qui est très serviable.

La propreté de l'espace piscine, des chambre et les travaux dans la rue a 4h du matin. L'hôtel ne prévient pas a la réservation alors que ceux sont les travaux d'installation du tramway

The location is absolutely amazing! 2 mins away from the nearest beach, as well as well connected to the rest of the city via multiple bus stops around. The staff was impeccable, attentive and helpful. The customer service quality is fairly high (a tad less the security team). The receptionists, housekeeping team and restaurant staff were outstanding.. The food selection is great, though not suitable for all types of eaters unless under request. The swimming pool area was marvellous.

The bathrooms are shockingly bad. They would seriously need to be renovated. They tarnish the overall perception of the hotel (in my personal opinion). The rooms can be as pretty as one can design them, though the bathrooms would ruin it. This hotel has a curfew in place, it isn't possible to discreetly have friends over after a certain time in the evening (never experienced this before). I understand the security side, though it might be appreciated if highlighted during the check-in. The Manager told me it's for security reasons, whereas the security team raised their voice saying they don't trust me as I might smuggle in people without paying for their stay. The security team has quite poor manners, in my opinion. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is great, though there is no label to indicate what every option is - you must ask (allergens, ingredients..nothing is detailed). The vegetarian selection is fairly limited (this would only be an issue for the few vegetarian customers). The restaurant closes at 8:30pm - for a sea location with tourists travelling around all day long it is quite early (unusual for a Mediterranean location). The gym was filthy. One machine was out of order.

היה נקי ואסתטי, המלון ממוקם ממש קרוב להכל. יתרון עצום

הייתה תקלה קטנה, לגבי העובדי משק, ביקשתי לנקות לי את החדר. מהבוקר התקשרתי פעמיים לקבלה, בפעם הראשונה לא יודעת מי ענתה לי בקבלה אבל אהבתי את המענה שלה (לא יודעת מה שמה) והיא אמרה שהיא תשלח מישהי לנקות ולא שלחה. אחר כך התקשרתי פעם שנייה ענה לי בחור חביב מהקבלה ודאג לי מיד שישלחו וניקו לי אותו רק לקראת 16:00 בצהריים. נותר לציין שהבחור מהקבלה יתנצל ושלח לי איש צוות לנקות לי את החדר ואז התקשר לוודא שהכל היה בסדר. מציינת את זה כדי שיקחו לתשומת ליבם תודה וחוץ מזה הכל היה מצויין

The staff at the Metropolitan hotel are fantastic. They make your stay even more special from the minute you arrive. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend this hotel. It is a minute from the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv.

הגענו למלון, למרות עומס רב, הצוות התנהל בצורה אדיבה ונעימה, תוך הקשבה וחיוך ללקוחות. לאחר שגילינו בעיה קלה בחדר הרחצה, פנינו לקבלה, התגובה שקיבלנו היתה מדהימה, הקשבה ואכפתיות מלאה. הצוות בראשות רונה - מנהלת קשרי לקוחות, טיפל בנו באהבה ודאג להחלפת החדר לשביעות רצוננו המלאה ויותר. הטיפול המסור והמדהים שדרג את החוויה שלנו ואין ספק שנחזור שוב. 🙂

We came to the check in on a rush hour, the stuff was kind and greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. During the weekend, the stuff was amazing and took care of us and managed to give us an amazing weekend. We will be back for sure 😊

תהליך הצ׳ק אין היה ארוך ולא יעיל למרות שעשינו צ׳ק אין אונליין מראש. חדר האוכל היה צפוף מאד.

We stayed at the Metropolitan Hotel and left completely enchanted. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with heartwarming warmth, and the entire staff provided amazing care and heartfelt service throughout our stay. The meals were exceptionally well-prepared and lavish, and the hotel atmosphere is simply lovely and cozy. The location is a winner—central and within easy reach of everywhere in Tel Aviv. An incredible stay, and we are definitely coming back!

החניה עלתה לי 1400 ₪. חבל שאין הסדר , הזוג שהתארח עימי קמו מאוחר בשבת בבקר והיה חוסר רגישות משווע שאין להם מה לאכול הם שומרי שבת ונאלצתי לשלם עבורם שיאכלו בערב לפני היציאה שלהם חבל מאוד

Excellent location , atmosphere is not very pleasant and it’s very crowded, parking is a sham, the hotel doesn’t provide free parking and it’s very limited the rooms are large but very old snd the room maintenance is soso. There was a lot of mold on the grill of the AC. No balcony and the view from the room is the garbage right under our window. The pool is small, and after finding that some long hair got stuck in my mouth in the pool had to get out, because I was disgusted.The dinning room is small and not very clean. The noise level is pretty bad, in my room I heard everything that was going on in the room next to ours.

Un peu de bruit de la rue, la vue n’est pas belle, mais c’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel parce qu’il y a beaucoup de travaux actuellement en bas des gros travaux de tramway. Donc beaucoup de circulation aussi quand on sort de l’hôtel et il n’y a aucune vue merci La piscine ça peut aller elle est petite, mais c’est pas grave au moins il n’y a pas trop de monde dans la piscine c’est pas une piscine attractive Mon mari me dit que c’est pas grave il accepte mais ils ont quand même pris 88 € le dernier jour en plus de tout ce qu’on a payé. D’ailleurs pouvez-vous me répondre à ce sujet Le petit déjeuner était très moyen cette année. Beaucoup de produits étaient recyclés mais bon essentiel c’est qu’on a quand même mangé et il y a du choix.

בארוחת הערב היה חרק בקנקן המים, המלצרית לקחה את הקנקן הצידה, לא שמה לב שאנחנו מסתכלים, הוציאה את החרק והחזירה את המים. באותה ארוחה כשקמנו להביא קינוחים, פינו לנו את המקום, כולל הכל, כולל המפה. המלון היה צפוף ביותר, המון תיירים צרפתיים רועשים במסדרונות, מדברים אחד עם השני בקולי קולות שלא לומר צעקות, לא הצלחנו לבנות מהלובי שהיה רועש ומפוצץ באותם תיירים. העלויות לסופשבוע לא הצדיקו את עצמן.

Fabulous location a block from the beach, easy walking or buses, incredible view from 13th floor! Wonderful breakfast buffet so many options and delicious. Very helpful staff, loved it

We had a wonderful stay at the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv from July 17 to July 19, 2026. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so pleasant. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at the Metropolitan Hotel in Tel Aviv from Thursday to Friday, and I wanted to share our experience. First of all, the service was excellent. From the moment we arrived, Rona at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel like VIP guests. Her kindness and genuine hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. There were three of us sharing a room, and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had three separate beds and two bathrooms, which made it perfect for a girls' getaway. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding a full-length mirror in the room (instead of just the on the closet) along with better lighting. After all, we're girls - we love having a good mirror and proper lighting while getting ready. 😊 The hotel's location is fantastic - just a one-minute walk from the beach, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The pool area was a bit disappointing for us. The kiosk only offered snacks, slushies, and soft drinks, with no alcoholic beverages or relaxing music to create a vacation atmosphere. In the end, we chose to spend our time at the beach instead, and it was absolutely worth it. Breakfast was also our least favorite part of the stay. There was a good variety of food, but the dining area felt a bit chaotic, some of the pastries didn't seem fresh, and the presentation wasn't very inviting. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The outstanding service, spacious rooms, cleanliness, and unbeatable location definitely outweighed the few minor drawbacks. With just a few small improvements, this hotel could be even better. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Tel Aviv. ❤️

Номер на 16 этаже.Большой,чистый.С видом на море,на закат солнца.У жены был день рождения,что и сопутствовало настроению.Особенно хочу отметить персонал.Очень вежливые.Старались нам во всем помочь и сделать наш семейный отдых максимально приятным и уютным.

Завтрак слабенький,но это не испортило настроения.Поблизости много кафе и ресторанов.

קבלו אותנו בקבלה צוות עם חיוך , גם בכניסה תומר השוער, המיטות היו נוחות, המזגן תיפקד מצויין , אין ספק שנחזור שוב

העליה בבריכה היתה קצת קשה, בכל זאת 3 מבוגרות, אילו היו מדרגות לכניסת הבריכה אין ספק שהיה עדיף
