Das Hotel haben wir zur Nöhe des Flughafens ausfewählt. Kurzer Weg zum Terminal und Bahnhof für nach Rom.

Wir hatten ein technisches Problem beim buchen und haben die Doppelbuchung beanstanden. Darauf hin war das Personal am Empfang sehr unfreundlich und hat nur mit den Achseln gezuckt. Weitere Informationen über Frühstückszeiten und anderen Hotelinformationen blieben aus. Wir wurden noch nie so arrogant abgefertigt. Schade.

TV didn't operate in English and was quite limited. Way overpriced for 1 night. A real rip off.

Far from the city center

Great location to transition out of jet lag before heading out to explore. Breakfast was amazing and kept me going until dinner at 8.

Signage in the airport was sometimes confusing. Overshot the walkway and had to double back.

Hilton Rome Airport does exactly what you want from an airport hotel. It is attached to the airport, so getting in and out is straightforward. Staff are professional, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is a real plus — excellent food and a good wine list. Every time we stay we meet Enzo, an amazing restaurant host, which makes dinner feel like more than just an airport meal. If you need to be close to the airport while you are in Rome, this is the place.

Bed was very comfortable.

Too far from the airport. Very long walk. Also, the tv selection was not good. The bathroom showers were not great with all the glass doors.

The hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and spacious.

Had to wait 2 hours for dinner and it was dreadful Staff just incompetent.

I liked that our room was quiet and at the end of the hall. The breakfast was great and had a coffee service.

I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool but was disappointed that I would have to pay more money to use it because a hair cap, that I would have to purchase myself, was required in order to use the pool that is listed as a hotel amenity. I also thought that the dining was a bit disorganized and requests at dinner were missed.

Excelente opção para quem tem um vôo muito cedo. É uma caminhada de cerca de 20 minutos até o terminal de check-in mas vale a pena.

공항에 가까운 숙소라 늦게 도착했을 때 하루 저녁 지내기 너무 좋은 곳 이였습니다. 다음날 일어나서 렌트카 빌리는 곳도 가까워서 아침먹고 다녀오기도 좋았습니다.

I use the hotel for the airport I find it very convenient.

The restaurant. Breakfast is great, but the dinner was mediocre at best. Being the in capital I would expect more past dishes that pasta and tomatoes? I didn’t know if I was at the hotel or hospital. Go see the pasta dishes at Terminal 1 and then adjust.

Barulho alto de furadeira pela manhã em piso superior. Pequenos problemas de falta de falta de manutenção no quarto (luminárias e espelho no banheiro que não parava em posição de uso).

It needs more food options , and vending machines that work

It looked like it had been recently renovated and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good beds and good sized rooms. Great breakfast.

There were a few things that could be improved. Water pressure was very weak in my room. There’s no staff at the entrance which I think would be useful for arrivals and taxi service management. But apart from that, service was very good and staff were generally helpful. The spa and pool area could do with a refresh and aren’t particularly pleasant but given it’s an airport hotel I don’t think that’s a priority.

It's a very nice hotel, next to the airport. So it is very convenient in that sense. You can walk to the terminal. The rooms were spacious for 3 of us.

Not much to report here - I will say that some of the staff were kind of rude - i.e. when we went to use the gym, we didn't have the proper attire. Also everyone has to wear a hair cap for the pool, which was kind of silly. I get it, but it wasn't welcoming in that sense.

Se encuentra mismo dentro del predio del aeropuerto por lo que se accede cómodamente al mismo luego de unos minutos de caminar pudiendo llegar con el carro para las valijas muy cerca al ascensor por el cual se accede al ultimo tramo de acceso al hotel . La habitación y baño son muy cómodos y amplios . La cama excelente. SIn duda un lugar para descansar luego de un vuelo y prepararse para el siguiente. El desayuno muy completo y el personal muy amable.

La carta del restaurante para cenar poco variada y la calidad/cantidad no acorde con lo que cuestan los platos y tragos. Podría mejorarse.

Absolutely lovely and exceptionally clean hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and the end of our visit and I would happily stay here again! You should definitely purchase breakfast with your room. They have a shuttle to the airport and a connecting overhead tunnel access (lots of walking). Highly recommend

Arrived in the evening off a long haul with another flight the next morning. It was great to be able to walk to the hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Buffett breakfast had a good selection.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The was just what we wanted in the exact location we needed.

The restaurant was a little chaotic but surprisingly added to the dining pleasure; The food was not spectacular, just basic. Breakfast was very good with a LOT of choices. Here the service was good.

בחרתי במלון אחרי מסע בעיר רומא למס' ימים ולהתרגעות ללילה אחד לפני הטיסה הביתה בריכת שחיה נחמדה, רוכשים כובע ים אצל המציל א.בוקר נפתחת ב-6 בבוקר בדיוק לפני הגעה לשדה ב-7 בבוקר, עשירה ומגוונת כצפוי למלון הילטון

I left my hat on the chair at my table. When I went back the staff said no one saw the hat. The wait staff that cleaned the table would have had to see the hat when setting up for another guest. 50.00 hat and its a mystery that not one employee saw it. Very disappointed with this as I stay here every year.

Perfect, stayed the night after arriving in the evening and departure the next day, very close to the airport. Breakfast, dinner, gym and service were great!

The hotel is tired and we had the room next door to the hotel laundry operation that worked 24hours. Incredibly noisy making it impossible to sleep after a long flight. They shouldn’t give room 2001 to guests. I have loyalty status with Hilton and this is my worst Hilton experience.

It’s a ripoff sorry ! Ordered a bottle of water for 14 Euro !! Breakfast quality was not the Hilton standard.. should should spent the night in room instead of a shabby hotel near the airport not worth more than a 100 euro !!

I am requesting a full refund for my stay last night. This has been the worst Hilton experience we have ever had. We started the evening off with no AC and the Tub Stop broken in my first room 3069. The hotel did send mainstenence up to try to fix but did not correct the situation so they moved us to room 3062. I was ok with all of this until this morning I had to leave for my flight home and discovered I had NO Hotwater at all to take a shower and clean up before my flight back the US today. Totally unexceptable coming from a Hilton Property.

The proton to the AP is a big winner. The resection was friendly and the room was clay. The room is very basic compared to what is expected from Hilton 4 star hotel.
