房间设施很老旧，马桶、淋浴房、电吹风都很陈旧。烧水壶里外不隔热，水烧开了，不小心碰到了外壳，烫的快起泡了。没有五星酒店应有的标准。

The breakfast spread did not have much local foods. The spread is more to chinese style but I'm guessing it's because they are the frequent visitors. Also, the pillows were too soft but we asked for extra ones.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was really comfortable, the room and towels were clean, and everything was well equipped. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The property is also in a beautiful location, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, a lovely and comfortable stay — we’d definitely come back again!

There were a few things that could be improved. The shower/toilet area had an unpleasant smell during our stay. It would also be better if the toilet came with a bidet spray, as this would be more convenient for guests. Additional towels would be appreciated, especially for longer stays. Lastly, the shampoo and shower gel should be topped up regularly to ensure there is enough for all guests.

Ho soggiornato presso Hilton Hotel e posso dire senza esitazione che è stato uno dei migliori hotel 5 stelle in cui sia mai stata. Eccellente in tutto, davvero. ​Camera curata in ogni minimo dettaglio con gusto e lusso discreto. La stanza era molto spaziosa, silenziosissima, profumatissima e con un letto incredibilmente comodo. Il personale è il vero punto di forza. Gentilissimo, discreto, sempre presente ma mai invadente. Professionisti veri che ti fanno sentire coccolata dal check-in al check-out. Si vede che amano quello che fanno. ​Colazione spettacolare, ricchissima, con prodotti di altissima qualità. Cena indimenticabile. Non vedo l'ora di tornare. Consigliatissimo al 100%, vale ogni euro. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

È tutto perfetto! Niente di negativo!

Hôtel tres propre. Restaurant au top. Éclairage a revoir. La dernière rénovation ne date pas d'hier mais c'était fait a la perfection. Climatisation tres efficace. Petit-déjeuner au top... éviter la belle terrasse extérieure, la rue est tout proche et ça roule ! Douches au top. Piscines au top et ouverte jusqu'à 22h.

La seule remarque le personnel au petit déjeuner doit se détendre. Il vous guette de que vous enlevé la main de l'assiette il sont déjà la même sans finir de mâcher. Avec politesse mais un peu dérangeant.

This hotel offers what you expect. Luxury and comfort at a good location. Very comfortable beds and pillows, friendly and helpful staff.

First time at the Hilton Bandung and I'm having an amazing time. I am sitting in the lounge and have to commend the whole staff for their excellence. In the lounge Lily, Artha and Fefen continue making my day with their kindness and attention to detail. They truly make you feel special and taken care of in every single interaction. Downstairs at reception I want to commend Ryan and Ayu who did an amazing job managing the guests during an unexpected power blackout. The whole neighborhood went down, so it was not a Hilton issue. But they literally mobilized all staff to assist guests, invite them to drinks and engage them in super interesting conversation while we were all waiting for the power to come back on. In the end, we asked if we could just take the stairs and staff even went with us (11 floors in my case) to make sure all went well. Even the head chef Chef Ade offered to accompany me upstairs but the good man had better things to do, I am sure. But having everyone so invested in your well being made you feel not like a guest but like family. Well well done Hilton Bandung!!!

L’Hilton Bandung è in una posizione ottima, a soli 5-10 minuti di auto da Braga, la principale zona centrale. Fin dall’arrivo si percepisce il livello della struttura: accoglienza molto curata da parte di concierge e reception, ambienti eleganti e ben mantenuti, con dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza, come la cascata d’acqua e la musica classica nelle aree comuni. Le camere sono moderne, confortevoli e molto pulite. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante italiano e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima la zona piscina, particolarmente adatta alle famiglie grazie anche all’area giochi per bambini 0-12 anni, comodamente situata vicino alla piscina. La colazione è davvero eccellente, con un’ampia scelta sia di cucina locale sia internazionale, tutto di ottima qualità. Nel weekend viene inoltre allestita un’area esterna dedicata ai bambini, permettendo ai genitori di fare colazione con maggiore tranquillità mentre loro giocano. Infine super apprezzata la comunicazione tramite whatsapp con la reception; ad esempio, ci hanno riservato un ristorante, oppure ci consegnavano asciugamani e acqua dietro necessità.

Personnel vraiment au top (un grand merci a Lisna pour avoir permis aux enfants de nourrir les poissons de l'hôtel 😀). Chambre très confortable, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner très complet pour tous les goûts. Grande piscine pas trop profonde, au top pour les enfants.

De druk van de regendouche kon beter. Weinig aandacht voor hergebruiken van de handdoeken ivm het milieu en daarmee samenhangend te weinig haakjes om de handdoeken apart op te hangen om zo nog te weten van wie welke handdoek is. Wij zaten in een suite voor 4 personen.

Went to Hilton Bandung and book the Le Petit Chef & Family dinner event. It was mesmerizing. Kuddos to Abby as master host, Refa as server, chef Nur and chef Angga. They really did a fantastic job making this an out of world experience.

تنوع خيارات الإفطار(باستثناء الخيارات العربية) طاقم العمل جدا بشوش ويرحب دائما ويعرض مساعدته مساحة الغرفة ممتازة وملحقاتها متكاملة ومريحة

أكبر عيب بالنسبة لي هو عدم توفر شطاف واستبداله بالصنبور الذي يخرج من الكرسي واعتبره اختيار غير صحي تم عرض ترقية من الموظفة (على حد زعمها) للغرفة الأعلى بخصم نصف السعر لكن الصدمة ان سعر الترقية كان مقارب لما تم دفعه لسعر الحجز الأصلي ورفضت بلباقة 😂 أتمنى تغطية العصيرات في بوفيه الإفطار لأنه يوجد حشرات طائرة تسقط داخل العصائر

My recent experience at Hilton Bandung differed significantly from my previous visit in January 2017. Notable observations include: • The breakfast buffet, previously a highlight of the stay, has decreased in both quality and variety. Additionally, there was no gluten-free bread available. • Amenities in the guest room and bathroom were subpar, with the minibar offering only basic tea and coffee options. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the hotel’s outstanding cleanliness and comfortable bedding. The housekeeping staff performed exceptionally well. A particularly commendable aspect was the dedication of the Hilton Bandung team to service excellence. Upon checkout, my wife inadvertently left one of her favourite blouses behind. Ms. Konita from the Front Office promptly contacted us regarding the forgotten item and arranged its return via courier. Despite shortcomings in room amenities and breakfast offerings, we remain satisfied with the overall quality of service provided by Hilton Bandung. We encourage Hilton Bandung to continue maintaining these high standards.

Wat ons echter het meest verbaasde, was de staat van de kamers. Deze waren simpelweg niet Hilton-waardig, wat een enorme teleurstelling was. De kamers voelden eerder aan als die van een gemiddeld viersterrenhotel dan als een Hilton. Wat ons nog meer schokte, was de muffe geur in de kamer. Dat is onacceptabel voor een hotel met de reputatie van Hilton. Wanneer je een Hilton-kamer binnenkomt, verwacht je een frisse en aangename geur die direct een luxe gevoel geeft, niet een muffe, vochtige lucht. Dat is extra jammer, omdat de uitstekende medewerkers en het heerlijke ontbijt juist wel de kwaliteit uitstralen die je van Hilton mag verwachten. We hopen dan ook oprecht dat Hilton de staat van de kamers verbetert, zodat deze weer aansluiten bij de hoge standaard waar het merk om bekendstaat.

Service, service, service: top!!! Leuk restaurant bij het zwembad met heel betaalbare pizza’s. Ontbijt was fantastisch. Alles aanwezig, personeel doet er alles aan om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Kamers lekker ruim. Goede bedden.

Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staff were very attentive. We arrive slightly earlier than 3pm but our room was already ready. My request for a late check out was also entertained but with extra cost of course.

There is a rain shower in the toilet but it was not working.

All the staff we met and dealt with were professional and friendly. Executive floor check in was pleasant and prompt. The room was nice and modern with pretty good soundproofing. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a nice view of the pool from our room. Breakfast buffet spread quality was quite good, although the menu remained pretty much the same throughout our stay. Location was good, within 10 mins walk to Paskal 23. We noted that the rain shower water pressure was poor. There's no actual kids club, but just a small kids play area and does not have many play equipments.

Er werd in de schoonheidssalon een behandeling (pedicure en manicure) aangeboden die niet te boeken was. Als je het niet hebt, biedt het dan ook niet aan!

All the staff was welcoming and professional. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Check in and out was efficient and fast. Breakfast was excellent with choices for various coffees and tea. The room was spacious and clean.

The pillow was too flat and not comfortable. There's no bidet in the toilet. PowerPoint in the room is not universal.

I liked the location, the views, and the great cappuccinos served at breakfast. The rooms themselves are also very spacious.

The hotel is starting to show its age. Clear wear and tear is visible on the furniture and carpets, and a deep cleaning is definitely needed in the rooms, particularly across the bathroom grout and fixtures. Room maintenance needs a serious upgrade to live up to five star standards.
