Reviewed Aug 30, 2026It was not a buffet but full service. I liked the table settings and the hostess was very attentive. I liked being billed a la carte because I don't eat that much. However buffets work better for business travel (fast in and out).
I wouldn't change anything. Breakfast was great. The hotel staff were great. I was on vacation though, people who were rushing were going to have to wait.

Did not realize that breakfast was Extra- thought, included. Parking ticket explanation or use did NOT work. I had to pay to exit. NOISY people in hall until 2 a.m..

The air conditioning system was quite noisy and set to cold and I couldn't turn it off. I didn't actually mention it so that's on me,maybe it was something easy to fix. Also, the door hangers for the towels in the bathroom were dusty all the time. Yikes!

Didn't like the fact that there is no incentive for birthdays or special occasions unless you pay for it, the room already costs enough for one night. Most hotels or resorts that I have visited gives you a little décor or a little cupcake or chocolate something.

I don’t have a tub so I wanted to take a bath and the tub would not stay plugged. The room overall was a little dirty as far as the furniture goes. I had to sign up for something to use the WiFi; I don’t even know what I signed up for but I’m sure it involves getting a bunch of unwanted emails. The broken tub drain was the biggest thing. I don’t travel much or get to stay in many hotels (or other places with tubs) so I was really disappointed.
