Hampton Inn & Suites-Worcester, MA

Staff was very friendly, it was clean & very well located.

The bed sheets were rough and the pillows were old so clumpy and small. The warm breakfast selection wasn’t very good, but the waffle making was fun.

I appreciated the "clean" hygiene products. The staff was friendly.

The pillows and the breakfast, and the shower pressure were awful.

I never stayed here. Hilton was having an outage worldwide and Hampton inn had to turn away scores of people who were in town for pan mass challenge. There was no alternate way to check us in which seems ludicrous. We had to stay at a Marriott 50 min away. Kudos to Marriott. I then had to chase my refund down with both booking.com and Hampton Inn with both telling me I had to seek the refund from the other. And not a peep from parent company Hilton with apologies for the inconvenience. Finally got my money back. So no…it was a stay that never happened

See above.

Clean, good location, good staff.

My room was not done after the first night I had to ask for it to be done on my 3rd day.

Its location

It was easy to get to and plenty of parking.

Parking permits, while necessary, are annoying.

The pool

The beds was not comfortable

STAFF WAS SO NICE TO US AND IT WAS CLEAN. BREAKFAST WASNT THE BEST BUT YH

BREAKFAST. EGGS WERE RPROPERLY COOKED AT LEAST TO MY LIKING AND I FELT LIKE IT WAS A BIT LIMITED

Staff were wonderful!

The pool closed at 10pm, we were hoping to swim after dinner and were disappointed the pool didn't stay open. Additionally, we didn't realize that the phone charging port on the side tables in the rooms did not charge when the lights were off. Therefore, we woke up with no battery on our phones.

Beds

Internet didn't work for phones and Tv

The room was clean and tidy. Good options with the breakfast although not much salads was available

Much options can be featured in the breakfast menu

A little hard to find at first because it’s behind another hotel that they share a parking lot with

Hard to find at first

A lot of choices

There was nothing I didn't like

I find it incredible that they don’t clean your room daily. I did not see posted anywhere when i made the reservation that we only clean your room every other day. I have stayed at places that offer if you want to help the environment hang your towels up and that sort of thing, But never have i been flat out told we don’t clean your room daily Presumably if i would check out each day i could get a clean room Hampton inn and Hilton in the past were always a trusted easy reservation . No more .

The staff was very helpful. When we first got into our room, it smelled a smoke and they moved us immediately.

The sliding bathroom door across the closet in the bathroom is not an ideal design.

Nice and clean

With parking lots of cars no where to park

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The heated pool is a nice feature.

While the room was clean, the sheets had specs of dirt on them. We called the front desk and the hotel changed them right away.

The staff members were lovely. John Dianne at check-in were patient with the extreme amount of people looking for some help. Mia was lovely to interact with also

Nothing. It met all our needs and expectations

조식이 참 좋았어요 방도 깨끗

수영장 짐이 작고 주차장 사정이 좀 빡빡해요

Staff very helpful.

Thought the rooms were starting to look like they might need an upgrade soon.

Updated, close to DCU center, good breakfast, little 24 hour snack bar, and nice staff

Parking is a little tough, but expected

Clean and beautiful decor

Nothing it was very nice.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants.

More parking needed.

Convenient location, efficient, friendly staff.

Way overpriced for the quality of the facilities

The room was new & clean. Staff was real friendly!

Our view

The lobby.

The bed was uncomfortable and had a big lump in the center of the king bed... old...

Close to home

Pay for parking and not clear on how we would be charged if decided to park in parking lot

clean

na

The bed smelled like body odor and the bathroom sink was clogged

Pay for parking? Rug had a whole in it, pillows were terrible

Location is really good

Breakfast is not really my kind but it is fine.

Parking garage.

They charged me $15.95 for parking because their app to download was not working. Besides I'm a UMASS hospital employee and am supposed not be charged.

The location was fairly convenient to the venue we were attending.

Parking felt so limited that we didn’t dare to leave during our stay for fear of loosing our space. Things were pretty old and could have been much cleaner than they were.

Eye mice staff so helpful and friendly very comfortable room and bed

I didn’t care for the showers wish they had hand held piece.

The room was immaculate the bed was comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was also great

The heating unit in the room was extremely noisy. We got in late so didn’t call desk

Eggs were not great but the rest was good . I love the coffee.

Need a hot tub and didn’t like paying for parking

Clean and welcoming

N/A

Rooms

None

It was clean and the staff were nice.

The tv in the next room was a bit loud. (not the hotels fault)

Very good selection

Nothing

The staff was helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and space for comfortable.

The cost of one night seemed very expensive and when booking the room the cost kept going up, even with booking.com the price was high. The tv was not working and I needed to climb on a table to get behind it and switch the wires.

Complete package

The location. And the manager, Jody was trying to accommodate.

Arrived in the evening the toilet and bathrooms were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I went downstairs to report it and they handed me sheets and told me I can make the bed myself. I ended up cleaning the bathroom myself except for the mold that’s all over the shower. Other than Jody the manager, the staff was rude. No I see. It’s a 2 1/2 star I would say it’s more like a one star after this experience. Especially seeing I paid for a suite with an average of $450 a night. Like I said Jody, the manager tried to help when I saw her but everything else about this place. All I can say is I’ll never go back.

Everything except for the parking garage

$15 for overnight parking is too much. It should be included in the rate. And since you have limited space, there should be free valet parking.

Breakfast deliciuos

I like everything

Casandra who was at the front desk provided excellent service.

Could not find instructions for how to access the free wifi. I had to use my personal hotspot to work on my laptop

the front desk. Michelle was very nice and professional.

Parking, I had to park on the streets the two nights of the stay. breakfast was no good.

pool was really dirty - hair everywhere

Ubicación

Que ni hagan la limpieza del cuarto todos los días

The property was easy to find, modern decor, spacious clean and comfortable room. Had a very nice free breakfast, making it easy to start the day and not have to leave to find some. Would book again.

The location was perfect for us, the staff was helpful, and it was quiet and very clean.

The beds were too soft. I couldn't figure out how to lower the thermostat.
