AC Hotel by Marriott Worcester

Location with restaurants and the venue we needed nearby was great!

Parking garage kiosk exiting was not working causing delay!

Easy to access. Great location

No vibe

Extremely clean

Buen servicio y las atenciones

Todo muy bien nada que decir en contra

The hotel was nice. Beds were comfortable as usual.

The bathroom is not very private. I was surprised that the breakfast was not included, and was roughly $20/person for a typical Marriot continental breakfast.

Excellent parking situation underground beneath the hotel.

חדר נקי מקלחת נקייה הכל נעים

More varieties in their breakfast range would be helpful

Everything is awesome!

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were super-comfy with oversized pillows. I could not hear anything in the other guest rooms. There was a great selection of FREE movies. The breakfast was reasonably priced for a buffet but had limited options. I was even given a free pass for parking in the public garage under the hotel which was a considerable savings in a major city. The 110 Grill was connected to the hotel and had excellent food and options and catered to my nut allergy. It was in a good neighborhood and I felt safe as a woman walking to the DCE at night alone. There were other excellent restaurants en route. This hotel will be my first choice when I stay in Worcester in the future. The room was pricey because I was attending the Democratic Convention, but worth it. Sometimes you do actually get what you are paying for.

Close to the areas and events we needed to get to Good room size

Was very loud- very poor night sleep Floors were very dusty

Efficient clean stylish hotel in the heart of Worcester this site is a preferred hotel to stay in when traveling. The staff are attentive and the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel lobby and bar are outstanding as well. The gym is a bonus.

closeness to Holy Cross

Our sink was totally clogged. Charging $20 to park overnight

Location, facility, and staff

Very clean room and bedding. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was very good.

Great location, very clean, comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast could be better.

Great location for an event at the DCU Center.

Bed was too soft and the glass door on the bathroom was useless and loud.

Location terrific,beds were amazing

NA

the room was spacious, clean and the hotel was conveniently close to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops.

parking was not included and cost an extra $20, which is not mentioned in the booking.

Check in service was fast, friendly and professional. Location was excellent for the price. This was a home run!!

My daughter and I stayed overnight at the AC Worcester,MA during a College visit to Clark University. The Room was neat and clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The Lobby was spacious and equally well appointed, with very helpful staff at the front desk. Breakfast the next morning (additional charge, not included with the room fee), was excellent -- hot and cold choices, pastries, variety of hot and cold drinks. Highly recommended.

location , cleanliness

noise from ac and refrigerator

Location is very close to the DCU Center, so it was very convenient. The hotel is very clean and was very modern. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and updated and very close to the DCU center

The sofa bed didn’t have any bedding at all. From check in time I asked the front desk 5 times for bedding so my kids could sleep on it. The bedding finally showed up at 10:45 pm I was not impressed

The peace

Not having cups for the coffee in rooms

Breakfast was very good, coffee was excellent. Like it is dog friendly.

The view was terrible, looking at a roof. Dog friendly rooms should have a view too.

Staff members were very helpful. The breakfast was pleasant.

The location was really great perfect for walking to bars and restaurants

When I first checked in the woman who was there didn't tell me her name, my room number, or what floor I was on. I figured it out after asking questions but she was very quiet the entire time didn't feel very personable. But the woman upon my checkout was amazing!

exceptional hotel with exceptional staff.

My daughter and I both agreed our stay - though brief- was a “ten.” Staff was welcoming, answered my ton of questions. And first look into the lobby was wonderfully festive ! Great beds and equally great shower! We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend to other friends and family.

Very nice front desk personnel, super clean hotel rooms, close to anything you want to do Downtown or in the Canal district.

If we needed a little bit more time it was acomadated to us

The fire alarm went off as a routine test but we were not notified about it ahead of time, but we understand that it's a test every first of the month as I was told, but my wife was in a house fire on December 22 2000 3 days before Christmas and it gave her a dayshavu she and her parents lost everything when she was younger and since then she has had panic attacks and she had one that day, but thank you for giving us a few more hours of sleep it is much appreciated

Great location, very clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly .
