It seemed clean, and staff was friendly easy to locate

The elevator was clunky and at one point when you press the buttons, it started to takeoff and then jerked and powered out.. was nervous to select the floor again, but it seemed to move accordingly, but gave me an uncomfortable feeling. Air conditioning didn’t cool the room them down very well. Need more thinner pillows. Staff didn’t advise me that you need one of the cards to turn the lights on in the room.

The location is very accessible ang close to shops. The beds are so comfortable. I love how the washroom floor is heated. The room is also clean.

I like where the hotel is located close to activities.

Washroom flooring is uneven. I can see the pipes at the bottom of the sink. Shower tub looks like there is a cracks on it. Shower knob/handle is broken. The light fixture brokwn or damage.

We like the housekeeping guy. They were also accommodating with bringing us glasses for our drinks rather than paper cups.

There is no housekeeping when we are here for three days. We had to ask for clean towels, our garbage’s were never changed.. There is only one day worth of coffee left and we were staying for three days so we had to go and ask for coffee.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was quiet. The price was great. The room temperature control was easy to use and effective.

Friendly and helpful people, big room, very clean. Fast check in and out. Perfect location for biking on the bike trail to Meaford.

Elevater has an unusual smell; the room was a little chilly but the heater started smelling smokey when i changed 68 to 77, had to change it to 74 instead; not sure it the blanket was 100% washed but there was someone's blood on the edge of the blanket

Location was ideal

Staff was too busy. We were sent to another location without consulting us in advance. Toilet wasn’t working properly. It flooded, have to make multiple requests for everything. Guard in pool location were horrible. My son was about to drown no one helped. I have to bring him out of the pool, then they were accusing me for this.

I like the bathroom that was renovated.

Earlier official check in (not at 4:00 PM) So if you stay two night and three days it is not true. Check out is at 11:00 AM and we are losing 5 hours.

Location was very convenient and easy to find. Beds super comfortable. Love the puffy duvets. Friendly staff. Would absolutely rebook.

Signage for luggage trolly not to use the ramp was inconvenient. Needed to lift Luggage from parking lot up a few stairs.

The location is good, the facilities are clean and spacious, and there are many things to do on top of the golf and the marina.

Some facilities are not in good condition, they are also optional things that could attract and please guests.

Elevator had a strong oily odor to it.

They need to introduce a Dog Muzzle policy for dogs while inside the building. The corridors are narrow and I was attached by what looked like a rottweiler. It was obvious that the owner could not control the dog even though the dog was on a leash. I did report the incident to the front desk and they said they would have security look into the matter as there are camera's in the hallways. My greater concern would be with children in an incident like this. I hope they take this policy suggestion seriously as I will not stay there again unless the muzzle policy is in place.

It was easy to locate, the staff were very friendly and accomodating, our room was clean and the price was very reasonable.

The rooms are very clean. The location served us well.

1. I change the reservation from 3 rooms to 2 - was charged a no show fee for the 3rd room - which I had cancelled 2 weeks prior 2. I messaged the hotel asking to change my reservation from 2 double queen rooms to 1 double queen and a king - was sent a message saying no problem - they changed the room, and both rooms would be on the SAME FLOOR! Nope when I checked in - not only had the reservation NOT BEEN CHANGED but the rooms were IN DIFFERENT BUILDINGS!!!! 3. The bed in the king room was a cheap extra soft mattress on slats - like you sat on the edge and you sunk 2-3 inches into the mattress. 4. The slats that were holding up the mattress were augmented - someone had attached extra support ‘legs’ to the slats to hold the mattress up - those ‘legs’ collapsed when my husband rolled over to kiss me goodnight - we lifted the mattress - all the ‘legs’ were either twisted and almost off or had fallen off - they were being held on by a single screw. We ended up sleeping on the couch - which was not ideal. When I brought it to the attention of the staff in the morning - oh I’ll have maintenance take a look in a tone that made me think that this wasn’t the first time a king bed had collapsed. 5. The double queen room - there were no outlets close to the beds - my friend had to sleep in an awkward position all night as she uses a C-Pap machine and the plug was so far away she could barely plug it in. 6. The shower in the double queen - was difficult to turn on - my friend is in her 60’s and has some health issues - had difficulty turning on the shower as you had to literally yank on the handle to get it to work. She had to have the other person turn it on as it was so hard to do. 7. I specifically booked the hotel as we need an EV charger - the chargers were difficult to use and it was $2.50/kilowatt PLUS $2.

Good location, good sized rooms, easily can book a room for 6 people.

Upstairs hallway (3rd floor) smells terrible, very musky and stuffy. Needs to open windows to cross ventilate or change the carpets. Half of the channels on the TV doesn't work, not a smart tv, can't access any Apps through it. Pool was nice and big but dirty/foggy, they need to clean it out, not just through chlorine in it! Don't give late check-outs. Overnight there is no front desk staff, they are at the other building, just a security guard is there in the front. Don't give any late check out options.

The Pool and the Hot Jacuzzi were wonderful. The balcony off the room was a plus.

Check in time is 4 PM which is too late especially for someone staying for one night. Shampoo and Body wash were empty. The shampoo and body wash are in the same bottle. They should be two different things. There is no hotel breakfast option. They gave us vouchers for one hour Kayak, however, the kayaking was booked till beyond our stay. So we were not able to use the vouchers.

We had booked 3 units through our membership with RCI. The location is great, although the amenities like the pool and gym are a good 10 minute walk from the condos. The shoreline and trails in the area are amazing! However, the units are dated and in ill repair. One of them had a leaking dishwasher that took 3 days to replace with an older poorly functioning model and one of the units smelled like cigarette smoke. Also we were charged for a supposedly broken TV in one of the units that we didn't even turn on. Check the appliances and devices when you first get there!

When we entered our room a distinctive smell welcomed us. I don’t know what smell it was but it’s stinky. Our second night, the guest’s kids beside us were screaming on top of their lungs around 11:30pm-12:30am. And no microwave.

We had put in a request when booking that we prefered an upper floor but was put on the first floor right opposite the swimming pool. We could hear all the noises from there especially when people were leaving the pool.

The Filipino staff in the reception was nice, helpful and professional. He was wearing a uniform with a vest. And other staff as well. Housekeeping staff were all friendly.

The lady wearing a curly blonde wig in the reception was not friendly. She should learn to smile more and have patience to guest questions. Her name is rebecca.

We had a 2 bedroom lock off which was perfect for our needs. The rooms were well appointed and stocked with all the cooking and dining supplies we needed. The resort is located close to the town of Collingwood and there are lots of trails to enjoy. We walked over to the Living Water resort and checked out their roof top lookout. There is an indoor pool with an attached hot tub area. Lobby is big and newly renovated and it will be even better when the on site restaurant reopens after renovations.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the studio including a bedroom and a washroom plus kitchen (not complete) and sofa and tv. However no ustensils, no plates even though there are cupboards, fridge and microwave. We had to go in the other building for the nice heated pool and hot tub and also to get ice; when phoning front desk a robot answers and the understanding is minimal. The answers she gave were often wrong. The wifi in our unit 7613 was very weak. I didn't use it. The mattress was too soft for our taste. Seemed very old.

We were pleased to see that a studio for 2 included a bedroom, a washroom, a kitchen-living room with sofa, tv, table, chairs, cupboards, fridge and microwave. However there were no plates, no ustensils and the wifi was not good in our unity 7613. We fell alone since we registered in the other section of the building, the nice heated pool and hot tub were in the other section; we had to get out and back in to get to it. When we called the front desk, a robot answered and her answers were often wrong. We had the impression she did not know where we were exactly. Our mattress was too soft; we had the impression it was old.

First time to Canada and it was beautiful. Had a great time. Rooms were very nice and employees were very nice and helpful.

Parking was included and no issues finding a space. The hotel is a good location off the main road.

The room was is disrepair. Chunks of wood missing out of the bed frame; all furniture scuffed badly, missing paint on the walls, missing caulking and trim in the bathroom; red mold in the shower; mini ‘fridge’ barely cooled anything; soda on the wall. The room felt dirty and in desperate need of renovation. I was charged a $200 damage fee (to be refunded after checkout), made to sign a waiver excusing them from any liability for anything. Charged me $200 for one night (two queen bed room), but did NOT include breakfast. I requested extra pillows and blankets and never received them. There were multiple signs in the room about up-charges like $70 to clean the room if you’re staying longer than a week; selling you their bathroom towels for $25 etc. the bathroom also came with communal soap and bathroom toiletries, which is highly unsanitary and unsafe. There is only 1 elevator. Although they have luggage carts, you are not allowed to take them out into the parking lot (by the elevator), so they were effectively useless.

Update your rooms better i guess is the only thing everything else was good

The location is great. Gym is small with only 4 machines. Rooms were quiet and you couldn’t hear any noise. Checkin and checkout was quick.

Pillows were too thick for sleeping on your back. Shampoo and conditioner provided left hair and not moisturized. Wish there was an outdoor pool for the summer.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud! Got the best night sleep ever in a hotel. The heated floors were a nice perk. Lots of amenities and awesome that you can use the amenities on the other properties too.

Everything. The cleanliness, the space of the rooms, the aesthetic of the space. What we expected but we were still surprised and very happy. The area was easy to access and navigate. Parking was easy to find we just had to park a bit farther from our entrance. Regardless of parking will definitely be returning. As well price was amazing for the value.

The room wasn’t clean, the hallways and elevator smelled, the balcony was a mess and filled with spiders and the facility at large looks very dated. I payed for what I thought would be A+ quality, but felt like I was at an Inn. I had to clean the toilet seat!!

It was clean and the view of that room was good.

The heating and cooling system was very noisy throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. Also, the hotel elevator was out of service that night, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. We were also disappointed that the hotel did not offer anything special for birthdays or anniversaries.

There was a nice hotel with nice rooms and very nice bathroom. It has swimming pool as well.

The unit was roomy and clean. Missing comfortable chairs to relax, couch was simply not comfortable!

Decent accommodations at a reasonable price. Nothing fancy. No room microwave , very small Fridge. I was only there for the night so it was a clean place to sleep.
