The air conditioner in the room was a little too strong and noisy for me.

Location and amenities were nice

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful amenities, but the "triple sheeting" method ruined my sleep. While the bed looks pristine at first, the flat sheets immediately slip out and bunch up the moment you move. Because the sheets slide completely away, you wake up touching the naked duvet insert, which is unhygienic since these inner comforters are not washed between guests. The bed also had decorative pillows, which are well-known germ hotspots that cannot be easily laundered.I am leaving a 1-star review because a clean, functional bed is the most essential part of a hotel stay. I truly hope management switches to real duvet covers to match the high quality of the rest of the hotel. Also, hotel staff was short as per our observation. To get a pool towel we waited like 15 minutes on the line. Single staff member cannot handle the long line, hotel management must improve their schedule foe the staff.

- Got a great deal on a 1 bdrm condo. A beautiful, clean and comfortable room, just like the description and photos. - The rooftop terrace is a nice place to sit back and relax. - Restaurant has a Happy Hour offering some great food and drink deals. Food was tasty.

They lose points because the restaurant does not open until 11am on weekdays and there is no other on-site food service available. So, unless you bring your own groceries, you need to get in the car and go elsewhere. Not ideal. For being a vacation resort, at minimum, a small continental breakfast bar should be available.

Bed was comfortable. The gym's cardio equipment was very good.

There was a deep humming noise transmitted through the bed and walls. The floor in the hall had a long uneven rut in it for the entire length such that the carpet was visibly depressed and bunched up; someone could twist their ankle if not careful. The toilet wouldn't stop running My room on the "second floor" was actually only a few feet higher than and overlooked the parking lot. Crazy for the price paid.

Beautiful facility and hotel. We loved the location and stunning views. Our two joint rooms were incredible and felt like a condo apartment.

Resort Spa should offer more for its money. You have to book times for the pool, no morning breakfast like in some hotels we've stayed in and even complimentary coffee should be all day not two hours a day. Housekeeping was extra?? It's very pricey but all you get is a hotel room. There should be more included.

We asked for early check in and they couldnt accomodate. The pool and floors in the pool area could be cleaned throughout the day. The change room is not a change room.

I loved all the various amenities, including the spa and pool.

It was sometimes difficult to reach staff members at the front desk with questions or room requests.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Property was well maintained and rooms very clean.

The out side had a beautiful spot to barbaque and sit down to relax at the fire pit. The inn had everything you would want.

Rooms balcony looked at the back of the restaurant where staff smoked and all the ACs were running. Probably the worst room in the entire building. Any other room would have had a better view/less noise.

Loud A/C unit that blows into the curtains and doesn’t cool down the room, especially at night when the curtains are closed. Loud fan in the bathroom that is connected to the main light. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. Undersized facilities (hot tub, pool) for the number if units where you have to book a space to swim. Not impressed.

The room I was given was several steps down. Had to carry my luggage down. It was like being on a bad lower level of a cruise ship.. i had no bedside reading lights and it was a very dark room. The bathroom was also outdated with deafening fan and light main switch.

I like the location

My husband & I stayed here June 27 - July 02 in a two-bedroom unit (3108/3110) on the 3rd floor facing the waterfront and marina. We come every year for a week at different times, spring, summer & fall. This time we really enjoyed our summer stay. Best of all was viewing the spectacular Canada Day fireworks over Collingwood Bay from the Living Waters Resort roof top patio! The units in this section of the resort are showing their age. Dining table had a slightly bubbled surface, the couch has seen a lot of wear & tear, caulking in the attached deluxe bedroom needs to be changed. However we do like the large spacious rooms, comfy beds, big kitchen and two balconies. This section is nice and handy to the restaurant, pool, marina, parking etc. We are planning to come back in 2027.

Loved our room, I was able to get a one bedroom condo upgrade through booking.com and it was amazing!

The outdoor spa/jacuzzi was not working, only heated no bubbles. I had $100 dollar gift certificates to use on this property, which was a gift to me and my husband, but was not allowed to use them in the restaurant unless I had exact amount or I would lose the money. My bill was $140, I gave them 2 $100 gift certificates and they said they could not give me change, I was also not allowed to charge the rest to my room. Very disappointing.

I was beside the staff entrance. 6am, door slam every 2 minutes. Didnt sleep either night. They advertise AC but it only goes so low. I was so hot I couldn’t sleep through the night. Fridge didn’t work. Tub was junk. Went out the exit by my room and there’s puddles with dirty diapers all over.

Our Suite was very spacious and comfirtable with a great view over the harbour.

The cocktails at the bar were very overpriced and tasteless. Our steaks came undercooked.

Great view. Layout of the two bedroom apartment was great. The rooftop viewing area was great. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location to see the sites in the area.

The cutlery drawer was broken. The checkin was a bit chaotic. The limit of ten people in the pool at once is ridiculous.

The two bedroom condo was a great accommodation for a fun birthday weekend. We loved that we could use the BBQ and the room had a full kitchen.

The hot tub was very dirty by the end of the night.

The area was really good. Bedroom was comfy and bathroom very nice.

Few small things like the garbage being out in the back where you walk most of the time, maybe close that off with something esthetic. Access to the splash pad from the swimming pool. Maybe consider small coffee table outside on patios.

There was only one complaint, we were in an apartment in the newest part of the resort and the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off at night.

There was no plug for the tub in the room. Air conditioning seemed to default back to a facility chosen temperature in the middle of the night rather than the temperature we set. Woke up both nights and it took an hour to cool it back down enough again to get back to sleep.

The place is beautiful and maintained very well. Its relaxing with peaceful views. Its close to everything in town and the facilities are top tier. The spa experience was amazing. Its a great overall property.

The only 2 downsides are if you want a stay in, chill day, you are limited to cable only. Then the website doesn't do the rooms justice. We had no idea there were so many types of rooms available to book and if we book again we hope to get a better view at what's available.

I love this resort, and they gave us vouchers for resort activities. We especially loved the kayaking experience

Our rooms were clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. We ate at the Seafood restaurant our first night. The meal was excellent and prices were reasonable. We booked the Aquapath at the spa and it was wonderful. Though we didn’t participate, it was nice that they had bbqs to use and a campfire in the evenings. Coffee shops and restaurants are a short walk or drive away.

There isn’t much property to walk around and the restaurant’s patio is in the parking lot. A bit more of waterfront to walk on would have been nice. A map of local attractions, restaurants and activities, as well as local beaches would have been good. Unfortunately there is no cafe for a quick breakfast on site. We had to research were to go.

It was all around beautiful and peaceful. Very serene and allowed us to feel relaxed and at ease.

Very impersonal. AI doing minimal phone tasks, no real people to talk to. Couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk. No breakfast, even for purchase!

The hotel is in a great location on the harbour and close to downtown

I loved the location and opportunities for water sports. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool was not heated and the slide was out of service. The floor i stayed on (6th) had a smell i couldn't put my finger on and accessing my room required me exiting the main building which i found confusing. I was surprised that there was no breakfast option.

One bed is perfect. The 2nd bed is the couch you have to open and the mattress doesn’t have a proper cover and is only a few inches thick, making you feel the springs. Impossible for 2 persons

On site seafood restaurant was lovely. Good food, fairly priced. Fully equipped mini kitchen, even in our basic room. Quite spacious. Did not use pool or spa, but they looked good. Harbour views very pretty. Stores, cinema and restaurants in walking distance. Lots of free parking

Minor signs of wear and tear-did not affect comfort or functionality A mini mart for snacks and basics would be nice, to aid the “self catering” aspect. I knew this in advance, but daily housekeeping is not included.

They never made our room on a four day stay. Pool closed mid afternoon. Staff were not informed of rooms . we were told to take elevators, but end of hall we had to go down a flight of stairs, then up half a flight, our luggage was on a cart, we took it off to carry down , up the stairs , I have a bad leg and can not do stairs

Staff was rude also I requested to speak to manager to resolve my concerns no one bothered to call back

The service we received at Living waters seafood and grill was very disappointed. For the price we paid for dinner, the service receive should have been better. My appetizer was missed and had to ask for it. There were no plates for us to use for sharing our Surf and turf platter. Had to ask for it. Our server worked at the bar, so he was rather occupied and had to always wave him down, which took some time. You need to hire more waiters to ensure guests receive the care they need, especially when restaurant is at higher spectrum and dinner is NOT cheap! Very disappointed! I would never again pay that much for the kind of service we received.

We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the facilities that this resort has to offer, namely the Aquapath Hydrotherapy and the swimming pool.

The room really shows signs of aging compared to the rest of the property. For example, the drawers of the night table did not close and kept popping open. The bathroom was really dated and the shampoo and soap were difficult to use (had to squeeze really hard before a little bit comes out). The hairdryer was dusty and there were yellow stains on all the grout in all areas of the bathroom, which made me very uncomfortable. It was just dirty.

We had a wonderful family time together. Food was extremely fresh, thyr have a green house to grow their veggies, salads are highly recommended. Rooms are very clean, we stayed at a king suite and a 2 queen bedrooms. We have plenty of spaces and the room is very well designed. Especially love the pictures with the scriptures on the wall. The roof top view at sunset was amazing. The staffs were very welcoming. We also went to the spa. The water spa was very relaxing and I got to spend some quality time with my girls there. We will definitely come back. Thank you living water resort.

Great room, with a balcony. I enjoyed opening the glass patio door so that I could have fresh air all night for sleeping. Rare these days with sealed windows!

Nice location by the water. Kitchen in the suite was helpful for my 5-night stay.

Customer communications. I didn't realize this was a time share property and that there was no room service (unless you wanted to pay additional for it). It was next to impossible to contact the front desk by phone to ask a question. There was only the AI agent to "help"...which was not helpful.

There was a lot of choices available for what to do during the day and night. The pool, large slide, hot tub, restaurant, spa , balcony in the room and roof top patio were all wonderful.

If wanting to go to the restaurant or spa, reservations would be my recommendation even if it seems slow or if staff tell you that reservations are not needed.

Location was amezing, the lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the sitting area was inviting. The room we stayed in was clean and everything was super easy to use. Usually the TV. Is a big deal to get working in many hotels we stay at, but not at this Living water Resort. Looking forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed the size of our rooms. We had a full kitchen and lots of living space.

1. Check in: we asked for early check in and that couldn't be provided which is fine. We were told we would get a text when it was ready. Never did. We came back at four and everything was magically ready. 2. There was no information given about the amenities and the restrictions placed on the pool. 3. The directions given to us to get to our room were poorly relayed. We finally got down to the pool at 5pm after going and getting a key and we're told we have to come back at 6pm because there was no lifeguard. We come back and then are told that the water slide will be closed but was open earlier so we should be fine. But we didn't have access to the pool earlier. So we paid for a nicer pool and couldn't even use the slide even though the website said it would be open. 4. Everything is tired. The carpet in the hallways is bubbling up everywhere, the grounds are not taken care of. 5. There is no extras. We have stayed at many boutique hotels where you are treated like a guest. Here everything is extra. There are bikes etc but rent at a hefty price, coffee available for an hour that's it. This is our third time staying here and I have to say the years have not been kind. Spend your money elsewhere!

The bed has a very large bed frame and is close to the floor, stubbed my toe on the frame. That really hurt!

The location of this hotel is fantastic and truly its greatest asset, which makes the overall experience feel like a missed opportunity. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team was responsive and pleasant. Unfortunately, the accommodations are long overdue for a significant refresh. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit for a week and found much of the furniture to be dated, worn, and uncomfortable. The mattress quality was poor, making for less-than-restful sleep. The headboard in the master bedroom was visibly peeling, and several pieces of furniture showed signs of age and wear. The coffee table veneer was bubbling and lifting, and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be of very low quality. With such an excellent location and friendly staff, this property has tremendous potential. However, the furnishings and overall condition of the units currently detract from what could otherwise be a very enjoyable stay.

First the good news, the resort and grounds are great The staff is friendly and the entire place is very clean. The bad news is the unit, it was worse than any place we have ever stayed. The unit was as dark as a cave, with one anemic floor lamp which made it impossible to read. The unit was so poorly furnished it was shocking. It desperately needs a large area rug to take away the stark , plain atmosphere. The dining room was a disgrace with a worn ugly table and orange chairs that wouldn't sell at a garage sale. There was a hero that saved our vacation who is the night auditor, Kevin Seabourn.found us a nice bright table lamp and when I told h that there wasn't an end table to it it on He went into the lobby lounge and grabbed a table then brought it all to our room as both my wife and I both have back issues. This man should be running the place with his can-,do customer focus. I'd hire him in a heartbeat.
