We had a wonderful 3-night stay and really enjoyed our time in Collingwood. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, but what truly made our experience special was Mariya at the Front Desk. From the moment we checked in, she was incredibly warm, professional and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel like valued guests rather than simply another reservation. Mariya’s friendly personality and attention to guests really stood out. It is easy to see why other guests have also recognized her for going above and beyond. People like Mariya are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Please make sure our compliments are passed along to her and to hotel management.

Because the smell in the room its not bearable and second is there is no ventilation system properly , too much humidity and the smell due to the humidity is killing you . They have to modify their system

Room was very comfortable - could use some soundproofing but over all was totally fine. Everything was clean and tidy. Hotel is a reasonable distance to most attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Patio furnishings could be a little more thoughtful - eg, include a side table. noise from adjoining rooms was audible but not unbearable - just a touch annoying.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. There were some complimentary toiletries and a Restaurant on site. Limited menu and a bit pricey but the service was excellent. Good location. Close to shopping and Blue Mountain Village.

The hotel was under some renovation which was ok. There was a conference going on there and it was very noisy in the lobby every night and lots of kids running around the hallway even late at night. BEWARE...upon checkout we were charged for 3 in room movies which we DID NOT watch and I am still waiting for a refund!

Rooms a bit outdated, small washroom. Restaraunt pricey except for breakfast. Including breakie with stay will draw more hotel bookings.

Nous avons demandé une Suite à l'étage supérieure et notre Suite n'avait pas de balcon nous avions le toit et les 2 portes patio avait les 2 vitres très sales et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir pour aérer la chambre. Une note disait que l'hôtel était en rénovations par contre, ca fait longtemps que rien ne se passait sur ce toit.

Pas de balcon à notre Suite, plusieurs endroits dans l'hôtel, tapis dans escaliers sentaient l'humidité et parfum. Pression nettement insuffisante d'eau dans la douche de la Suite, difficile de se rincer partout ça prenait beaucoup de temps pour une femme avec cheveux mi-long et long. On n'a constaté plusieurs endroits qui avait besoin de rénovations comme les vitres au plafond de piscine intérieure coulent et la peinture va tomber sous peu dans la piscine, pas assez de chaises pour s'asseoir autour de cette piscine intérieure. Piscine extérieure a été fermé à cause d'un incident la journée de notre arrivée. Réouverture le lendemain en pm. l'hôtel ne surveille pas assez les agissements de ses clients dans la piscine extérieure, pas agréable de se baigner quand les jeunes et jeunes adultes crachent et éclabousseent dans la piscine malgré la Note qui l'interdit. On est resté à peine 5 minutes dans cette piscine. Les rénovations de l'hôtel semblent être l'excuse pour tout ce qui ne va pas bien.

Great facilities, love the pools. The staff were great. Everyone was just as happy to return to the hotel as they were to be at the beach. Had a great mocha coffee in the restaurant in the morning, lovely waitress/bartender.

Our door stuck and made a racket when opening and closing. Hard to sneak out when kids were asleep but we had a patio door so that made up for it.

We arrived late around 10:30 PM after a full day in Blue Mountain. Although the hotel had ample time to prepare our room, we were initially given room 226, which was already occupied by other guests and we were embarrassed by trying to open the door. This led to an awkward and frustrating situation for everyone involved. After returning to the front desk, the staff member apologized and reassigned us to room 233. Unfortunately, our stay did not improve. We noticed nails protruding from the carpet, which pricked one of my child and my wife. I reported the issue, and a staff member came to hammer the nails down and offered an apology. Despite this, we did not feel comfortable or relaxed in the room. Overall, our experience was far from pleasant, and we were disappointed with multiple aspects of our stay.

Perfect spot between blue mountain and Wasaga beach. The room was huge and perfect for our family. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were ants in the room but it was clean. The balcony door lead to a roof top so we couldn’t open it for fresh air in the room.

The staff were great, the Steakhouse in the hotel was wonderful. They did a good job making a very pleasant experience.

The only thing that caught me off guard is they didn't have an elevator, I was there as a vendor for trade show which meant a lot of hauling stuff up and down the stairs. But I survived

The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is gentle and very helpful. The restaurant is not good but you have an option inside the hotel that help you to spend more time without going out.

The hotel is not in the best condition. The air conditioner was not cooling enough. So, we needed to use a fan. The installations like swimming pool, tennis court are outdated.

Renovated room was lovely

The beds were very comfortable. The hallways etc were quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and some toiletries were provided. The room was nice and cool when we arrived.

Some small things are in need of repair/replacement such as the coffee maker was (leaking when brewing coffee) and the rod in the closet is all rusty. It would be nice to have a continental breakfast included. More towels were needed in the bathroom.

Lovely quiet local to planned activities.

There was no elevator. There was no mention of that when I booked 2 1/2 months ago. However, staff kindly assisted me with my luggage. I did not know when booking that the section of the hotel where I was placed was still under construction, so the patio and doors to the patio weren’t functional. The mattress was quite worn out with a hump in the middle. Not a 5 star mattress. Pillows were great.

Our 10 year old was a bit disappointed that the outdoor pool wasn't deep enough but he had fun regardless.

Maria was excellent in advising me , she was easy to speak with . I prefer to speak to personal at the actual hotel instead of booking via apps . In this case it worked out well , and she gets full marks for my experience

The hotel grounds are excellent and in a great location.

The location was quiet and private. It was a 10 min drive to Blue Mountain and downtown Collingwood. The indoor pool was warm.

There was some ongoing maintenance for the property but I believe that was because we were staying in what is considered their off season before the busy time starts.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was courteous. I stayed on Mother's day but was not informed in advance that there was only a Mother's Day Breakfast (~$60) avail in the hotel restaurant that day.

Was told I had to use stairs to get to my room on the second floor. Unfortunate for those with suitcases and there were two women really working hard to get their bags to their rooms. Not sure if staff helps elderly and those with needs? The carpeting on the stairs/landing was dirty, worn and torn. The handrails desperately need repainting. Felt like we were seeing what really was behind the facade of the clean lobby.

Clovis at the front desk gave us an exceptional service and the hotel was fabulous 👍🏾

Staff were great. Gustav's the onsite bar and restaurant was great and we dined there several times and we were never disappointed.

The bathroom was a disappointment. Too small.

The proximity to the event we were attending. The pool was good. The staff were friendly. The suite was spacious. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The suite had great natural light.

There was a leak in the ceiling in the weight room. The suite was very dated. The pullout was uncomfortable and did not have sheets on it. (Staff rectified quickly)The windows in the suite are full length one had a glass window with the seal broken, so it was foggy. The fireplace did not work.

Even though we’d paid a significant amount for a king suite, we got a room with frosted windows (no view) and a locked balcony.

Ambiance, facilities, staff. The staff were warm and courteous, the facilities provided more activities than expected, and it was very pleasantly designed.

We had some issues with booking. I accidentally chose a Sunday stay, though that was more related to the Booking.com calendar for check-in and check-out dates. I was unable to get the $255 cost for 2 nights, and had to be satisfied with $160 for each night. Again, the place and the were lovely.

We chose this stay as they mentioned Spa and wellness facilities .But apparently there was none.After email them few days prior the stay. No response was received and they acted like they did not receive any email. Breakfast option are not as good. Pool is so small and immediately crowded with few people. No elevator or help to carry luggage up stairs.My birthday weekend was nothing but ruined.

Het beddengoed was veel te dun voor de winter, dus erg koud gehad ‘s nachts. Er lag geen extra deken in de kamer. De verwarming aanzetten was geen optie, die maakte erg veel herrie

Big comfy rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. Beds and sofa bed was very comfortable. And it was quiet even though it was a busy hotel!

The location was excellent and the food in the Gustav Chophouse was really good and an excellent value!

A little sprucing up would be good, especially in the restaurant, but great overall!

The facilities like the Gym and the indoor heated pool.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful...especially the gentleman working the desk on the later shift..I forget his name...

We arrived around 2...yes we were early but felt $30 for 2 hours wasn't worth the money. 4:00 is a very late check in time...usually it's 3:00.

Not having an elevator was definitely a con.. the beds were very hard, my back was sore both of the mornings after. And for the price should have coffee offered for the morning.
