AC is controlled by hotel. Thermostat have boxes with key over so it was always super cold and at times humid/sticky.

No me gustó que el horario de la alberca termina a las 9:00.pm deberían extenderla a las 11:00 pm

The TV didn’t work properly, couldn’t stream any shows , kept freezing up No mini fridge in the room in case I wanted to keep my water fresh Room thermostat was locked so I couldn’t adjust the temperature to my liking without having to call someone All of those are inconveniences

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff. The person who cleaned our room was very helpful, friendly, and did an excellent job every day.
Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no buffet and only three options to choose from: eggs, pancakes, or chilaquiles. The lunch and dinner menu also never changed, so there was very little variety during our stay. To make matters worse, the hotel bar was always closed, which was unexpected and limited the available amenities. Overall, the food and beverage service could be significantly improved.

Furniture is old and looks old and dirty. Also, they use a too powerful HVAC unit, which is too loud and too cold. I tried to adjust it but it was pointless. It is not a good sleep

Se supone que incluye el desayuno con la reserva, y al llegar al hotel te encuentras con que es Sòlo desayuno continental. La página debería especificar! Hubo un error ya que Me cobraron el desayuno continental que supuestamente estaba incluido y no tienen políticas de reembolso en el hotel 👎👎👎👎

Que no puedes ingresar alcohol para consumo propio y si lo haces tienes que pagar una especie de cuota en efectivo al personal por cada cierta cantidad de latas, el desayuno si quieres algo rico tienes que pagar 200 pesos mas por persona por qur el que te incluyen esta muy xs.

De la habitación sus colchones no son nada cómodos, en el sanitario su tapa de la taza del baño ya está muy manchada en el asiento y no da confianza el sentarse, el lavabo estaba tapado al igual que la coladera de la regadera, no se iba el agua, del lavabo todavia tenia rastros de bellos🤢 que no limpiaron bien de la persona que se había hospedado antes y al querer bañarnos no salia agua caliente, se dejó bastante tiempo para dar oportunidad que saliera y nada se desperdicia mucha agua para que salga medio tibia y con el temor de que se saliera de la regadera, al no irse el agua con un buen desagüe, Otro aspecto es el restaurante, su carta no es nada atractiva, y con muy poca variedad, el bufett que ofrecen en el desayuno con pago aparte también no es atractivo y con poco sabor.
