Le personnel est au top!! Tous très gentils, très souriants et à l'écoute ! La possibilité de se restaurer sur place est très agréable, nous avons d'ailleurs très bien manger. Le parking gratuit est très appréciable.

Rien.....par contre, prix un peu excessif par rapport à l'état un peu vieillissant de l'établissement.

Chambre très standard, propre. Très bien situé juste à côté du pont pour l`île de Skye. Restaurant pas mal mais pourrait faire beaucoup mieux, personnel très sympathique.

Beaucoup trop cher, mais cela s'explique sûrement par la proximité de l'île de Skye.

A wonderful traditional hotel. Convenient location for reaching the Isle of Skye. Excellent cleanliness and room size. Very courteous staff who were attentive to guests' needs. Hearty international breakfast. If I were to return to the area, I would gladly stay here again.

The price was a bit high, but considering I booked late and the service I received, I’d say it was well-justified.

English Premier Foorball game blaring out from all of the bar screens which clearly no guest was watching. I was the only Scot, aoart from the bar staff. I'm not suggesting Tartan Tat but if I was on holiday abroad I would hope for some local culture not the footie.

Shower was not good, had to hold it in one hand. TV absolutely terrible, no channels were watchable.

The restaurant was quite good.

The room (we were downgraded but charged for an Exec Room), the stink of room 1 from the kitchen exhausts just outside the window. We had to sleep in the kids part of this “family” room as the smell was so bad. The receptionist did nothing. She said she reported it to the manager but s/he never appeared to speak to. It was a ghastly experience in a bad hotel.

This place is a dump and is stupidly expensive for what you get.

Rooms very small, doors very loud, no chance of sleep until everyone was back in their rooms.

The hotel staff was great--friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for getting a good evening meal, a good night's sleep and a fine breakfast in their restaurant before a long day of sightseeing. We especially liked the ease of free parking just behind the hotel.

Abbiamo anche cenato ma è stata una cena mediocre . La colazione è stata molto riduttiva per i gli standard continentali, per 2 giorni abbiamo chiesto il cappuccino e ci è stato detto per 2 giorni che non era possibile . Caffè pessimo .

Rooms were comfy and the lovely bar downstairs did lovely meals. The breakfast was enough to keep us going all day. Great location a short walk from the waterfront.

It was very dated, not clean, the fire escape was blocked and the food was ping. No bedside lights in our room.

Solicitamos habitación triple y nos dieron dos habitaciones de diferente categoría, una muy cómoda y otra no, es difícil hacer valoración general.

Close to Isle of Skye, an older property which has renovated rooms, but for the price expected more.

The price was very expensive compared to other similar properties we have stayed at.

Location is alright for getting into Isle of Skye but nothing to do in the actual town. Breakfast was good and tasty.

The man on reception when we checked in was incredibly rude. That’s the first impression we got of the hotel and it was a negative experience. Room was alright, however bed was very uncomfortable. It was also extremely loud as you can hear everyone walk past the room and make noises. For £280 a night it was massively overpriced for what you get.

Doors were noisy, even one door bang somewhere far would shake other rooms. We could hear people walking on top floor. Very noisy and uncomfortable entire time. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day, no change at all. We ate same food for breakfast all 4 days of the stay!

The food at the restaurant was not good at all. Breakfast was nice. But considering that they're the only option to eat in the evening, i felt they didn't make any effort on the dishes. First night I had a bland fish with almost cold peas and baked potatoes, second night I tried the Scottish steak and ale, mashed potatoes and the same barely heated peas, below average meat in thick sauce, non edible top. Too pricey for quality.... I understand they are just a hotel restaurant and finding good cooks not easy

My room was very warm with one tiny window that I could open. Very noisy, could hear everything from surrounding rooms. Very expensive for a single bed room. Worst night sleep I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be back.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach sehr gut. Man ist sofort auf der Isle of Skye, wo die Unterkünfte gefühlt noch teurer sind. Weiterhin hat uns das Frühstück sehr gut gefallen.

Se trata de un hotel cómodo, con todo lo necesario. La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda. El baño tenía todo lo necesario. En la habitación te incluían agua de cortesía. El desayuno era bastante adecuado, no muy variado, pero estaba todo bien (quizás eché de menos que el pan fuera más consistente). La localización es muy buena y tiene parking asociado.

En la habitación hacía bastante calor, pero fuera de eso estaba todo perfecto.

Perfect location close to the railway station. Nice room and bathroom with everything we needed. Appreciated the complimentary water and cookies. Breakfast was good. Wifi was working well and the rooom a good amount of power sockets. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

It had plenty of parking. It was conveniently located after a day trip on Skye.

Very poor value for money compared to other hotel stays on our trip. We (over)paid for an executive room. The room was dated and lacked character, the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were very thin, duvet lumpy and there were damp patches on the walls. The whole hotel was a little shabby. Although the chap on reception was friendly and welcoming, the rest of the staff were brusque and appeared to treat the guests as an inconvenience.

Un po’ antica

Hotel che avrebbe necessità di una radicale ristrutturazione, molto datato e con carente manutenzione. Comodo parcheggio in loco.La differenza la fa senz'altro la ragazza alla reception, che si è prodigata per trovarci una sistemazione per la cena. Poco professionale invece il signore addetto alla sala colazione, che ad una mia richiesta, ha risposto in modo alquanto sgarbato. Stanza cmq ampia con letto comodo, che non vale tuttavia il prezzo pagato. Buona invece la cena in loco.

Il prezzo pagato non giustifica i servizi e la location in generale, si sa cmq che questo è lo standard di qualità e prezzo delle strutture locali, se si vuole accedere con comodità all'Isola di Skye.

Location is good for Skye Parking is ok. The 'executive' room is 'ok' but not worth the extra.

As guests, we where not happy about being told to eat in the bar, which was busy thus cramped. Limited Menu. DIY breakfast as per norm, with noisy staff and music far to loud.

El alojamiento es bonito, bien localizado en la entrada del pueblo, con parking para los huéspedes. Tiene un restaurante en el que cenamos muy bien y con vistas y tiene un bar para tomar algo. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno muy completo. La habitación grande y nueva y limpia por lo que hemos dormido muy a gusto.

Hotel a lovely surprise in a small town. Very modern and comfortable. Good food and lively bar with plenty of locals drinking there - which is always a good sign. Very convenient parking.

We've had better bacon in Scotland but that's just our personal preference.

When I'm back in the November the price will be about £100 p/n. last night for a bog standard extremely basic double room for one, £260 Been in this hotel a minimum of 4 times per year for the last 7 years and just can't get my head round the summer time greed. To add to the joy, the room was roasting, so window open as far as I could. Building behind must have had renovation work going on, so listened to hammering till about 23:00hrs and after that the gentle sound of wood being sawed.
