La nourriture est juste incroyable avec un petit déjeuner varié et fait maison, tout est délicieux L'hôtel est à côté de plusieurs commodités avec pas mal de bars et de restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. On peut mettre la voiture dans la rue juste devant l'hôtel ce qui est très arrangeant.

Excellent location, with direct access to the beach. Great, friendly staff, nice room, pretty big, with balcony and a beautiful view of the beach. Free activities throughout the day. Breakfast was also pretty good!

The location is great for staying around (close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacy and everything you may need) but at times it can be impossible to get a taxi to go somewhere else.

Emplacement incroyable. Plage très cocooning et à de pas du centre ville. Petit déjeuner très variés et avec des produits frais. Je n’ai jamais vu un petit déjeuner aussi exceptionnel. Cours de yoga et pilate gratuits. Une fois la chambre rendue il est possible de réserver une douche privée avec tout ce qu’il faut (linges, foenes, produits douches). Personnels accueillants.

Le personnel du bar de la plage ne sont pas très sympathiques et les prix sont trop élevés. Le personnel de maison parlent trop fort et déplacent les meubles tôt le matin.

Todo, la ubicación, la calidad de las instalaciones, el desayuno, las actividades que organizan. Hicimos el paseo por las calas vecinas, estuvo buenísimo

Location is in a busy area of the town, everything is very close. Staff were lovely and the view.

Value for money is not worth it, mass tourism hotel, no amenities in the room, very basic design and quite old, doors are very loud and walls are very thin. Inside the room the smell was old and unpleasant.

We had a great experience at Hotel Cala d’Or and would definitely come back! The breakfast was absolutely out of this world - and I’m not even exaggerating. If you’re considering the breakfast option, I highly recommend it. There was a fantastic selection of local Mallorcan dishes, including ensaimadas every day, as well as a huge variety of cheeses, meats, olives, fruits, jamón, and sobrasada (the traditional Mallorcan sausage). Everything was delicious, and honestly, the breakfast alone would be a reason for me to come back! The staff were wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer our questions or help with anything we needed. Adrian and Adrian Lopez were especially kind and helpful throughout our stay. At one point, the staff even let me keep an ice cream I had bought that evening in their café overnight, which was such a small thing but really showed how accommodating they were. They were always pleasant and did their best to solve any issue we had. The property itself is very well maintained. Our room was clean, spacious, and cleaned every day. We had no issues with cleanliness at all. The only minor issue was that the balcony door in our particular room was a little difficult to open. The location is excellent, especially because the beach is accessible from the hotel. We spent most of our time driving to other beaches around Mallorca, but if you don’t want to travel far, the nearby beach is a great option too.

Just be aware that there is some construction nearby (2026). We didn’t really hear the noise from the hotel, but there can be a little construction dust around the beach. The beach is also relatively small, so if you want to get a good spot, it’s best to arrive early. One thing to keep in mind is parking. The hotel has its own parking, but it costs around €7 per night. We paid for it, but later realized that street parking is also available. However, finding a spot can take some time, especially when it’s busy.

I enjoyed my stay here. The best part is definitely the location - right on the beachfront of Cala Petita. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic, especially around the pool and breakfast areas. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and very good quality. The reception team was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the L’Occitane toiletries - a great little touch. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The rooms do feel a little dated and could use some refreshing. I also felt the cleanliness could have been better - it seemed the floor hadn’t been vacuumed properly, and the balcony was dusty. A more thorough cleaning on check-in day would have made a better first impression.

O fato de ser perto da praia

Os funcionários da recepção são frios comparados aos funcionários dos outros 3 hotéis que fui em Mallorca. Eu cheguei e nem ao menos disseram seja bem vinda. Nada. Não falaram as regras do hotel, horário de café, comodidades nada.Achei estranho mais relevei. No dia de ir embora atrasei 1 hora devido ao trânsito que peguei em Llombards e quando cheguei tinham 4 funcionários na porta da recepção (sendo que sempre era só um) me olhando de maneira estranha e intimidadora como se eu tivesse cometido algum crime. Daí não deixaram eu ir pro quarto e mandaram eu pagar 30 EUROS pelo atraso de uma hora. Os funcionários da recepção tem sérios problemas de comunicação, não sei se foi preconceito por eu ser brasileira ou algo assim mas lá só fui bem tratada pela funcionária Joana da limpeza que é um amor. Em fim uma lástima

The staff were so helpful. I wanted to change rooms where I arrived as I didn’t like all the guests and sun beds right at our window of our room and they bent over backwards to try and facilitate this. The room was lovely otherwise.

Pool access rooms have guests and sunbeds right at the front of you walking out your room door. Just a bit too close.

Particular highlights were location right on the beach, the Cala petita bar restaurant (amazing burger and chicken wings), the bar drinks and menu was fantastic although expensive. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was OK.

Upon booking there was no guarantee of a double bed in our room as the option said “2 single bed or double bed” and despite contacting the hotel prior they were unable to confirm right until we checked in. This was not ideal as I was booking for an anniversary trip. The hotel didn’t respond to my enquiries about the car park before we arrived so we didn’t know where to park. The pool towels can only be changed every 3 days. The staff member made my boyfriend to back to the room to return the beach towels to the front desk upon checking out. I thought the hotel was adults only but there were a lot of children on the beach - I thought it was a private beach for the hotel so that’s my bad. Even so I could hear children crying from my room.

Me gustó la cala que tiene en el hotel mismo y el desayuno era bastante completo salvo el café que era muy feo.

Las habitaciones eran minúsculas no entraban las valijas siquiera. Es un hotel muy viejo y esperábamos otra cosa por el precio. La vista tampoco era sorprendente.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Pool area and Breakfast area all easily accessible and quality of food really good. We stayed in one of the upgraded rooms with sea view which was beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back.

Only thing would be maybe changing the pool towels daily.

Die Lage ist echt super. Der Strand befindet sich unmittelbar am Hotel .

Die Poolanlage war am Rand komplett grün und wurde meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig sauber gehalten.Es könnte beim Frühstück auch mehr Auswahl geben .

Really nice hotel located on a beautiful beach. We also really liked that the beach was not a big party beach and at night it was pretty quiet. There is a larger beach that is a 5 min walk away if you want to change it up. The beach bar / restaurant is fun too and the food was fine. The beach also doesn't get over crowded like other "party" beaches in Mallorca, we tried to go to Cala Llombards one day and it was a complete mess, so many people, couldn't find parking, ended up coming back to the hotel beach.

There isn't anything negative about the hotel. Our only surprise was about the village, which is a 5 min walk away from the hotel. It wasn't the cute authentic village we were hoping for. It's a bit cheesy, feels like I am in Florida. But if you have a car to explore other villages around the island it was fine.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch die Räumlichkeiten Aren ansprechend und keine "Ess-Halle", ausreichend Kaffeeautomaten, gute Auswahl

Um das Gebäude leider sehr wenig Grundstück, sehr kleiner Pool und nicht besonders sauber. Die Liegen waren nicht für alle Hotelgäste ausreichend und standen sehr, sehr eng aneinander, so dass man kaum zwischen den Liegen durch kam. Das Hotel ist zwar ein Adults Only, grenzt aber durch den Grundstücksmangel sowohl an die kleine Bucht als auch an Nachbargebäude, die von Kindern mehr als überfüllt sind und der Geräuschpegel war schlimmer als in einem Fun Park. Außerdem wurden an dem Strand nachts Partys gefeiert, dass bis früh um 5:00 Uhr nur Lärm war und auch die Zimmertüren im Hotel ständig geknallt wurden, als diese Gäste nach Hause kamen. Von Erholung war in diesem Hotel leider keine Spur.

Everything was superb. From arrival to checkout,,staff were helpful and friendly..breakfast was great, good selection and such a nice dinning area. Rooms spotless, ours was facing the street which was so quite and peaceful and got the evening sun. Just a walk down the steps and your on the beach although the pool area was very relaxed, you cannot not go to the sea for a morning dip. Just out the front door turn right and a munute strool to town centre.I will defiantly return.

I stayed here with my 21 year old daughter. We loved the location and the proximity to all the great restaurants and bars - and walking distance to some of the other lovely beaches.

Our sea view room was blocked by a big building, so we just had a “peek a boo” view. Pool area was quite small and guests go down and reserve chairs early, so they are all filled by 9 am.

Very close to the marina and town centre. Very quiet resort. Next to the beach. Service was impeccable. Affordable luxury. Room was well air conditioned and comfortable.

Kein Licht auf dem Balkon am Abend. Kein Sonnenschutz am Balkon, tagsüber kann man sich am Balkon nicht aufhalten (Fliesen zu heiss) und überhaupt zu heiss. In der Dusche war der Kalt/Warm-Regler nicht einfach.

Frukosten är lagom. Det är fint att sitta ute på terrassen. Vi har varit här förut o vi bara "myser". Hotellet ligger nära Cal´a Dor´s restauranger och shopping, vilket är mkt trevligt. Parkering fixade vi på gatan. Vi var där i mitten maj så inga problem. Enkel in/ut-checkning. Allt känns verkligen personligt.

Dålig mottagning/surf om man bor långt ner mot poolen. (Vi använde inte Wifi, vilket vi inte vill.)

The hotel is lovely. Wonderful location practically on the water. This is such a stunning part of Mallorca. The breakfast is excellent and there are plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food by the pool were good.

It is a real shame that the area is so busy even in June. We hardly went to the beach as it was too busy. We went before 9am when we could get a feeling for what it was like perhaps 50 years ago when it was empty! I knew the area would be busy but I hoped being there in June would mean it was a bit emptier. I think the off season would be best sadly. We were there for 4 nights and although we had a lovely time that was plenty.

Location was perfect . Short walk to harbour and restaurant. Lovely little beach cove , early mornings was nice and quiet . Staff and breakfast were excellent. There was a BBQ night at the hotel one evening- great food and good value for money . Felino who worked there was so helpful and a great guy . Would defo recommend this hotel .

Hôtel exceptionnel ! La chambre avec vue sur la mer est magnifique, l’emplacement est idéal avec une superbe vue sur la crique. Le personnel est très attentionné, le restaurant sur la plage est un vrai plus, tout comme les transats à disposition. Rien ne manque pour passer un séjour parfait. Mention spéciale pour la délicate attention à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon mari : une bouteille de champagne nous attendait dans la chambre. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Room was very spacious and comfy ! Air con was perfect and having a garden was such a nice touch! The bathroom was very big too! Breakfast was quite nice. And view was incredible.

Breakfast could be a little more varied. We stayed at other hotels and it was a bit better. For the size of the hotel, a bigger/another pool is needed! The hotel itself lacks a bit of personality.

The location is impeccable you really cannot beat it!

Just beware that the demographic is basically an aged care home. We are in our early 30s and easily the youngest people there by 30 years. Everyone is super old, so there is not really a fun vibe there if you are young. Go to town for some more fun!

The breakfast offered a solid variety of options each morning, and the hotel’s proximity to the beach made access very convenient.

Beach beds required an additional fee of 16€ per person, and beach towel exchanges were restricted to three times a week (meaning only one towel was provided for a weekend stay). Guests should also account for the 7€ daily parking charge, though street parking is a viable alternative if you are willing to look for a spot.

das manche Leute die Liegen den ganzen Tag mit Ihren Handtüchern blockiert haben , das passt eigentlich nicht ins Bild für dieses tolle Hotel, das würde ich ändern. Leute die die Liege verlassen sollten ihre Handtücher mitnehmen, damit auch andere auf die Liegen können. Dieses Verhalten kennt man ja eigentlich nur von billig Hotels.

There was a party in the beach bar below the hotel on the Saturday night, though we were not concerned in anyway by this and personally enjoyed the music, some guests might feel impacted.

Es war wirklich alles wunderbar :-) Ein tolles Zimmer mit schönem Balkon & Blick auf die Cala Petita. Das Frühstück war sensationell. Es hat an nichts gefehlt & das Personal war stets sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenso perfekt. Man kann alles gut zu Fuss erreichen. Ich hatte in der Zeit auch Geburtstag und selbst der wurde nicht vergessen. Der liebe Gruss vom Hotel inkl. einer Flasche Cava hat mich sehr gefreut ❤️

Well presented hotel, breakfast had great variety and we loved the pool area and access to the beach. Staff were friendly as well.

The only issue we had were lots of ants in our rooms which the staff were happy to deal with but they did keep coming back.

Die Lage ist traumhaft. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man mitten im Ortszentrum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Die Größe des Hotels ist sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend! :)

Leider ist das Hotel nicht komplett rauchfrei… wenn die Zimmernachbarn auf dem Balkon rauchen zieht der Rauch massiv ins eigene Zimmer. Wir hatten starke Raucher als Nachbarn und konnten fast nie das Fenster öffnen…

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, produits frais et cuisinés, large choix en sucré et salé. proximité de la mer et plage, du centre ville, quartier très agréable, personnel accueillant, chambre assez grande avec terrasse. pas besoin de louer un parking en avril.

Everything about this hotel is great. The location, staff, pool area and the room itself. Located in a private cove with beach access makes it great. Very close to main restaurants, bars and shops. Ideal place to stay. Staff are amazing too

Proximity to restaurants and shops is excellent and the beach and pool areas are lovely. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent - lots of food choices.

The pool towel service is too limited. Can only exchange towels for a short window off time on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. This did not accommodate our needs since we left the hotel early most mornings to do an excursion to other parts of the Island.
