Nothing to criticise really.Apart from I’m 76 years old and they put me on 2nd floor with two big suitcases to take up the steps

Frokosten var utmerket. Manglet ingenting. Verandaen til leiligheten lå i skyggen og det var godt for det var 35g ute og veldig varmt. God ventilasjon inne i leilighet.

Vi leide bil og det var litt problematisk å finne parkering. Hotellet har få plasser og de er som regel fulle. Men vi fant ut av det etterhvert. Vi kjørte rundt i gatene. Der det ikke er oppmerket gult kan en parkere.

The property was perfect very clean and tidy and perfectly located.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. You can see that the place was recently renovated. A/C was surprisingly strong and this was handy in really hot nights. There is coffee and complimentary water in the room which is also a nice touch. The entire complex is located in a nice street and it is very close to the beach and bars. Although we did not go to this beach, as it was too crowded at the time when we visited so we drove to other beaches nearby. It is nice that we always had a lot of clean towels. In the evenings the animation was also very nice - we listened to some guitar and saxophone players, and you can relax by the pool with some drinks, which were reasonably priced. All in all it was a nice stay.

The complex was very noisy - you can basically hear everything from your room. People showering in the room next door, babies crying, even the cleaning upstairs sweeping the room. One night there were really loud party people shouting and playing music, and we had to complain to the reception. Also you can hear people passing by through the halls of the buildings. I guess there is no soundproofing at all. That was the major downside and we were really bothered by this. The hotel is very casual and probably intended more for families with kids. We never once visited the pool, as it was very small for the size of the complex and was always packed with families with kids. This was fine though as we rented a car and just drove to beaches instead.

Location was phenomenal, the stay was really good, spa was great, would 10/10 recommend this for a family trip for kids!

The hair dryer in my room was broken. When I requested a replacement, I was told that it could not be replaced until the following morning. I was also disappointed by the staff’s unprofessional attitude and response when I raised the issue.

Є перебої з водою, гарячоі води в 5-6 вечора не було і доводилось чекати до години, щоб прийняти душ після моря. Фен перегрівався і вимикався за пару хв користування.

the aparment allocated was at the back - far corner of the whole property - ground floor - the bedroom was very depressing, all white walls, very enclosed and felt claustrofobic, cleaning was average. Sunbed wars! Be ready to set your alarm for 6am if you’d like to sit by the pool at all! The pool area is far too small when the hotel is full! The breakfast buffet was also too small for a full hotel. The buffet was ransacked.. the poor lady making coffee at the rate of knots (had to wait 10 mins for a brew in a Q)

To bardzo dobre podejście do gości i wyjście na przeciw pojawiającym się problemom. Hotel czysty, dużo animacji, na wszystkich basenach. Śniadania bogate, choć widać, że to Anglicy są największą rzeszą klientów, dlatego dostępne są klasyczne produkty śniadania angielskiego. Dużo słodkości. Dostęp do 5 barów/restauracji, a terenie obiektu.

Hotel musi się uporać z tym co wszystkie tego typu obiekty, z rezerwowaniem jeszcze w nocy, bądź bladym świtem leżaków nad basenem, za pomocą ręczników.

Perfect location for Cala dor and the Cala gran beach. Beds are large and very comfortable. Clean pool towels every day. Rooms are clean. Great breakfast / variety. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Would recommend. Have stayed here twice.

Wir hatten etwas mit Ameisen im Zimmer zu kämpfen. Ich finde Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon und sonst irgendwo im Hotel gehören verboten.

Gute Lage

Es war nicht alles all inclusive. Sehr teure Getränke mussten immer dazu gezahlt werden und es gab nur 2 Mahlzeiten

Maden var virkelig god, især morgenmaden. Hyggelig by, god reception, personalet i restauranten kunne godt have været mere smillende, virkede til at have for travlt men gjorde deres bedste. Værelset var virkeligt fint, A/C kunne ikke helt følge med og larmede men ellers super fint værelse, gode senge og generelt i god stand. Underholdningen var god ved poolen og personalet der stod for det var virkelig gode.

Poolen var for lille i forhold til antallet af gæster.

The resort is located just a minute away from the local beach. It is nicely organized and structured and lots for the kids to do including the pools, an animation team doing kids discos and other events. Nice bar area and different food options, and the breakfast buffet was great, as was the dinner one we sampled once.

The size of the pool doesn't match the number of rooms in the resort so it was quickly overloaded with people, very warm and opaque with suncream. They would benefit from having a second normal sized pool. Also customers blocking the deckchairs with their towels at 7am in the morning should be controlled as it made it really difficult to find a spot.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and fresh towels were available every day. We also had a terrace, which was a wonderful added bonus. We highly recommend it and have nothing but praise for our stay! Free parking was available nearby, just a two-minute walk from the accommodation. There are also various restaurants and shops within easy reach. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect

The location was amazing, within walking distance of several beautiful beaches, shops and the town centre. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the pool bar were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. Overall, we had a great stay!

The only slight downside was that the property doesn’t offer rooms for families larger than four, so we had to book two rooms. However, the beds were so spacious that we could have comfortably fitted into one room. There also weren’t quite enough sun loungers for the number of guests using the pool, and it could feel quite crowded at times, particularly during the busier parts of the day.

- reserved a room with 2 beds according to booking.com and the hotels website. The sofa bed is not an actual sofa bed. Does not pull out to a real bed yet they advertise it as a 2 bed room. - When we complained about sofa bed after walking into room, they said they'd compensate us with a "cold dinner" and change our room to another the next day. Next day came and they never changed our room. - Bathroom inside door handle doesn't lock and broken. - Balcony door pretty much on its last life, takes a lot of muscle to open it, and the outside handle for door is completely missing! You physically can't close the door once you go outside on balcony. - Gave us 3 key cards and only one of them actually opened our door. - Bed sheets had gross stains - Bathroom floor was dirty - Pool towels they provide are basically ripped to shreds. Looks like they're 10 years old - Fridge in room not even cold / broken - we were in Building 0 which is above kitchen and pool area. Noise was absolutely horrible woke up to screaming all hours of the night and early in the morning - Room service WALKED INTO OUR ROOM and came into our bedroom in morning while we were in bed. We even had the do not disturb sign on our door. They didn't even knock first or shout to make sure no one was inside. Felt completely violated. - curtains have stains and are yellow

Die Lage des Hotels zum Ortskern ist super.

Das Hotel hat zuwenig Mitarbeiter. Das Personal beim Essen ist überlastet und das merkt der Gast auch. Die Eingangstür unseres Zimmer kann man nicht verriegeln. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist so laut, dass niemand auf der Schlafcouch schlafen konnte. Jeden Morgen um 7:30 Uhr haben bereits alle Gäste ihre Handtücher am Pool auf Liegen gelegt, so dass man täglich keine Liege bekommen konnte.

Swimming pool too small for the amount of guests there. We did go in high season. Some of the women bar staff at the pool were not very friendly.

Vi hade halvpension och det va typ samma mat varje dag och inte gott alls. Väldigt tråkig mat och inte mycket att välja på. Pool området va även för litet för hotellet ! Poolen va extremt varm och gick knappt att bada för var alltid fullt med folk ! Solstolarna paxade även folk super tidigt så man fick inte plats vid stolarna om man inte gick upp 07 för lägga handduk så kanske man fick en plats ! Jag skulle inte rekommendera hotellet om man vill bada i pool eller om man tar halvpension det är INTE värt det. Men ska man bara sova på rummet och äta middag ute så är det helt okej.

The rooms were 2 star, damaged, not really clean. Refreshments in room were poor. The pool area wasn’t great, couldn’t get a sunbed unless you reserved the night before.

A really lovely hotel with a laid back atmosphere and excellent rooms. Everything is pristine with rooms very clean. The staff at the hotel are excellent and really go above and beyond to support you during our stay. We had a late arrival and late departure with the hotel ensuring we were fed on both occasions. Located near the town centre and 25 minutes from the marina- the hotel is excellently located. The beaches are small coves so can get busy, but again they are pristine. We have been to many locations on a half-board basis, but this is by far the best value trip.

I would echo emjess1234’s comments. Family of 4 in 2 bed apartment - as they say - second room is a couple of mattresses on the floor. No lifts so expect to carry pram up a lot of stairs if you’re high up. Sun beds wars every morning. No policy was in force to clear loungers that had been reserved for hours with no one turning up. Cleaner will change towels/ empty bins and partially make bed. But don’t expect dirty cups etc to be taken away and replaced or a duvet cover put on the duvet at any point. Reception staff amazing and concierge. Gym well equipped. Kids club advertises under 4s can go in with adults (we have a 1 year old) but the door was locked most of advertised hours due to them being out with older kids. Great location for town abs beach. Fine if you get a deal otherwise would favour introtel brand which we’ve stayed in a couple of times.

We are a family of four and stayed in a two bedroom suite, the main bedroom was a good size and bed was comfortable. The second bedroom just had mattresses on a raised platform no actual beds! The bathroom was fine and quite modern. The mini fridge was small and not very cold. Air con was probably the best thing in the room must say it was very good! The main pool was very small and cramped when busy which was most of the time! The sun loungers were being reserved early so unless you wanted to set your alarm and get up at the crack of dawn you wouldn’t get one!! Breakfast was average had the usual dishes you’d expect but did get very repetitive!! Overall it was fine as we spent most of our time at the beach as the location of the hotel is good however I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Hotel renovated . Minor decor issues. Tears in curtains . Two crickets in apartment. One from a hole behind the loo. Poor cleaning. Sheets changed that's it. Found debris from previous occupants under beds. Swimming pool far too small for capacity of hotel. Some rude service at pool bar.

Picco restaurant was an amazing experience! Especially the pizza chef, David! Such an amazing guy

Our first stay in Cala dor and in the prinsotel alba as a family 4 (2x children age 10 and 7) has been wonderful. The rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day with fresh towels. The location is central to everything. 5 min walk to Cala gran beach and a 8 min walk to the centre of Cala dor. All the staff work tirelessly, they honestly do not stop and are so friendly and helpful. Andrea and the lady with short hair on reception who unfortunately I did not catch the name off, were honestly 2 of the nicest people I’ve ever met. So chatty and so genuine. They are both a credit to this hotel. The only slight criticism I would have is the entertainment on an evening was not the best. There was something each evening but nothing to really shout about. This would not stop us going back though as there is so much to do in Cala dor itself.

The location is great. It is near the beach and the center. Inside it is very clean and chic. The people (team) inside are very friendly and professional. Next to that the food is delicious and from high quality. I have been here for so many times and Picco never let me and my family down. Especially the chef David. Such a great chef and cool man.

Hotel Review We had a very pleasant stay and were overall satisfied with the hotel. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, which made a big difference in the warm weather. The location is excellent, with both the beach and the city center just a short walk away. This made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing transportation.

The biggest drawback, however, is the "towel mafia" around the pool. It is practically impossible to find a free sunbed after 9:00 a.m., as many guests reserve them early with towels and leave them occupied all day. As a result, there are often no available sunbeds for the rest of the day, which was quite frustrating.
