Great pool and outdoor areas.
Kithchens in apartments are bit outdated as is furniture/tv.
Cleanliness and location was faultless and also staff were impecable!
Snack bar prices at swimming pool were expensive and were more of a main mail than a cheaper snack
Very near to the party area

Great location. Very family friendly hotel.
Nothing. I’d recommend the hotel for families.
Perfect location to Supermarkets, Marina, Restaurants and Bars. Beaches were a little further.
Everything! Staff were amazing, facilities were great- location was perfect! We can’t wait to visit again!

Location perfect
Could do more in way of music around Bar area. Drinks quite pricey.
The hotel is beautiful, especially the pool areas, outdoor spaces and lighting. The staff were always very polite, the breakfast was excellent, and the shower in our room was great. Air conditioning was great as well. The location is also very convenient, within easy walking distance of the center of Cala d’Or.
Considering how expensive the hotel was, I don’t think it offered good value for money. The room felt outdated and was extremely noisy. Because of the tiled floors, you can hear chairs and furniture being dragged around, as well as noise from neighboring rooms and practically everything happening in the hallway. We could also hear loud music from the town center at night. The bathroom had a persistent slight urine smell that never really went away. We had housekeeping enter our room once, and the cleaning was very superficial: the towels were replaced and the beds were made, but the floor and toilet were not cleaned. At this price point, I expected much better soundproofing, room condition and housekeeping.
Amazing hotel, staff and location! Cant wait to return here
Great location, close to the marina and town. Super clean, comfortable rooms.
The hotel had kids clubs which was part of the price. There were also 2 pools to choose from. Location was excellent as it was in walkable distance to the main high street and restaurants. Also a short drive to the nearby beaches (~10-15min). There is also a SPAR across the road which stocked most essential items - good for snacks and beers.
The secondary pool was a bit murky. Also lots of sunlounges (at both pools) were reserved with towels - this made is somewhat frustrating to find one when there were so many empty ones. Maybe they should post signs that reserving them shouldnt be allowed unless away for a short time only. Be mindful, they also had a small window to change pool towels on alternate days.
Location is great.... close to the bus stop and close to town, close to a few beaches
No ball games at the pool. Pool should open from 7am not 10am... thats half the day gone
Location, cleanliness, staff, always sunbeds in the height of summer!
Limited view on city view, but we were late to book so expected it.
Everything was nice

Great, family hotel. Very clean and safe with two main pool options and plenty of Sun loungers. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Mercadona, Spar and lots and lots of restaurants. 10-15mins walk to beach and marina. Water filters on each floor were great bonus. Mostly families, so the kids had a ball playing in the pool every day and making lots of new friends. Cala Gran was the better beach for us as it had turquoise waters, sunloungers, umbrellas, lock boxes, pedalos and a shop and cafe, shower, were-as some of the other viral Calas are equally as beautiful but lack any facilities needed for families.
The main things lacking are atmosphere and entertainment. There is no music by the pool and minimal entertainment for kids, or for families adults in the evening. This wasn’t a deal breaker at all as there is lots to do outside of the hotel, but it was surprising given that most family hotels in Mallorca cater very well for family entertainment. There is a new restaurant at the pool. It’s very nicely designed and clean and more modern than the rest of the hotel, but it’s lacking a lot in service and has no music, no offers, no happy hour, and therefore attracts people during pool hours but not in the evening. We found it really strange having to ask a server every time for a QR code to see a drink or food menu, which was swiftly removed immediately after you order each time. Has so much more potential to add better service and atmosphere for holiday makers. We had a street view towards the square which could be very noisy late at night, especially over the weekend. Next time I would 100% book a pool view. None of these things were enough to put us off and we will happily return,
Really good location Very clean
Not much to complain about- was a great stay
This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.Staff, food, pools, rooms, cleanliness all 10 out of 10!And the location is amazing we will definitely be returning!
Stayed here the third week of July for a week, 2 adults 2 kids and Had an absolutely lovely holiday. The location is the number one plus point of this hotel it is so close to the centre of cala d'or but it is also really chilled out and not noisy, surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants and bars and shops 😊 first time to cala d'or and will definitely be back. Hotel was super clean, rooms were lovely and beds were super comfortable. I wouldn't say it's great for self catering, the kitchen area is tiny for example if you want to use the toaster you have to get it out and put it on the draining area next to the sink which feels unsafe! There is no real surface or work tops to prepare food it's one big draining area. No empty cupboards for your food we had to use the wardrobe. Luckily we only made sandwiches and breakfast in here. Very basic utensils no scissors, tin opener or tongs. This area could definitely be improved. Always managed to get a sunbed and brolly whatever time we went out which was brilliant. I panicked when I got there as I didn't realise the pools are both very deep and there is no shallow end in either of them - they are deep all the way around, my 7 year old could never touch the floor, so I had to be in with him constantly even though he can swim. I got used to it by the end of the holiday but I do think it's a shame. Definitely would visit again though 😊
Great location
Pool floor area a bit dirty

Clean, good looking hotel
Pools were too warm. Pool opening only at 10am!! Closing at 7pm. Basically can't swim during cooler hours. Cant get a coffee or drink before 10am, unless you pay 20 euros for breakfast. Breakfast room downstairs in basement was very depressing.
Both pools were lovely and generally had loungers available - peak season. The room was comfortable and attended to every day. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Everywhere felt very clean and well kept.
I have literally no tiny complaints at all.
Almost everything. Location is brilliant. Staff brilliant. Pool etiquette brilliant. Hard to find any faults
The pool deck and sun loungers are excellent, but they need to be cleaned more regularly. During our 2 weeks the deck was swept only 2 or 3 times. The hotel needs to power or wet wash the deck, sun beds and tables a couple of times a week. These became sticky and dirty with normal use
Recomiendo!

Loved everything about this property
We recently stayed at Inturotel Sa Marina and overall had a lovely holiday. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the restaurants, beaches and marina, so everything you need is right on your doorstep. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area was really good and one of the highlights of the hotel. There were no sunbed wars, which made for a much more relaxing holiday, and we never struggled to find somewhere to sit. The only issue was that there seemed to be some inconsistency with the rules around inflatables, balls and rubber rings. Every day we saw families being told they couldn’t use certain items after they’d already bought them. It would really help if the hotel had clearer signs explaining exactly what is and isn’t allowed, so guests know before spending money. There was also a football area for the children, which was brilliant. Our son made friends with lots of the other children and spent hours playing football with them. It genuinely made his holiday, and it was lovely to see so many kids having fun together. Unfortunately, there were a few things that stopped it from being a 5 star experience. The pool bar was quite disappointing. Guests had to be fully dressed to sit there, which seemed unusual for a pool bar and took away from the relaxed holiday atmosphere. The food and drink prices were also very expensive, and we noticed many guests, including ourselves, buying drinks and snacks from the local supermarkets instead. We also felt the staff could have been a little more welcoming. Most were polite, but we overheard a few conversations with other guests that came across as uncomfortable and not particularly friendly. The evening entertainment was another let-down. There wasn’t much atmosphere around the bar in the evenings, with very few people staying to watch, so we ended up spending most nights relaxing on our balcony instead. Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday thanks to the fantastic location, excellent rooms and lovely pool area. With a few improvements to the atmosphere, entertainment, bar experience and clearer pool rules, this hotel could easily be outstanding.
It’s our last full day at Sa Marina and we’ve had a brilliant time. Family with two boys age 11 and 9. Our boys have loved it - the football pitch brings everyone together, they’ve made lots of friends, had some freedom and lots of fun in the pool. Jumping in, on donut rings, sink sticks and sensible catch in the pool when it’s less busy. No complaints from lifeguard, they do a great job and are chill, very relaxing, large, cleaning pools and lots of sun beds, even at 11am. What a blessing! The pool bar serves up lovely drinks and food, good quality and friendly staff. Club sandwich is particularly naughty - must try! Main reception are friendly and helpful. Always super cold aircon there. Coolest aircon in the hotel! Rooms - we changed rooms on arrival. Initial ground floor and on a corner, room felt a bit musty. Moved to top floor main building following morning. Much better - room just felt fresher. They’re very clean, good shower, spacious. Could do with modernisation and a TV in the bedroom. Rooms are comfortable, not luxurious. But as expected. We asked for toppers for the sofa beds after night two, it’s basic for the kids otherwise. Really toppers should be added for arrival to ensure comfort. It’s the sofa with a sheet otherwise. Evenings we didn’t stay in the hotel - headed out to the town for dinner or Marina. Lots of places to eat. Marina lovely, more upmarket. Family of 4 we were paying 300euros for dinner with drinks. We did eat in the nice places but felt pricy really. Can Thromp in the town was great - traditional Spanish food at more reasonable prices. Makio in the town was excellent and more reasonable. We hired a car for a couple of days, did caves of drach, few calas and went to Aqua Land - we loved it. Really good slides and not too busy. We upgraded to silver fast track for ease. We’ve had a brilliant holidays, everything just works here. Don’t be put off by any reviews saying the hotel stops kids enjoying themselves/kids get bored. It’s simply not the case. We’d return another year for sure.
The balcony
Apartments groß und geräumig!
Returned today from a 10 day break to Sa Marina, blooming boiling day and night.. brilliant however very humid take a fan. Arrived early and after a quick check in got straight into our rooms, we had a Garden room which was big enough for me the Mrs and our 18yo and 14yo, even though it was 1 bedroom with 2 sofa beds in living area still lots of room. Keys for rooms are wristbands which we all got one which was really good, also the free safe was a positive. Balconies nice and spacious however if you cant dry your towels on them (hotel rule) please give more areas to hang them to dry.... Rooms really clean and had everything you need for self catering, however bathrooms notably showers need an update as they are worn. The complex again is really clean and well maintained, rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. All staff really friendly and nice. Water dispensers throughout which was great, restaurant on site and gym were good. The overall feel is relaxed and would suggest its more aimed at couples and older teens, rather than younger children. Pool areas are a problem with rules changing on a regular basis, the pools are small for the amount of guests and it can be quite tight and noisy and whilst the hotel feel is relaxed around the pool it isnt, frustrating that 1 day people can play with balls (not us) and next day no balls allowed etc.... just put a big sign up no balls or inflatables, pools are too small. Life guards try there best to enforce the non reserving of sun bed but I felt sorry for them as when they removed towels they got some abuse. After a couple of days we ended up starting to use the large padded loungers and beds in the garden area which were much more relaxing. Location is great two small supermarkets straight outside and the large supermarket 5 min walk away, just up from the main square with all the restaurants and 10mins to marina which was really nice for restaurants and bars, we booked jet ski there which was brilliant. 10 mins to beach Prices have went up a little but for 150 euros you can get 4 steaks and a bottle of wine and cokes for the kids, can definitely eat cheaper if needed. Unfortunately on our last night at the hotel, on returning from the Marina at about 9pm my 14yo son asked to run ahead as he needed the toilet, we watch him jog up towards the hotel while we strolled up only hundred meters or so behind him, however when I looked up again I noticed that a group of teens were surrounding him and as he turned into the hotel they started running at him, fortunately I managed to catchup to them and stop the situation and as they scattered the security turned up. My wife and daughter when they got there had a bit verbal abuse aswell which wasn't nice. Whilst I do think Cala Dor is safer than other resorts I would just keep an eye on teens if you have them. The hotel has an open feel and perhaps security on both entrances to the hotel would be good. All in all a lovely holiday except the last night but that is not the hotels fault.
My partner and I stayed at the Sa Marina for a week via Jet2 holidays. We have stayed here before in 2022 and had such a brilliant time we wanted to visit there again. I emailed the hotel prior to our arrival to ask if it was possible to have a quiet room on the top floor of our one bedroom garden view room. The hotel replied they would try their best but could not guarantee it. We were allocated room 3310 and it was exactly what we hoped for. The rooms in the garden block 3 are all extremely well soundproofed and you literally cannot hear your neighbours or noise outside your room. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The kitchen well equipped, the fridge seemed fairly new and the air conditioning quiet and efficient. It was extremely hot the week we stayed and although the thermostat cannot be set lower than 22 degrees, it kept the rooms at a very comfortable temperature both day and night. Since our last stay, they have cleared space in the gardens to accommodate very comfortable loungers and Bali beds and we used these every day. The hotel was full to capacity and there were many families staying (w/c 13th July) and this made the pool sun beds very popular but we could always find a vacant sun bed in the garden area. The only problem with this area was that the ground covering was small stones and it was very uncomfortable to walk on it with bare feet. The staff were always friendly and helpful and a pleasure to meet, especially Ana at the pool bar who was a delight. The draught beer was always nice and cold and at €5.10 was very reasonable. We only had one meal there of a burger and fries and Thai curry and I’d compare it to what you’d get at a Wetherspoons. It was okay but we didn’t eat there again. However, they had various ice creams at €5 a tub which were delicious. We had a late flight home and checkout is 11am and the bus didn’t pick us up until 7.30pm and so we spent the day on the garden sun loungers. When we went to retrieve our cases from reception to get changed, the receptionist asked if we’d like to use the showers in the spa and gave us towels to use as well. We didn’t expect this and we were so grateful to be able to shower and get dressed before going home. Elsewhere, you might have to ask for a late check out room to do this. Overall, we were glad to see the hotel still has such high standards and can recommend it to anyone who wants a good holiday experience.
Unbelievable location, so close to everything. Hotel is spotless, housekeeping every day and no hassles with changing towels for room or pool. Room was basic, two kids on sofa beds. Very basic cooking opportunities but we only prepared food here for breakfast and lunch and are out at the nearby restaurants every night. Only one of the electric rings worked. Loved that there was water dispenser near reception. We only ate at the snack bar once, tasty but expensive. Staff in reception were lovely. Only one thing that I didn't like to see was that the lifeguards at the pool were barely watching. They sat with one earphone in and watched their phone the entire time. From where they sat, it wasn't possible to see the whole pool and they didn't get up to walk around the pool at all. This is very different to my experience of lifeguards at other hotels where phones would not be allowed. Overall a very good experience.
This is a gorgeous clean hotel. Just back from 10nights self catering here. It was a lovely break but a couple of things to be aware of before you go/book. Rooms: The four of us stayed in two garden view rooms next to each other (myself and my husband in one room, 16 yr old & 19yr old in the other) and they were clean, spacious, good air con and lovely balcony (not overlooked - bare this in mind when choosing your room at booking - the pool views were a bit exposed. Didn’t notice the road view ones). Small kitchen but we ate out so only used it for snacks and drinks - perfect. My only complaint of the room was that it’s not 100% sound proof but it didn’t ruin it. Location: fab for dinner in the marina, dinner/drinks in the main area & walkable to several beaches. Bus stop outside is great for a direct bus to Palma and also the National Park - which is gorgeous. Several supermarkets close by, shops, bakeries and coffee shops places. Pool: this is the main reason my rating isn’t a 5 - slightly disappointed with the pool in that after reading the reviews from last year that no inflatables are allowed they are indeed allowed and you sometimes can’t move for floats !!!! I think depending on when you go the sun bed situation will differ. The first half of our stay was much quieter and it was easy to get beds at any time, there was no saving going on either. The latter part of our stay that changed and people were getting down early, laying towels and reserving. Always hard to manage this for a hotel but there was literally nothing being done about it. My tip would be the pool that isn’t next to the pool bar is a more relaxed vibe, still loads of inflatables but it’s not as deep so less jumping in and out going on. The food in the pool bar is really good and great service - possibly pricier than other places nearby but nice for a quick bite on the first day and drinks in comfy deck chairs late afternoon. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The hotel grounds are looked after impeccably, it’s kept beautifully. I would really recommend.
Overall, we had a lovely stay at Sa Marina Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff work incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. They were always friendly, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. One real positive was that there was never any problem getting a sunbed, which made for a much more relaxing holiday and avoided the usual stress. The breakfast was nice with a good selection, but at €20 per person I don’t feel it offers good value for money. It was also very disappointing that the hotel has a lovely gym but no air conditioning. Given the climate, this seems unbelievable and makes it uncomfortable to use. There are inconsistency with some of the hotel rules. Guests are told that balls and lilos are not allowed in the pool, yet inflatable rings seemed to be permitted. We also saw some families being allowed to use balls while others were told they couldn’t. The same applied to the rule about wearing swimwear in the pool bar—some guests were spoken to while others weren’t. If these rules are important, they need to be applied consistently to everyone. It would also help if there were clear signs at reception and if guests were informed about them during check-in. It’s frustrating to buy pool toys on holiday only to discover they aren’t allowed because you weren’t made aware of the policy beforehand. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our holiday and are pleased we chose to stay here. However, unfortunately wouldn’t return.
Korrekt hotel. A szoba teljesen megfelelt a leírásnak. A nyugágyakat is takarították reggelente. A reggeli változatos, finom és friss volt.
Nem volt ilyen
Central location, very clean, family orientated,
The temperature of the pool was too warm. 30-32 degrees is far too warm. It wasn’t refreshing at all. Needed a shower to cool off.
The hotel is about one hour from Palma but worth it for the location. Close to beaches and good restaurants. Has an “all-inclusive” feel. Staff at the reception were excellent.
Friendly, helpful staff Good on site cafe Very clean
More showers in the indoor pool area
Clean tidy and good facilities.
Quite expensive to eat.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the main strip with plenty of restaurants and just a short stroll to the beautiful marina. The facilities were great, with lovely pools and a convenient towel exchange service available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. Breakfast had a good selection each morning and was never too busy. The kids' club during the week had a great range of activities, and the staff were wonderful-especially Barbara, who was attentive and fantastic with our daughter. Highly recommended!
Just home after a week at the Inturotel Sa Marina .July 1st - 8th.What an Amazing hotel!! We stayed self catering Block 3201 and absolutely loved every minute there. The Hotel is Spotless!! Cleaners in every day. Fresh towels every day. There is no need to rush down for sunbeds as there are still lots free at noon. Air Conditioning is on 24 hours a day. The location is peaceful even though you are literally 5 min stroll to the start of the Strip. There are 2 Spar shops within 2 min walk. Lots of Restaurants, bars and shops within a few mins walk. Highly recommend the Sa Marina for a chilled out family break!! We will be back.
The hotel itself was beautiful, some areas were more dated than others but everything was gleaming clean. Both pools were brilliant, not too cold, great shallow areas for the kids and no issue at all getting sun loungers. The rooms were well equipped with fridge, cooking facilities, cutlery etc. shower was a large waterfall one which was lovely. The location for us was perfect, being right in the vest location for amazing restaurants. Huge shout out to the cleaning staff as I've never stayed anywhere as clean! Also there are two large supermarkets nearby so you can avoid the Spars which was super handy.
Some of the staff in the restaurant at the garden pool were very rude, I do try and speak Spanish where I can but when I couldn't a younger girl shouted 'Ugh what do you want?!' which left me a bit shocked. As I said some of the areas need a bit of sprucing , but can't argue with the cleanliness. Our room overlooked the main road which in hindsight I wish I would have booked a pool or garden room as it was quite noisy and not the best for a view.
We stayed with our family for a week mid June!! We had 3 rooms and were all placed on the same floor close by which was great! We had a rough morning at the airport in Palma due to the new security checks however this was all a distant memory when we arrived at Sa Marina! We were greeted by the fab reception team who provided us with plenty of information! Sa Marina is immaculately clean everywhere from Reception to the gardens and the pool areas! The rooms were large and super comfortable, again, the cleanliness was outstanding so huge credit to the housekeeping team. We stayed on a self catering basis and our room was equipped with everything we could possibly need! The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning was fab! A tip, take your own large water bottles with you. The hotel has water machines throughout where you can top up you bottles free of charge with fresh cold filtered water! An amazing touch and really minimises the use of single use plastic! Also plenty of recycling bins which was so impressive! The hotel pools are gorgeous and the perfect temperature, plenty of sunloungers all day every day and parasols for some much needed shade. There were always lifeguards on duty at each pool. Sa Marina is in a prime location for the Marina and Cala D'or centre!! We would not hesitate to return! A fab time was had by all the family!
Pool areas
Some views from some rooms
Location is perfect, and it has multiple pools. very good for kids
its a bit dated, they have two single bed mattresses placed on double beds which makes it uncomfortable. Sofa bed is not the pull out types with comfortable mattress as we see in most modern hotels, its just a wide sofa with hard seats. Jacuzzi in the indoor pool area seems to have a weird smell, doesn’t feel fresh
We arrived Sunday around 4pm, the hotel is lovely but the rooms feel a bit dated compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in Cala D’or. However the kitchen was well equipped, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bathroom was nice with twin basins, shampoo and conditioner provided and small hairdryer. The gym was good, all modern equipment. Breakfast was good, lots of variety of breads, eggs, omelettes, full English, fruit, and cava served every day. The hotel had 2 pools, we preferred the one near the bar as it felt a bit more chilled, with Bali beds. Plenty sunbeds for everyone, no need to get up early. The location is fantastic, straight into town within 3 minutes and Marina 5 minutes walk away. Plenty spar supermarket nearby to get drinks and you can drink your own drinks round the pool. There’s filtered water machines on each floor so we filled up water bottles each day. All in all a lovely stay!
Very clean, lovely staff. Very friendly & great with the kids. Had room only option. Breakfast is expensive for what it is. Had lunch in the bistro a few days. Not the cheapest but good service, good food & brilliant staff. Can’t fault hotel but Cala d’Or itself isn’t the cleanest. Lots of rubbish around. In saying that feels like a very safe, family friendly place
Amazing location and facilities. Would stay here again!
Allt!
Inget!
We arrived in the middle of an afternoon on a 30C degree day in Mallorca and as soon as we entered the hotel reception we were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. The entrance was cool and very clean. We were quickly checked in and we were not disappointed with the room. We had a pool view and it the room was clean and spacious. My only issue was the aircon was a bit outdated and not cool enough for me but my husband went to reception and asked for a fan. Within 30 mins an outside provider had dropped a fan off and it was approx €30 for the 9 days. It was worth every penny. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the cleaning staff were very thorough, polite and kept the rooms immaculate. Next time we book I will pack my own hairdryer as it was a small one attached to the bathroom wall and was no use to me. That is about the only downside. Every day there were ample sunbeds available, the lifeguards didn’t allow ball games or inflatables in the pool, one morning a manager went round and removed all the towels from the beds that no one was using after 20 mins and left a polite note explaining why. The hotel also provides pretty pink towels for using at the pool and you can swap these over every few days for fresh ones. The hotel is located a few minutes walk to the SPAR, coffee shops, restaurants etc but it is far enough away that you do not hear the biz. This is a fantastic family hotel.
This wasn’t our first visit. As a family of four, we first stayed here in 2023. I didn’t leave a review back then, but in summary: lovely room overlooking the pool, good breakfasts, and a very pleasant stay. I do remember receiving a note under the door after we’d made the questionable decision to dry beach towels over the balcony! Fair enough—we took the advice and didn’t do it again. Fast forward to 2026 and, with our daughter’s boyfriend joining us, there were now five of us. We opted for two self-catering rooms rather than B&B, as upgrading was coming in at over £100 extra per day. Going room-only placed us in the furthest rooms within the adjacent block. To be clear, it wasn’t far away at all, although finding our room initially took a little effort. The main inconvenience was that the lift was out of order for the entire week, and we were on the top floor (only two floors up, thankfully). Fortunately, the service lift remained operational and both staff and local tradespeople were happy to let guests use it. The room itself was good. The air conditioning worked brilliantly and wasn’t overly noisy. The balcony had plenty of space with comfortable seating. By day three or four I risked hanging towels out again and escaped any official warnings—probably because we were tucked behind some trees! Despite the privacy, the balcony still caught plenty of late afternoon and evening sunshine, making it a great spot to relax away from the pool. One thing worth mentioning is that the reception staff were friendly throughout our stay. Check-in was straightforward, check-out was equally hassle-free, and everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. The room also included a safe at no extra charge, which is always appreciated, and pool towels were provided too. It’s a small thing, but it saves suitcase space and makes life around the pool much easier. Both pools were open, clean and refreshing throughout our stay, with plenty of good-quality sunbeds available. Our youngest stayed in the main living area and reported that the sofa bed was comfortable all week. The master bedroom was excellent—spacious, comfortable and with a very good-sized bed. My one criticism concerns the window. Outside the room was a corridor light that appeared to stay on all night. Unfortunately, the blind did very little to block the light. To make matters worse, once daylight arrived, sunlight streamed in from another outside window opposite. By night three, we had devised a solution involving a suitcase balanced on the dresser with our ever-growing bag of dirty laundry on top, pinning the blind closer to the window. It worked surprisingly well, but proper blackout blinds would be a much better solution IMO. If you look closely, the shower and shower screen are starting to show their age, with some staining and rust visible in places. That said, the bathroom was perfectly functional and caused us no issues during our stay. In fact, most of my inspection was carried out from the toilet, squeezed into the gap behind the door, so perhaps I was looking a little harder than most guests would! Room 2 of 2 (daughter and BF next door) reported no issues at all and they both loved their week here. Overall, another enjoyable visit. A few minor maintenance issues and some room for improvement with the bedroom blinds, but plenty of positives and we’d certainly consider returning.
Lovely hotel. Everything there is very spacious - pools, rooms, breakfast. Food was very nice - with high quality products.
Only thing that could have been better is entertainment in the evening at the weekend, especially for kids like a kids’ disco.

Tudo simplesmente perfeito, camas confortáveis, piscina, tudo de bom

Cala D'Or is such a pretty town and Sa Marina is centrally situated - perfect to explore all areas. This was our 13th stay.....we love this place! Buildings, gardens and pools are immaculate. Apartments are modern, well equipped and comfortable. A/C is quiet and works well. Apartments are serviced daily and are spotlessly clean. All staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Aparthotel is very quiet at night....good sleep guaranteed! We like to self-cater....2 good sized supermarkets just 200 metres away...breakfast can be booked in the restaurant and dinner can be booked in Sivina gastrobar. Sa Marina is 5 mins walk to Cala D'Or centre with a vast choice of shops, bars and restaurants....very busy in the evenings. For a quieter evening the beautiful Marina is just 15 mins walk with some lovely restaurants We are looking forward to return in September!!
Nelabai patiko, kad balkonose leidziama rulyti, nes nuo kaimynu kurie ruko patenka rukalai i gretima balkona
Excellent location to the town and marina and beaches. The filtered water systems on each floor were brilliant. The staff and food served at the bar are a credit to the hotel Looking forward to returning!
The location is perfect. Near to great restaurants and the marina. The whole place is spotlessly clean and staff are constantly cleaning. The beds are also very comfortable and apartments are spacious. We didn’t struggle to get sun beds in June but it was getting busier as we left. Also great atmosphere for us with a young baby, chilled but still family friendly. The gym is fantastic and all brand new.
The entertainment isn’t great so don’t go expecting a full programme of singers etc. It seemed like most people were out of the resort of an evening. Bar is very expensive, half pint is 6 euros and it was quite possibly for that reason. Some part of hotel such as reception area are quite dated but others have been modernised.
We stayed in this hotel for 10 days with my family of four, including two six-year-olds. The room had everything for a comfortable stay: beds, A/C, a bathtub, a kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook and store food (fridge), and a nice balcony. We preferred to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant and enjoy the café close to the pool for lunch or a coffee break. We used all the pools here: the outdoor ones, and the indoor one during the strong sun. Also, we enjoyed the kids' club, which worked for about 6 hours, 5 days a week, and the kids' dancing in the evening 👯 Also, the hotel gym is equipped really well for a hotel gym. I did my workouts every other day and enjoyed the sauna afterwards. There are also football and basketball courts. I shot some hoops there once. While with all the facilities we could have stayed all the time in the hotel, we also enjoyed the amazing beaches nearby. They are just a 10-minute walk with children. The entire hotel area is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We'd love to come back again 🙂
Stayed there before and knew location was perfect for us
The common problem with most hotels. Guests reserving lounges and hotel does nothing even though pool rules forbid this practice
Position fantastic
Nothing
Ideal location to the centre of Cala dor Spotlessly clean comfortable beds Maid service every day . Love both pool areas . Can’t fault it . Stay here each year
Nothing
Lovely hotel, lovely staff stayed here many times, had a slight upgrade round pool area, very nice.
Be aware if you have stayed here before the vibe has very much changed and it isn't orientated around kids anymore, stage area has been taken away with no more fun cheesy entertainment that our kids used to love, it didn't matter to us as our kids are older now. If this is what your after I think the sister hotels still offer it.
Heel fijn hotel.
Everything was amazing
Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was perfect, everything was very clean and beds were really comfortable
Fresh pool towels were only available on certain days, breakfast was slightly cold most mornings
The hotel was pretty and very clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but did have a club sandwich and drinks which were good. The location of the hotel is great - right next to the town so easy to go out for dinners in the evenings, supermarkets very close and the beach only a 10 minute walk away.
My only comment would be that the pools seemed to close when the lifeguard finished his day at 5pm. There were signs put up out to say the pools were closed, but I think they should be open later at the risk of the parents as 5pm is too early.
Rooms were on
Staff unfriendly
Alles prima, wie immer. War schon öfter da.
We were back again part of the way through school week at the end of May, we had a great time as always, we cannot fault the staff, apartments, or the complex, all are excellent, the complex is constantly being maintained so it never looks tired and gardens are beautifully kept. The staff at reception, housekeeping and the pool bar are so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, five to ten minutes to the beach, similar to the marina, two supermarkets, one on the marina which is a walk back up the hill, but also two Spar shops on opposite corners of the hotel. There are two pools and certainly at one there is a separate kiddies pool. I suggest you also check out Claire1987's review, it was extremely detailed and very helpful.
Our first time in Mallorca and we chose this hotel after reading the amazing reviews on the Tui website. On arrival we were greeted with a friendly welcome and our room was ready. We had a room on the 1st floor which was lovely and big. The fact that the safety deposit box in our room was free was a big bonus and we loved that. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were a couple nights that we were woken during the night by screaming children and loud guests but this isn't the hotels fault. We quickly unpacked and came down for some pool time chilling after a long morning travelling, however unfortunately at 1pm there we no sunbeds available in either pool which we were very disappointed with so we had nowhere to sit. Other guests advised us to secure a sunbed early to avoid this again. We are not usually the type of people to do this but the next morning we went to the pool area at 9am after breakfast and again the sunbeds all had towels on and we managed to get the last 2. So against our own rules we decided to join the crowd and put our towels on at 8am before breakfast to secure a place for the rest of the holiday. We were there 27th May for 1 week and didn't witness any of the lifeguards enforcing the rules and removing any towels. They also didn't stop the kids running and the pools were full of inflatables making it difficult to have a swim. I appreciate it was half term and it was busy with families and children, however maybe the hotel should consider having one of the pools adults only. It did say on the Tui website that one of the pools was a quiet adult pool but this was NOT the case and misleading. We are all there to enjoy ourselves but not being able to get a sunbed and both pools being packed with kids and inflatables was a slight disappointment. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. The staff were very attentive too. Cala D'Or itself was very pretty. Overall we had a lovely holiday and the hotel was amazing. Our only advice would be to stop the sunbeds being held by towels. This unfortunately would prevent us going back. Show less
