لا يوجد مصعد ( مذكور في تفاصيل الفندق) ولا يتوفر سلبر لدورة المياه، لا يوجد شطاف بجوار كرسي الحمام

I did quite a research and though green point was nearest to V&A waterfront. I chose Curiocity as it looked modern and cozy amd I loved the interior; it was exactly what we were looking for. The 24 hour reception and security was what convinced is more. The plus pointwas that I was fully satisfied with the staff members. I will specially name Mr. Cassious who welcomed us warmly and even helped us with our luggage since we were 5 girls. Mr. Mervin was our driver, he picked us at the airport and recommended us nice places as well. The place was super clean. Everyday they came to clean the room and empty the bins and we were given everything, from plates, glasses, towel and even the T.V had youtube and you could connect to netflix too.

Well, they do give bikes and scooters to ride ( i think it's on rent) but i'm not sure if you can ride them in the neighbourhood. It's just because personally for me, people drive real fast on the street. Unless, there are special bike roads. I would add that it was during winter and it would get chilly. The heater was not working some times... but it was okay for us as the bed were comfortable; we were provided with warm covers. We also bought winter clothes.

Was blown away as it was a 1st for me staying at a poshtel of this class with a common dorm room.with such facilities, a couch, dining table, kitchen and TV.

The locks had very little light in the dark was a bit of a struggle to ge into.the room at times. Bathroom door was an issue lock did not work

Being called by the reception for checking out after just 10 minutes after 10 am. Beer is expensive.

The staff were thoughtful and helpful. The location is very good, next to Cape Town stadium.

We didn’t sleep at all, there was a party right above us in the apartment above us where we slept. They jumped up and down and screamed while dancing and singing. 4am they settled. After being a loyal customer if feels like we earn a free nights stay in the future to make up for a sleepless night. It was horrible. But overall such nice bedding and facilities and the most helpful friendliest staff. Perfect location and facilities!

This is an amazing hotel. The rooms are spotless (and everything is white). We were greeted by the friendliest staff member and when we checked out, we were sent off with warm wishes. I will definitely book there again!

Good location and quiet accommodation

Great location, everything is in short uber-distance. It’s safe to walk to the supermarket and the restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and the beds very comfortable.

Parking issues. I didn’t have a car this time around but I’m sure I would have been frustrated if I had one as parking is limited.

I arrived on Saturday, 23 May 2026, for the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon, and the location was ideal—just a few steps from the stadium, which was a definite advantage. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. I shared the room with other runners, and after the race, I returned, freshened up, and went to sleep. The next morning, when I wanted to go out for a run, I noticed that my race T-shirt was missing. I searched the room thoroughly, and the other runners assisted, but we were unable to find it. I reported the matter to reception; however, there was little concern shown from their side. I explained that only one person had checked out and requested that they contact her in case the T-shirt had been packed by mistake, but they indicated that she was not answering their calls. This incident significantly affected my overall experience, and I regret choosing this accommodation. The T-shirt was definitely not in the room, and the cleaning staff also confirmed they did not find it, which suggests that it may have been taken either intentionally or unintentionally by one of the occupants.

I lost my Sanlam Race T-shirt and when I reported it no-one seemed to care.

The location was excellent, just across the street from the main event. A kitchen, sitting room a bedroom and separate bathroom, you don't get a lot of establishments with that.

No lift, no live TV.

Location is perfect for those doing Cape Town Marathon . 👌🏼

Liked everything about our room, the service, friendly staff, everything was great.

It was very close to all amenities and the sureoundings are safe

We were six in a room and there was only one shower and a toilet. This was very problematic

The cleaning ladies could do a better job. We ddnt get our sheets changed on a 6 night trip. Also the room got very cold at night and the extra blanket there wasnt enough.

Spacious room, good shower, kitchen is well stocked if you want to do some basic meals.

It was fairly cold, were there in late autumn, there is minimal heating in this place. The bed was rock solid and creeks a lot (305), water pipes make terrible noise. I dislike the style of having your door on a walking balcony, feels unsafe but it was fine and they don't allow people in the building.

The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming and her attitude is bad for a receptionist. Linen not changed, pillow case had a spot of an old blood 😞

I stayed in the female dorm rooms and the helpers do not clean daily (as advertised) They only clean once a week on Mondays. So the sheets on the bed do not get changed if someone stays less than a week.

The cleaning and collection of garbage was not done daily. The kitchen bin and bathroom bin got full to the point we had to use paper bags. we were told someone would come clean, nobody did,till the last day.

It is a Backpackers/Hotel sort of establishment. It is not bad, but seeing the Photos I was expecting quite a lot more. There is no restaurant on site, and the Parking is very limited and costs extra. Luckily we rented a smallish car. The Room I had had no air conditioning and I emailed in advance and asked if there is Aircon which was answered by Yes. It was extremely hot in Cape Town the week I was there and the room was like a Sauna and did not cool of at night. Thankfully they had Fans.

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple getaway. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. The bed was great and you have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. You couldn't hear any noise from the room except for the air vents outside which for me acted as white noise but was a bit of a disturbance for my partner, however it was raining and we could not hear the rain from our bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming again.

The only con about our room was that it was on the 3rd floor while the property has no lift, so it was leg day every day getting up and down those stairs.

Bathrooms need attention especially corners they not 100 % clean Why are we purchasing towels? When people only have a day or two stays ? Unit should have basics like supply tea and coffee milk for guests ,this is supplied by most BnB”s and hostels and hotels , Irons need to be cleaned 🧼 regularly they are dirty Your laundry service is out of service?? For a while now iv been there for almost 21 days Bedding needs to be changed every 3rd day not weekly that’s to long ? My bedding got changed every 7 days ?

Place was so empty - felt like it needed more furniture / a couch or 2 as we booked a family unit. Disappointed that we could not park inside and we were not told to book it ahead of time to secure parking. Crockery / plates were chipped and in bad condition. No ice was in fridge ready for guests
