De bedden Handdoeken waren groot dat was wel fijn Wel diervriendelijk

Het was veel te warm in de kamer. Er was geen airco wat wel vermeld stond maar er was een ventilator. Badkamer (douche) zat schimmel. Personeel was niet spontaan naar de gasten. En gratis parkeren klopt niet. Buiten het hotel kost 10 euro en onder in de garage 20 euro.

Das Hotel liegt für Bahnhof und Altstadt ganz ordentlich. Das Zimmer war angenehm und sauber. Der Fitnessraum war für hohe Temperaturen sehr gut klimatisiert.

Das Personal wirkte abgelenkt und wollte mich erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage einchecken. Mir gegenüber taten die Damen so, als ob sie mich nicht verstehen würden. Untereinander sprachen sie aber durchaus Deutsch.

Sonnenschutzjalousie funktionierte nur manchmal, Sicherung flog auf dem ganzen Stockwerk raus, Müll im Badezimmer war bei Anreise noch vom Vorgänger voll und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht geleert, Toilettenbrille nicht fest und wackelig, Badezimmer teils unsauber, Wasser auf dem Fußboden (undichte Duschwand). Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation erfolgte keine Ausbesserung der Mängel.

Atendimento da recepção muito ruim. O chuveiro estava quebrado. O ar condicionado estava quebrado e não ligava, o que tornava impossível dormir no quarto no verão Europeu.

Frühstück war ok - typisches Hotelbuffet, freundliche Bedienung (ja ist ein Widerspruch zur Bewertung) in 15 bis 20 gemütlichen Geh-Minuten ist man in der City das wir nur eine Nacht bleiben "mussten"

Die Dame bei der Rezeption war überfordert; mehr als ein "yes" kam zur Begrüßung nicht rüber Das Badezimmer hatte auf der Decke großflächig (das ist keine Übertreibung!) Schimmel Eine Lampe hat nicht funktioniert, die Beschattung (Markisette) des Fensters konnte nicht raufgefahren werden, wodurch es im Zimmer immer finster war. Im Badezimmer ragten lange Haare am Boden unter dem Mistkübel heraus - die sind wohl beim Aufwischen nicht sofort in den Wischer gesprungen - dann bleiben sie halt liegen.... Haare auch in der Badewanne (nicht nur im Abfluss)

Personeel was vriendelijk

Garage was te klein voor een grote bus qua breedte. Aan de straatzijde, hierdoor kon je de honden niet fijn uitlaten terwijl honden daar zijn toegestaan.

Die Betten waren furchtbar. Nur zusammengeschoben. Als Paar total ungemütlich sie rutschten immer auseinander

Staff at reception were unfriendly, had an attitude and totally lacked customer care skills. I complained in writing via email to the manager, Heike Steller, who did not even had the courtesy to send a reply

Habitación amplia, camas amplias y cómodas.

Habitación con olor a humedad. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor. Fue un domingo y me dijeron que recién al día siguiente se vería pues no estaban los encargados de mantenimiento. Me dieron un ventilador pequeño que a penas soplaba.

Trochę ubogie śniadanie. Mógłby być większy wybór. W łazience zamiast wanny powininna być kabina prysznicowa.

Klimaanlage ab dritter Nacht defekt. Vorhangstanhe samt Dübel und Schrauben von der Decke gerissen. Badezimmerheizkörper verrostet und somit undicht! Personal überfordert bzw überlastet.

Wir hatten Schimmel an der Decke im Badezimmer. Ein Zimmertausch war nicht möglich, weil das Hotel ausgebucht war.

Huone oli siisti ja kivasti sisustettu.

Ilmastointi ei toiminut. Koko hotelli oli valittu, koska siellä oli ilmastointi. Kuumat yöt, kova liikenne ikkunan takana. Nukkumisen voi unohtaa. Kompensaatio vahingosta oli olematon 20% aamiaisten ja autopaikan hinnasta. Ilmastointia käytiin katsomassa kaksi kertaa ilman tulosta. En voi suositella maksaville asiakkaille.

Das Frühstück war okay.

Leider keine Empfehlung! Das Badezimmer schimmelt (Decke, Wände, multiple Fugen auch neben dem Waschbecken), das Zimmer riecht, die Möbel sind alt und beschädigt - teils mit Klebeband geklebt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht - vor allem, da zusätzlich noch 20€ Parkgebühren pro Nacht und Ortstaxe dazu kommen. Weiters gibt es einen Gemeinschaftsbalkon. Einen kleinen Kühlschrank gibt es nicht. Der Safe war defekt! Das Personal war teilweise unfreundlich. Für diesen Preis war der Aufenthalt leider unzumutbar.

Frühstück gute Auswahl. Lage in der Stadt

Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Spinnenweben im Schrank. Bettwanzen im Bett. Nach Erwähnung bei der Rezeption inklusive Foto kam nur: Danke für Info.

Stayed here on the night of June-28, 2026 in room 212. This room opens to a shared balcony with patio furniture accessible from all other rooms on the floor. They had provided dove brand's body wash, body lotion, hand wash, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom & a complimentary still water bottle in the room. This hotel is located opposite the Dorint hotel & resort. Ate a continental breakfast here on the morning of June-29, 2026. Upon checking in, our group's multiple room key cards were NOT activated & flashed red upon placing them on the door reader & we had to take them back to reception to which we were given told by the lady wearing glasses at the front desk that she had forgotten to enable them! It is the front desk manager / in charge's job to check that the room key cards are all enabled before handing them over to the guests to prevent inconveniencing them from coming down just for this all over again, specially when they are tired from a full day's touring and would just like to rest.

Overall great location and service and facilities.

Value. Comfortable beds.

Dass es einen Balkon hatte

Frühstück Auswahl bescheiden. Personal war nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht freundlich.

Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und immer in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Lage ist super. In 20 Minuten, zu Fuß, ist man in der Innenstadt.

Auf dem Balkon war es nicht so ordentlich...viel Unkraut und dreckige Außenmöbel.

Salzburg is an incredible city. The view from this hotel if you have a street-facing room is great.

Terrible lengthy check-in process. You could drive a golf cart and still have trouble fitting into their tiny parking garage which only tells you it is TWENTY EUROS charge once you’ve squeezed your vehicle down there. The showers in our rooms were either broken or had the hot or cold water turned completely off. Tiny pillows. Tiny elevator.

Boa cama e bom banho. Gostei do presente que deram para as crianças. Gostei da localização - 15 minutos do centro.

Tem que avisar para limpar. O ralo da banheira estava quebrado.

Tv Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht .. Handtuch hacken locker . Rezeption nicht organisiert . Alles nochmal eingeben obwohl es schon abgegeben war bei der Buchung . Schlechtes Deutsch

Jedino mi se svidjela lokacija.

Ponašanje osoblja na recepciji, posebno vjerojatno šefice recepcije, na moju primjedbu da je u sobi neispravan televizor (važno zbog svjetskoga prvenstva u nogometu). To nisu smatrali problemom i u početku su mi odbijali dati novu sobu s ispravnim televizorom. Dano mi je do znanja, da stignem potražiti drugi hotel, jer da mi ne mogu dati drugu sobu. Nakon duže rasprave (bilo je problema i u jezičnom nerazumijevanju, pa se telefonski umiješao moj kolega iz hrvatske, koji bolje od mene govori engleski) ipak su mi dali drugu sobu s ispravnim televizorom, ali bez mogućnosti HDM priključka. Izgubio sam volju dalje se buniti, pa sam cijeli boravak utakmice gledao na svom prijenosnom računalu. Djelatnik na recepciji pri mom odlasku nije mi se zahvalio na boravku ni poželio sretan put, jer mu je važnije bilo gledati utakmicu na TV. Hotel je poprilično zapušten i potrebno mu je temeljito preuređenje.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang.

Das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich. 2 Sorten Wurst und kein richtiges Brötchen. Wir waren enttäuscht. Das Rührei hat super geschmeckt.

Good location ten minutes walk from the Altstadt.

Double was two singles pushed together. A lot of noise at night from maybe air conditioning in other rooms, and from traffic in the morning.

Staff was very co operative

The hotel is close to the city center, with good transport links. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning (though a bit noisy). The bathroom is clean and spacious. A good breakfast and professional service. I recommend it!

Bett war gut, Zimmer sauber. Die Lady am Empfang hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, als erst geplant (wollten ein Doppelbett und nicht 2 Einzelne).

Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt und es gab Hygiene Artikel nur auf Anfrage und dann leider auch nicht alles. Blöd wenn man ganz bewusst damit rechnet, weil man mit leichtem Gepäck reist.

First entrance in the room - no elecrticity. air conditioning unit cannot be controlled. Overall experience .. poor, Low budget hotel labelled with name that was respectable and valuable decade ago.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage!

Leider war das Bett sehr ungemütlich. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass man die ganze Nacht über die anderen Gäste am Gang so wie in den Zimmern nebenan gehört hat - und zwar jeden Schritt.

Laden (Auto) ist nur in der Tiefgarage möglich, wo man dann (zumindest glaube ich, dass so) zweimal bezahlen müsste (Parkgebühr und den Ladestrom - Pauschal). Information dazu gab es leider keine vorab und auch der Abend-Rezeptionist war sich nicht sicher wie es genau funktioniert.

Ήταν όλα ωραία. Το δωμάτιο μεγάλο άνετο.Η κοπελα στην υποδοχή στο πρωινό ήταν πολύ ευγενική. Το πρωινό πολύ ωραίο είχες επιλογές.Στο κέντρο έφτανες η με το λεωφορείο που ήταν 20 μέτρα απο το ξενοδοχείο. Η 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια.

I was expecting nice things from this hotel as the pictures looked good but don’t be fooled. The rooms are so outdated. Our room had black mould on the ceiling, water stains all over the ceilings, the ceiling paint was all coming off, chips all over the walls. Because it’s spring there’s no air con and the rooms are disgustingly hot even with the windows open. The tv in the room had hardly any channels That worked. You can hear everything outside, above you and in the hallways. I wouldn’t say it’s city centre either. 15 minute walk to a train station and 40 minute walk to the fortress. It definitely was not worth £90 per night. The rooms could do with a serious clean up, repaint and bathroom transformation.

First time staying at this IHG property and the overall experience was only ok. The location of the hotel to the train station is less than a 15 minute walk and easy to find. When checking in, we waited about 10 minutes for the hotel staff member to check us in, and since she was the only one working, I understand why it took so long. She was friendly, and provided good service. Our room was on the 6th floor, and since we had checked in when it was dark, our view came in the morning, which was quite a great view of the mountains. It was nice to wake up to. The room definitely feels and shows how outdated it is, especially the bathroom. The bed wasn't the most comfortable compared to other IHG properties. The air conditioning was awful. It kept shutting off throughout the night, so luckily we were able to open up a window, but it kept getting hot which did not make for a pleasant sleep. There were issues with the internet that didn't allow us to access Netflix or prime on the TV, but fortunately we had a long day of travel so it didn't matter much. The hotel room did not wow me besides the view and was average or slightly below average of what I expect from IHG properties. Only the location and the views were the good parts of the stay.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I gave 1 star for the marvelous Women at check in. They were sweet, kind and lovely. They were the only good part about this hotel experience. The rest was awful. The room had to be over 80 degrees and there was no AC. It was like being in an oven, especially as a 50 year old woman. My teenager never complains but asked to sleep on the street because she was so hot. There was a bloody maxi pad in the bathroom behind the trash that mush have fallen out. Tons of dark long hairs in and on our bed. I am currently on a train to Vienna itching like crazy and fearing I may have been sleeping with bedbugs (bites all over my legs). Definitely avoid this hotel.

unfähiges Personal, strohdumm, kann nicht gut deutsch und versteht nichts, haben alle meine Daten wie die benötigte Rechnungsanschrift und KK-Daten per email und nehmen dann die Zahlung vor Ort von meinem Personal, absolut NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT diese Hotel!!! Ein Hotel-Manager war nicht verfügbar und nicht erreichbar, telefonische Kontaktaufnahme wurde verweigert bzw. aufgelegt, ABSOLUT UNSERIÖSES und IDIOTITSCHES PERSONAL in diesem Hotel !!!

No interconnected rooms. We had four people in separate rooms. Neither room had a working tv. No free breakfast for kids despite their app saying so. Twenty one euros a person and doesn’t even come with an omelette. Room service upon request only. Obviously not coming back

Spałem już kilka razy w tym hotelu na 1 noc, zawsze otrzymywałem pokój o gorszym standardzie - raz był zimny, raz bardzo głośny a ostatnio nie działała klimatyzacja i tylko grzała. Obsługa przy zgłoszeniu tej usterki skłamała, że tak jest w całym hotelu. Nie wrócę już do tego miejsca, gdzie nie dbają o klienta.

Very good breakfast. 20 min by foot from the city center. Nice beds, summer terrace, coffee and tea in the room.

Check-in was nice and fast, however, the idea to charge during check-out is wrong.

Staff okay but no amenities. AC does not work , no Fridge no cold water to drink no iron and iron board. Facilities is a shabby .
