Reviewed Jun 23, 2026The breakfast was complete as anyone would expect and the orders for eggs and dosa were fast enough. The room was cozy enough for three people that we were staying. The were little shortcomings in the gym but I was happy that nice equipment were there.
It came to me as a surprise that there is no pool there. However, that was not a big shortcoming. The treadmill in the gym is not long and broad enough, if someone wants to run fast- above 16 kmph... so its an incorrect choice.

1. Credit card provided only as a guarantee, property charged before I arrive which is against to booking.com , when questioned managers response was rude . 2. Hot water doesn’t come in the rooms , even if it comes it stops completely during shower / when reported the incident - mechanic came to inspect and asked for me proof that it stopped during shower , that’s really funny 3. Wifi doesn’t work properly, first of all it doesn’t get connected, even if it connects - will keep disconnecting for every 5 mins , seriously- If you don’t want to provide service, then why are you charging on us ? 4. Breakfast : crazy experience, have stayed for two days -both days exactly same menu - absolutely no difference- including the curries - feels like vomiting on second day- repeated menu - same watermelon / poori and Chole- onion bhaji- gulab jamoon- same aloo paratha- crazy - haven’t seen this in any hotel - forget about the taste - better not to review

Heavy smell of smoking from rooms on my floor during my stay and some noisy work going on. It would also be nice if there is an ashtray or ash bin in front of the hotel.

The reception staff seems very unhappy and not interested in the job I have booked a deluxe twin room The amenities are not provided as per the contract . They have to be asked for which is very unusual and un professional The bathroom is not up to the standards of a 4 star hotel. It doesn’t have a hand shower and the WC and bathroom is separate rooms Wardrobe is inside the bathroom which is still okay
