Room was dirty, toilet has on the back some brown substance. It was been cleaned after I did complain but it was been there! The walls had some fluid remainings as well.

しいて言うなら、ベッドが少し硬いと思いました。それとベッドの高さが少し高めだったので、足が床につかなかったので、マットを少し柔らかめにしていただいて、ベッドの高さが少し低くしていただけたら最高です

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026체크인 전후 짐을 보관해 주어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 매일 요청하지 않아도 청소를 해주었습니다.. 수압이 셌습니다.. 그리고 어메니티로 일회용품들이 제공되었었는데 그 퀄러티가 좋았습니다.
우선 화면에 있는 사진과 달리 방이 매우 좁았습니다.. 저희는 3명의 숙박할 수 있는 침대가 있는 곳을 예약했는데 침대와 침대 사이에 간격도 있는 것처럼 보였고 모두 일반침대처럼 보였지만 실제로는 엑스트라 배드였고 방이 매우 좁았습니다. 방 전등이의 먼지가 수북했고 객실도 아주 깨끗하진 않았습니다.

숙소가 작다는 글은 많이 봤는데 방이 정말 작았어요 캐리어도 펼칠수 없고 혼자 쓰기는 괜찮은것 같은데 2인이상은 더 큰 객실을 선택해야 할것 같아요 침대도 불편하지 않았고 제공되는 잠옷도 편했어요 다만 이불이 세탁이 덜 된 부분이 있더라구요

La struttura è molto vecchia, sopratutto i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza piccolissima, non c'è posto nemmeno per aprire una valigia grande (ma temo sia lo standard di tutto il giappone). Letto e cuscini non particolarmente comodi.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026제일 작은방이었던거 같은데 방위치가 좋았던건지 완전 넓었어요 지금까지 갔던 일본 방중에서는 제일 넓었습니다. 916호 묶었는데 침대 아래쪽으로 공간이 있어서 26인치 캐리어안에 짐은 다 빼고 옷장에 넣어놓고 세워서 놓고 26인치 위로 열리는 캐리어는 그냥 침대 밑에 열어놓고 사용할 수 있을 정도였어요 침대랑 화장대? 티비 간격도 넓어서 짐 정리할 때 26인치 캐리어 활짝 펼치고 정리했어요 화장실도 이정도면 넓은편... 변기 세면대 욕조 일자배치입니다 일본 숙소는 디귿자배치 처럼 안에 사람 한명 들어가면 꽉차는 그런 구조가 아니에요 사람도 누울 수 있는 그런 넓은 화장실이었습니다 그리고 침대는 무슨 완전 5성급 호텔급 침대인거 같아요 단단하면서도 푹신하고 베개도 높은거 낮은거 두개 있어서 취향에 맞게 베고 주무시면 되요! 완전 꿀잠가능!!!!! 위치도 텐진역 바로 출구에서는 거리가 좀 있는데 지하상가쪽으로 건물 안쪽으로 걸어서 나오면 그렇게 멀진 않지만 그렇다고 절대 가까운편은 아니었어요 그치만 방 크기나 컨디션이 너무 좋았기 때문에 위치따위 신경쓰지도 않았습니다 그리고 번화가라서 시끄럽다고 하시는 분이 있어서 걱정했는데 밖에 소리도 잘 안들리고 복도 소리도 잘 안들려요 엘리베이터 앞에 의자 배치되어 있는것도 너무 좋았습니다 호텔1층이랑 세븐일레븐이랑 연결되어 있어요 한국인 직원도 있고 모든 직원들이 너무 다 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 발목을 다쳐 얼음찜질할 얼음도 봉지에 담아서 챙겨주셨어요! 진짜 완전 만족만족 지금까지 일본여행 중 가장 좋은 숙소였어요! 다음에도 무조건 여기로 갈거에요 완전 만족 대만족

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026第二次入住，這次帶一群朋友來玩，大家都覺得早餐好吃地點也很好，服務人員親切，尤其退房後幫忙叫計程車，還到門口協助與司機溝通，忘記這位女員工的名字，但當時她有一眼受傷包紮還這麼熱心幫忙，真的很感動

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Excellent location. Tenjin Station just a few blocks away. Lots of restaurant choices around the area. Clean hotel, helpful staff. Hotel was giving away free DHC amenity packs.
Hotel is showing its age. But still very comfortable.

Check-in system is too rigid and probably can record the details and payment while waiting to check-in at 3pm. If they can allow check-in, it will be a plus point.

⚠️ 注意有訂房網站與飯店重複扣款的問題。 我於 6/20 經由 Booking.com 線上付清房費（¥24,180），但 6/26 入住飯店系統顯示未付款，現場出示訂房網站的扣款證明後，櫃檯人員有用對講機詢問內部人員，隨後要求我們現場先支付一筆「押金」（金額為全額房費 ¥26,829），並說明之後會退還，但仍需請我們自行聯繫訂房網站確認，當下為了順利入住只能配合再次付款。 當天我們在當下一度嘗試透過 Booking.com App 留言聯繫客服，卻因為系統問題完全無法成功留言，直到 6/27 回國後，隔天再自行打電話聯繫客服處理，雖然理解員工是依飯店內部指示處理，但明明已出示付款證明卻不被採信，後續繁瑣的查帳與聯絡困擾完全由消費者承擔，令人感到十分麻煩與無奈。 ⚠️ Be aware of reservation system sync errors and double-charging issues at check-in. I paid the full room fee (¥24,180) online via Booking.com on June 20th. However, when checking in on June 26th, the hotel system showed the room as unpaid. Even after we presented proof of payment from the booking website, the front desk staff, after checking with internal staff via intercom, requested that we pay a "deposit" on-site (which amounted to the full room charge of ¥26,829). They stated it would be refunded later but still asked us to contact the booking website ourselves to confirm. To ensure a smooth check-in at that moment, we had no choice but to comply and pay again. We initially tried to message customer service through the Booking.com app right then, but due to a system error, we were completely unable to leave a message. It wasn't until we returned to Taiwan on June 27th that we were able to call customer service ourselves the following day (the 28th) to resolve the issue. While I understand the staff was acting according to internal hotel instructions, it was highly frustrating that our official proof of payment was not accepted. Having the consumer bear the full burden of the subsequent tedious process of auditing and contacting support felt incredibly inconvenient and helpless.

El hotel, a pesar de estar bien cuidado, tiene un aspecto MUY antiguo. Lo que más me molestó fue que el hotel no tiene ningún tipo de control en las personas que acceden a las instalaciones. Tiene una puerta directamente en una tiene de conveniencia (7eleven) y hay mucho movimiento de gente de fuera. El hotel mismo deja en la habitación una orientación por escrito de no abrir la puerta si alguien llama y no estás esperando a nadie. No nos pasó nada, pero como mínimo diría que es una orientación bastante rara para un hotel.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Staff très professionnel. Bien situé, près d'un quartier agréable en soirée. Proche du métro pour l'aéroport. Nous avons passer plusieurs nuits dans cet hôtel entrecouper d'un séjour à Ishigaki. L’hôtel à accepter de garder nos gros bagages pendant ce séjour dans les îles. Il se sont également chargés de poster un paquet pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié.
La chambre standard est très étroite. Impossible d'ouvrir deux gros bagages.
