Absolutely loved this hotel. It was located right at the city center and near the Daimyo area, where there are loads of food choices and cafes to choose from. The staff were also very helpful and approachable. The breakfast buffet was great too. The room was kind of small for 3 people, however if you're just 2, it would've been the perfect size. All amenities are provided like slippers, robes -- even pajamas. I must say i would definitely book this hotel again.

Not much to say but there's a portion in our room where under the bed was pretty dusty and dirty, saw a few toe nails in it lol. However, the rest of the room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. They replenish bathroom amenities daily

周圍便利以超市超商，浴室很大有浴缸+淋浴，很適合有小孩的家庭，離地鐵站很近，離天神站只有1站距離。 床很大2張加起來有240cm，2大2小可以睡得很舒適，房間內還有膠囊咖啡~很加分

房間內走道有點擠，比較適合上掀式行李箱，一般27、29吋行李箱的攤開來就會占滿整個走道空間，下次要來會選擇大一點的房型。

服務人員親切，早餐簡單多樣，房務清潔乾淨，離地鐵近，很適合親子旅遊。

馬桶不知道是不是因為使用再生水的緣故，沖水的味道都不是太好聞.... 若對氣味敏感的人會感到不舒服

There aren’t enough drawers to put clothes for a longer stay than one night. Nowhere to unpack and store clothes

Nice, modern hotel with big bathtub. However, I'm not sure it was worth the money - a bit on the pricier side.

很舒適又方便的一間旅店，員工對待客人熱誠，能提早13:00 Check-in及13:00 Check-out。 雖然房間不大；但有效利用每一分空間(包含：房內掛勾很多，床鋪下能置放行李箱...等)。 離赤坂站6號出口(有電梯的出入口)步行約5分鐘，離天神購物區(天神西通)步行也大約10分鐘內路程

飯店旁停車位標示有些不明顯，路過踢到車擋差點跌倒

お部屋はシンプルですがシモンズのベッドを使用されていて、とても寝心地が良かった。 トイレとお風呂が分かれていて、使いやすかった。お風呂も広くて良かった。 駅から近いので、天神や中洲や志賀島に行けて良かった

住宿地點非常棒，赤板站3號出口出來就抵達，不累的話步行至天神也可以。衛浴乾溼分離，有浴缸，洗澡空間很舒服，飯店裡面很乾淨

房間有點小，一個人住剛好，住宿期間遇到下雨，可是飯店沒有提供雨傘供房客使用，小小可惜。

The location

When I booked the 2 rooms on Booking’s website there were windows in the bedrooms. When our rooms were allocated to us, the windows overlooked a wall!!! In this case, you have to tell us.

Clean and close to subway

交通十分便利，赤坂站6號出口有垂直電梯，在地面轉左直行4分鐘可達；3號出口最近1分鐘即達，但要行樓梯。步行10分鐘可到天神區，西鐵福岡天神站和高速巴士總站。

The shower room is very comfortable

The air condition wind blows to the bed, especially to head area! May adjust wind direction.

Location is good. Near to main district with a supermarket right across the street.

We stayed for 3 nights but room cleaning did not vacuum the floor!! The obvious dirt on the floor just stayed for 3 days. They only re-do the bedding and even forget to give us free bottle water.

Location near Starbucks, Subway and Mcdonald.Also walking distance to Tenjin shopping area.

Very small hotel with no comfortable lobby to sit in since rooms are also very small. No iron for pressing clothes. Electricity sockets are far away from bed and it turns off when to turn the master lights off. Housekeeping is not very good.

Food selection was great. Ambience perfect. Staff were helpful.

ツインのお部屋に2泊滞在しました。部屋の清掃も行き届き、お風呂もゆったり入れてアメニティーも充実。市内観光としてもアクセス良く、福岡滞在にはまたこちらを利用させていただきたいホテルでした。　　リファやダイソン等の高機能ではないけれどPanasonicのドライヤーがちょうどよかった。見たことのないデザインでした。

Property is at a very good location. Very close to the Akasaka train station. Rooms are very clean and modern, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in.

Cannot think of anything I did not like about the property.
