今回泊まったところにはよくかった点がないです。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026住宿的地理位置超好,走沒1分鐘就有最近很紅的明太子麵包可以買,再過個馬路就是shopping mall.附近吃的東西也非常多,飯店新穎,房間乾淨.住在福岡鬧區以這價格來說真的非常親民.如果有機會的話下次還回再住.

j'avais réservé un petit dejeuner pour ma fille et moi même et on m'a refait payer le petit dejeuner de ma fille. Attention il y 2 Quintessa dans la ville et ils ne sont pas à côté l'un de l'autre. Faîtes bien attenion lors de la saisie de l'adresse

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Great location in Tenjin, close to the subway. The staff were helpful and friendly. The whole hotel was also very clean. Breakfast was good. The lobby theme was also very nice, with plenty of books that you could borrow.
The room was a bit small but thats usual in Japan

Reviewed May 13, 2026У отеля очень удобное расположение - в районе Tenjin есть магазины на любой вкус, а конкретно возле отеля есть много кафе и конбини. Сам отель чистый, хороший. завтраки были однообразные, в азиатском стиле, но можно было очень плотно поесть на весь день. Wifi работал хорошо. Звукоизоляция нормальная. Нам повезло с видом из окна - видели храм и телебашню.
Завтраки можно было бы сделать чуть разнообразнее, а также добавить хотя бы вареные яйца в рацион. Кофе средненький. В последний день нам не повезло и мы потеряли в номере один из ключей карточек - пришлось заплатить 3000 Йен за утерю. Самое обидное, что второй ключ мне был и не нужен за все время проживания.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026The hotel is at a VERY STRATEGIC location where it is within walking distance to the main shopping areas (Mina Tenjin, Tenjin Chikagai, etc) and food chains (Yoshinoya, Matsuya, MOS Burger, etc). Room is clean and everything is working fine. At the lobby, you can help yourself to the basic amenities by the lift. Juices, tea and coffee are made available for guests in the evening.
The room's lighting is too dim.

The air vent in the bathroom wasnt effective. You can see mold in the sink, and on the bathroom door. Seems like daily cleaning was only for bathroom cleaning but never got the mold cleaned. Bed was also done once in mu four night stay.
