Issues related to the cleanliness of the shower and hair found in the shower upon check-in raised concerns.

Generally reported as clean and well maintained in many reviews, but several mentions of specific issues (hair in sink, unclean bathroom counter, curtains with strong odor) reduce the score slightly.

Multiple reviews praise staff as very kind, helpful and professional; lobby staff and room service noted positively. Strong consistent positive remarks justify a high score.

Amenities are mixed: suites are spacious and some kitchens present, but many guests complain about missing kitchen utensils/appliances, limited crockery/cutlery, and occasional confusing parking/elevator systems.

Good breakfast value; however, facilities were noted as outdated.

Many guests enjoy the stay and amenities, but some explicitly mention the room felt cheaper than the price or were disappointed by missing in-room items, producing a slightly below-target value perception.
