Das Frühstücksangebot war umfangreich, sowohl für chinesische als auch für westliche Gäste. Englisch sprechendes Personal hat schon bei einem fragenden Blick sofort freundlich weiter geholfen.

This is an old 5 star hotel. The facilities are ok but may need some upgrades. Location is good, close to a busy street which has so many restaurants with local food. This hotel is a bit far from subway station.

Absolutely loved staying at this place! Very convenient location with many food options. The best service too - responsive and super helpful. The reception staffs were very friendly. The security guard at the hotel entrance guided me how to use local APP to book Taxi. Highly recommend, will come again.

There is no enough charging outlets near the bed.

The worst 5 star hotel I ever had. I travel a lot around the globe, but that hotel is a shame. 1: We arrived early evening, were tired, and decided to eat dinner in buffet restaurant: at 7 pm 50% of dishes were not available anymore. 30 min later almost nothing left. Wine should be included, but no wine bottles available since Chinese took all bottles to their tables; staff "regretted" but did not serve more; beer selection a joke, only poor brands 2: Air condition is a joke. Front desk told us, hotel has central air condition, temperature cannot be adjusted in room. At night we had to turn off since too cold. Therefore at day time too hot in room. 3: Room equipment, esp. electric devices minimum 20 years old I guess. Toilet flushing did not work properly. No mini bar as written in homepage. A small fridge, yes. But empty. A shame for a 5 star hotel. 4: Swimming pool: hall cold, also water not very warm; son had a cold next day 5: Staff: friendly, but with very poor English

The location (central with nice surrounding and views), the gym, the pool ( except that they insist you to buy a swim cap). The café.

The breakfast is not even 4 star standard. This is really not acceptable. the hotel is a bit old.

The location is amazing for the river and some historical sights. The rooms are also spacious and the breakfast was acceptable. I loved the view from the window, great to watch the CNY fireworks.

Breakfast had very little by way of vegetarian options, and not much western style food. There was no room service. The hotel bar was shut. The whole hotel feels extremely dated and needs a good revamp.

升等行政楼层，俯瞰甲秀楼景观很棒！赠送 happy hour 变成晚餐是惊喜。 餐点一般，疫情期间提供个人小火锅是亮点。最为五星酒店，甜点略逊，有点失望。

The room was neat and tidy. The surrounding was a bit noisy. The desk front was nice and very helpful.

Do you overall condition of the hotel is good. for the hotel I’d give it a five out of five.. for the rooms i’d give a four out of five, just because of a few small details, for a five-star hotel. stayed here a couple of times. The location is good and the staff is excellent they’re always willing to be helpful. The beds are a little hard, but that’s everywhere in China, so I don’t think they can change it .. I will definitely keep coming back, it is a great place to stay

Check in staff not trained well and we had been sent to wrong room 3 times. Staff not familiar with international guest requests, for example, it is really hard to explain why we need power adaptor in order to use the hotel wall plug. The key card nor reliable, have to reset multiple times during the stay

Pleasant hotel. Good buffet breakfast and up to world standards. A few staff speak English, probably because most of clientele is Chinese.

The hotel staff was very professional and made us feel special. The room was a GREAT value! Great view! The front desk staff's English language was excellent. The lobby staff and housekeeping were very friendly and spoke some English. We were surprised by how clean the room was and how all the furnishings and equipment in the room was in good condition. The bathroom was beautiful, clean and spotless, expect that there were mold spots in the shower.

在Hotel.com上预定的豪华行政房，并以支付全额房费。到了酒店前台，前台总监居然也不认识Hotel.com，查了很久 我们等了足足半小时酒店方才确认。第一晚的房间卫生间淋浴水无比的小，沐浴非常不舒服，台盆水龙头的五金件都是脱落的，因抵达较晚就不便再次要求更换房间，同时在办check in时酒店房就固执己见说唯独只有此一间房，所以非常不满意，在几经多次交涉沟通后，酒店放的解决方案是免费提供宽带无线网络。

직원들의 영어능력이 떨어지고, 서비스 태도가 떨어짐

非常好的地址，房间有些年头但是整体还不错，位于城市中心，步行到很多景点都可以

We stayed at this hotel when we were in province to adopt our child. We were there for 7 days and had two adjoining rooms on the 33rd floor. They were spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping was ok, they never vacuumed unless you asked and with 3 small children we really needed it daily. The buffet was decent, a little pricey but there were lots of options. There's a ton of restaurants across the river that are excellent and reasonably priced. The service was great and they were very kind to us. The hotel is close to the city square, parks and shopping.

OK business hotell inland China.

貴陽では最高級な５つ星ホテル。 高層ビルで街中でも目立つ！ しかしながらツイン、キングで１室11,000円はお得。 高層階に宿泊したけど、PM2.5がなければ眺めもいいですね。 貴陽空港からはリムジンバスの２つ目か３つ目の停留所から徒歩１０分くらい。 タクシーなら道路が空いてれば20、30分。 コンビニ的なのが道路の向かいに１件 スーパーも徒歩圏内に数件ありました。 まぁまた行く機会はないと思うけど、行くことがあれば宿泊候補No.1ですね

立地も良く使い勝手の良いホテル。 部屋もよく整備されていた。 レストランなどは使っていないので評価できないが、ルームサービスで とった食事はおいしかった。
