Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The hotel location is very central with easy access to highway 7 and the 407. The check-in process was quick and efficient, although I was a little disappointed that my early check-in request which was made almost a week in advance was not honored. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds are so cozy that waking up every morning for breakfast was a challenge. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of 5. It was well appointed with sufficient basic amenities - and the kitchenette was an added plus. Huge fridge with separate freezer, 4 burner stove top, microwave oven, dishwasher and toaster. There is good water pressure in the bathrooms with seamless hot and cold water. Breakfast selection is very good and the staff are quick to replenish items that quickly disappear. There's scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, bacon, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal and a wide selection of breads including bagels and muffins, with juice and coffee to wash everything down. You will leave the service area, completely full and energized for the day. The staff are very friendly and courteous - even the backend support staff like the housekeeping staff & maintenance will greet you when they cross paths in the hallways. I will definitely return to this property and would recommend the property for long family stays.
Housekeeping could be a little more attentive - I found the room not cleaned properly on some occassions. On others, supplies like dishwasher pellets and tissue boxes were not replaced. There was a spill in the oven which was not cleaned for almost 2 weeks - housekeeping should inspect and clean the oven as well.

Our room was next to the elevator. It was really noisy and I have been awaken a few times at night because of it. The mattress was really soft too.

Que ce soit dans un coin très industriel. Donc, rien à pied de l'hôtel. Une zone de construction est juste à côté de l'hôtel donc c'est assez bruyant et le chantier débute assez tôt le matin. On attend l'ascenseur se déplacer de haut en bas même la nuit.

The parking lot wasn’t plowed while I was there, limiting number of parking spaces and making walking / moving luggage hard. Found it odd that no one shovelled out the parking spaces honestly. Good bed size but mattress was lopsided.

Check in was a bit hectic as there were only two staff and a full lobby all checking in at 3pm.

Не було безкоштовного wi-fi. За той що мені висвітлювався потрібно було ще ніби додатково платити.

Reviewed Nov 4, 2025Esta sobre unos 50 minutos en metro del centro de la ciudad. Tiene la estación del metro a unos 300 metros del hotel. Es una buena alternativa si no quieres pagar un precio excesivo en el centro de la ciudad. Desayuno incluido en el precio. Habitaciones muy amplias con cocina. Multitud de aparcamiento gratuito.
Quizás que está un poco lejos del centro de Toronto.

Plenty of free parking , nice complimentary breakfast, last but not the least the staffs, they are awesome. The staffs at reception, breakfast counters , housekeeping were so welcoming and ready to serve the guests.

Le lit du canape lit etautbpas fait a notre arrivee.kl manquait un drap. On a tout eu rapidment en demandant. Le lit etait pas tres confortable pourmoi... un peu mou, mon conjoint le trouvait tres bien.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025We used to stay at the neighboring hotel but it’s being town down for a condo development so we started staying here. Now I’m sad we didn’t start staying here sooner. We like this property because we can park our truck and walk to the subway station instead of battling downtown traffic and parking fees. The rooms are very well equipped, full kitchen and separate sitting and bedrooms. Free breakfast in the morning is a bonus!

This was exceptionally poor experience I had in this hotel. Never had the same or similar issue anywhere else. Good internet is a vital basic thing that this hotel didn't have!!!

We predict it will be closed by next year; the Hilton next door was being demolished for condos. Staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast well run. Only two elevators; one not working. Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer was ruim en de bedden goed. Prima locatie als je Toronto met een auto bezoekt. Op loopafstand van de metro ( die er wel 30/45 minuten over deed naar het centrum) Ontbijt was goed verzorgd, maar een stuk minder uitgebreid dan in Europa. Verwacht geen vleeswaren en een assortiment kazen.
Als je voor 4 personen boekt, dan komen er ook 4 personen. Maak dan dan ook 4 bedden op ipv 2 en leg voor 4 personen, handdoeken neer i.p.v van voor 3.
