I took my kids to the pool, but there was a sign that said it was closed so I spoke to the receptionist and it turned out. It wasn’t closed after all. It was fixed promptly.

The tv in our room didn’t work which was frustrating. Staff was willing to take a look at it, but nothing could be done about it unfortunately.

Property seemed well maintained. Staff was friendly & location was close to everything.

There was a HUGE cockroach in our room. 🫣

Nice location not next to major traffic noise. The complimentry breakfadt was exceptional with staff very friendly. Shower was great and air conditioningworked very well.

I had an amazing experience staying here for 2 days and 3 nights, and a big reason for that was Mr. Eric. From the moment we arrived, his energy was so positive and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my boyfriend had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Even when it was something small, he always had a smile on his face and was ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service really makes a difference and doesn’t go unnoticed. Honestly, I’ll keep coming back and booking here as long as Mr. Eric is working. As long as he’s part of your team, you don’t just have one loyal customer you have two. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

I didn’t make it to my room — they need to accept more cards cash app & chime to be exact! I literally had to Lyft to another hotel & book a room because I didn’t have a major credit card

Quiet area but close to interstate and several restaurants. Appreciated the walk-in shower. And happy to have no pets. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfy room. Our second time staying here.

I liked the continental breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful, very comfortable, clean. The only dislike was that the elevator was down while we we're there but overall the experience was lovely.

Well for my husband and I this is now our go to spot in Greensboro. Everyone and everything was outstanding.

The breakfast was good for a place without a restaurant onsite, with more food choices than most.

There were two reason we chose this place; indoor pool and separate sleeping areas in a suite. The room was booked as a suite, which is a stretch. It's a slightly larger room that includes a sleeper sofa, without any truly separate sleeping areas (which is what I usually call a suite). The filter on the pool was not running, and looked like it hadn't been on for a while. The sign on the door indicated the pool was open.

Only one chair, no lotion , tubs weren't that clean. No clock.
