We were there for a concert at the coliseum, and planned to walk but a member of the desk staff recommended a limo service that was great! We had a wonderful time and if we go back for another concert we will definitely stay there again!

The key cards to my room were constantly not working six times to be exact. I did not keep my cards near my phone or credit cards. It was their doors/cards. The price charged by booking.com was a ripoff, it would have been cheaper if I booked with the hotel but I couldn't get through to the property.

I book these rooms in February, and we drove 400 miles to get there, they were not willing to accommodate us even though we got there a little earlier. We went there for a Friday Graduation they could have reconsider after I explain, we need to get dress.
The hotel needs to make a few adjustments the shower bar is in the wrong place, if you are about to fall you cannot reach the bar sidewalk by the pool is crack a lady almost fell, breakfast should be free to all customer, We arrived there early and understood no early check in, but even when our rooms should have been ready, they were not. I book these rooms in February, and they were not ready until after 3 pm. we drove 400 miles to have to sit around and continue to wait. We went there for a Friday Graduation. They could have consider people who came down there for the Graduation. Some staff not professional I explain to them we had come there for the Graduation on Friday.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Breakfast was okay, but a little over cooked. Location was also okay, with several restaurants within walking distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly when checking in. Rooms were very quiet with no noise from any side. Bath was very clean.
Toilet paper holders were quite a ways from the toilet. Low water pressure in rain shower and in sink. Could use bar of hand soap for sink, instead of bath gel that was provided

They increased price by $100 once I arrived which was not what your site showed or what I agreed to Shower was bad while showering water turned brown and I went to desk and they did not move me so I had to deal with it. Sink was brown also. Never going back!!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The hotel rooms were clean and the buffet breakfast was decent. We didn't try the pool but it seemed like a decent size. Also it was an easy hotel to get to. Right off the highway with fast food options all around.
The front parking lot was full on the first night. Fortunately we found parking on the side. Also we arrived late so they had a security guard working the front. He seemed a little on edge for his job. You're working at a Holiday Inn, slow your roll. It's not that serious.
