A beautiful and elegant hotel , intimate setting with a luxurious feel. We have visited many times and can’t wait to come back
Nothing
Beautiful hotel in a lovely area
Parkland was beautiful and it was very traditional in features
Bar staff putting the dishwasher while trying to enjoy a drink in the bar… it was so noisy, I noticed other guests moved out of the room.
Beautiful place to stay such gorgeous surrounding great place and relaxation. Will definitely be back.
The quality of the hotel, the staff. Food and service in the restaurant were of very high quality. The food was delicious. The cold brrakfast buffet eas lovely eith a selevtion of cold meat, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, croissant and breakfast cereals.
The cooked breakfast. It was cold and the ingredients were not good quality. This did not match the standard of the meal we had in the restaurant the evening before. The service at breakfast did also not match the standard in the restaurant. When we arrived the staff member addressed us from a distance and also took our order in a rushed manner.

Beautiful property, great trails to wander
Full Irish to set you up for the day.
Sausages a little bland but still an excellent breakfast.
Everything!
Nothing!
Grounds, walks, river super.
Breakfast was the only weak point. Had scrambled eggs, which weren't great. Pale, and water running on plate. Also porraige, exactly that, no sides like fruit, nuts, yoghurt etc. Basic presentation. Bread selection great, meat and cheese platter fine.
The cleanliness, the staff and The food was Excellent.

It was a very relaxing two days, lovely staff and food excellent.
Nothing to say here all good
The food was top class especially the breakfast. We also received an upgrade when I informed the hotel that we were celebrating a special wedding anniversary. Not only that we were treated to a welcome package consisting of wine and chocolates. Lovely private setting for the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to return sometime in the near future.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that our stay was too short. Other than that nothing to complain about. End of review.
Grandes Chambres confortables et très bon petit déjeuner Et bonne table mais un peu cher
Vue de notre chambre donnant sur le parking Et hôtel beaucoup trop cher en rapport qualité prix/prix
Location, staff, property and music were fantastic!
Charming and so peaceful
Found no faults
Endroit extraordinaire avec une âme.
Le restaurant sous la tente, quelque peu anachronique et cher
Lovely location
We had to eat in a wedding style tent for dinner. Very uncomfortable and expensive. Trout lake was closed as water too low which is why we booked. Rude member of bar staff after 10pm who spent entire time looking at his phone.
Tutto
Nulla. Tutto molto bene
Petit déjeuner extra
Dîner moyen et cher

The stunning grounds nice accommodation
Having dinner in a cold tent Plates freezing when dinner served on them The set menu for the whole day was not appealing menu really needs to be revised Gourmet Burger was not gourmet. I couldn't eat it We went to Ballina to have soup and sandwiches for lunch as it's not on the menu The lights on the outside of the castle shone through our windows even with the shutters and black out curtains closed as there were gaps
This is a truly special hotel, great standard and great service. The bar is great and the restaurant is one of the best standards of food, service and quality we have had in the west coast of Ireland. The meal was amazing, what an incredible experience 5 stars. We loved the amazing staff, all very talented, friendly and knowledgeable, we will definitely be going back. Thanks Mount Falcon team.
Comfortable room, Pool and Spa Entertainment Very clean Beautiful Grounds
Breakfast was poor, badly organised. Staff were inexperienced for breakfast and dinner. There was a complete absence of management/supervision
Lovely feel. Lovely Spa.
Walk from car park to front desk in the rain. Front desk staff don’t give you a warm welcome.
Everything! Rooms are exceptional, dinner was excellent and the grounds are fabulous

This is an amazing place
There was not one single thing we didnt like!
A bit expensive for b and b. Place empty. Drop the prices and fill it up. Magnificent location and building. 11am check out far too early considering last breakfast is 10.30
Great house great grounds
The receptionist and waitress were poor
The location close to Ballina The grounds were lovely
Distinct lack of vegetarian options Only one available
We spent a night at Mount Falcon to mark my Father's 80th birthday. It was warm, peaceful, beautifully decorated for Christmas, the staff were amazing, and the food was exceptional. All in all a wonderful way to spend time together and celebrate in comfort and luxury.
Exceptional from start to finish. A stay of dreams, where the exquisite facilities were complimented by the quality and care of staff
Spa facilities were lovely and relaxing. Food was absolutely gorgeous!! All ingredients are either from the hotel garden or local produce/irish meat. The lobster was amazing. Hotel has a traditional but luxurious charm.
Nothing.
Lovely and comfortable setting. Rooms nice and staff were great.
Beautiful hotel and grounds Great restaurant Friendly staff
Everything was amazing including dinner in the kitchen restaurant. Loved the the lovely autumnal decor.

Staff were very friendly, hotel was a nice spot to relax and unwind
Beds weren’t very comfortable unfortunately, expected a bit more for the money we paid per night. Spa is nice but facilities are a bit poor.
The breakfast was lovely. Well presented and extremely hot. Great choices and staff so attentive. The location of the hotel was perfect with beautiful surroundings. It was so homely and comfortable.
Fabulous
Absolutely nothing
It's an amazing building, rooms are top class and the beds are really comfortable. Grounds are beautiful, and leisure centre/ spa was high quality.
Service was shocking bad, except a married couple in the bar and a Portuguese waiter that was top class in the restaurant that made up for the poor quality service night one. Numerious staff standing in the hall doing nothing. The breakfast service was very poor. Poor quality food and orange juice that was extremely processed, and my mom got served a hair ball with her breakfast. Tables were not cleared in a timely manner, and food was served without cutlery . Dinner was hit and miss over the weekend.
The grounds are magnificent and the old world charm of the building was a great experience. We found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. Facilities are excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was disappointing particularly given the grading of the hotel.
It was a stunning property and the staff and facilities were excellent.
N/A
Beautiful grounds, nice building
Staff seemed to be very inexperienced Gluten free options, limited but especially for desert was non existent. When the waiter was asked about gluten free desert options, nothing was offered at all. Not even a plate of vanilla ice cream. For the money and the so called exuberance of location, indefinitely would not recommend.
The falconry staff were professional and knowledgeable . The room in the main building had a new coffee machine a large bath and nice toiletries. The swimming pool is worth planning a early morning or evening wind down.
Requested four poster bed , called twice and it was confirmed. After checking in I did not receive the poster bed. We were told they thought all the bedrooms in the main house had four poster and we're not offered to move. Eating outside felt like we were party of a wedding party ,it did not match the ambience we expect when staying in old manors. We might leave the hotel to eat next time.
Breakfast was good but rashers were sometimes not fresh/ seemed to have been reheated
Apart from comment about rashers above wverything else was excellent
The hotel itself was amazing and the grounds .. Everyone was very helpful and kind .. Breakfast was lovely..
The only part I really didn’t like was the food menu .. The food was nice but would have preferred a few more choices to choose from ..
Best hotel/resort breakfast I have ever had. Lot's of choices and all delicious. Room was very comfortable. Lovely grounds.
Our room faced the outdoor dining tent, so there was some unwanted noise while that was in full swing. It wasn't bad, but wasn't good either.
The rooms were nice, the grounds were splendid. Thats about it.
The Room we stayed in was nice however some small changes would really bring it up a notch for guests. Plug points on either side of the bed would be much appreciated. A TV that works or that has easy access or instructions in using would have been ideal. I had a competition the following day and could had done with a good nights sleep but unfortunatley there was loud music played from the marquee outside. When it came to dinner, the price of the sole left a big hole in my pocket. It said at market value on the menu. It would be more transparent to advice customers what the actual price is when ordering. Dinner was hosted in a Marquee with no toilet facilities. The expensive menu deserves a more comfortable setting to give value for money to customers. Breakfast was disappointing. The full Irish breakfast was well picked out from a deli. The staff seemed over worked. Not even a goodmorning respond and not felt very welcoming to be honest. Overall, for an expensive stay I expect way more than this when it comes to service and food from a 4 star rated place. We were not even offered to help out with our luggage on arrival. Its the little things that makes the difference.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Relaxing vibe, comfortable rooms, lovely location. Best dinner I had in Ireland. Spent a lot of time walking the grounds and enjoying the spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna). Good breakfast. Nice bar. Enjoyed the Falcon walk with Anna. Short drive to get to town.
Very spacious and comfortable bedroom. Very quite too. The reception rooms are beautiful as are the grounds. Superb breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended.
Friendly welcome, staff experience was delightful. Beautiful house and surroundings. Pity that the driving range kiosk appears to have been damaged in a storm? Well worth rebuilding it as it is an excellent addition to the estate.
All good.
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff v.welcoming especially Jordan on reception. Large well appointed room. Lovely leisure area and the spa staff kind and efficient. Food delicious though dinner pricey. Mocktail in bar fabulous. Fresh produce at breakfast
Dinner bit pricey though great food. No water in pool area. No separate conditioner in room bathroom. No shampooor conditioner in spa changing areas
The staff, the cocktails, the relaxing cosy vibe, the stunning autumnal colours around the estate from the beautiful trees, cleanliness.
The room and bathroom decor a little dated but still very comfortable.. disappointed to see the kitchen garden seems to no longer be in use
Brilliant
