La amabilidad de todo el personal, esta muy bien ubicado, ediliciamente no es muy lindo afuera, pero dentro todo perfecto muy limpio y cómodo

Hotel comodissimo come posizione in centro a pochi passi da Spaccanapoli e San Gregorio Armeno, con spazi piccoli ma molto curati e accoglienti, camere ristrutturate di recente con arredamento moderno e funzionale. In bagno una super doccia. Personale gentile e disponibile, un'ottima esperienza di soggiorno! (L'ingresso può essere difficile da trovare perché in un cortile interno a cui si accede da sotto un portico, magari si potrebbe mettere un'insegna esterna più visibile)

Lo mejor del hotel es Lucrecia.Su amabilidad y disposición en todo momento hace más fácil todo. La situación céntrica es otro punto positivo.

Los accesos al hotel y que se encuentre en una cuarta planta con un ascensor muy pequeño. Se agradecería un espejo en la habitación.

It was conveniently located within walking distance to shops, eateries, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was hot weather but our room was comfortable.

Bon emplacement. Hôtel silencieux. Emplacement dans la zone Naples historique a proximité des sites a visiter. Dommage qu' il n y ait pas la place pour un petit déjeuner mais c est l occasion de le prendre dans les environs. Et une machine a dosettes de café est disponible à l'étage. L'amabilité du personnel qui nous a réservé notre taxi retour pour l'aéroport.

Emplacement dans le centre Réactivité face à un problème d'eau chaude

La ubicación excelente, en el mismo centro histórico de Nápoles y muy cerca de una parada de metro, la habitación no muy grande pero limpia y muy confortable, tenía aire acondicionado y una nevera, y un office en una zona del hall con café, por fuera no se aprecia lo bueno que es, pues la calle en la que se ubica está un poco destartalada y llena de grafitis, aunque tiene un gran encanto.

Pedimos dos camas individuales y eran un poco pequeñas, pero muy bien.

Habitació molt confortable, cada dia feien la neteja i canvi de tovalloles. El personal de l'hotel molt amable. Qualitat-preu correcte. Té l'encant de Nàpols. Ubicació exeĺ.lent.m Zona segura.

A les nits, a partir de les 23.00, no hi ha personal a l'hotel i en cas d'haver un problema no tens a qui dirigir-te. Està a la 4a planta i l'ascensor és molt petit. L'entrada tira una mica enrere, però després t'hi acostumes i veus que és com el mateix centre històric.

Les chambres étaient propres et climatisées - Hôtel à 2 pas du centre historique de Naples

Chambre très petite - pas d’équipement - j’avais réservé 2 chambres triples l’une était correcte tandis que l’autre avait 3 lits d’une personne dans un espace exigu - l’hôtel se situe dans un immeuble au fond d’une cour au 4eme étage avec un ascenseur minuscule où une poussette ne rentre pas ! Attention l’hôtel n’a pas de parking, il faut garer la voiture dans un parking privatif et payant relativement loin (en moyenne 25€/jour) - l’entrée de l’hôtel se trouve sous un porche entièrement tagué ce qui peut surprendre en arrivant

Accueil sympathique du personnel Chambre propre et litterie agréable. Climatisation (idéal en été). Salle de bain propre, serviettes changées tous les jours et savon usage unique idem. Emplacement central pour profiter du quartieri spagnoli 🔥

Un meilleur fléchage (signalisation) ne serait pas superflu pour repérer l'entrée (grille dans un renfoncement) puis l'accès au bâtiment (du fond) et l'étage (4e) depuis l'ascenceur... De petits détails qui ne nous ont en aucun cas empéchés de passer un séjour agréable.

L'emplacement est idéal, la chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, l'accueil était très sympathique avec toujours le sourire.

L'entrée est un peu difficile à trouver mais les explications sont assez claires.

The location and apartment itself are great. The staff are very helpful and speak multiple languages. There is AC that works well, and is appreciated in summer. Overall good value for the type of property.

The hotel is situated in a central part of Napoli. The entrance is a bit hidden, and a lot of people hang out in the evening in front of the gate. But one couldn't hear the noise from the room. The guy during the day at the reception was really helpful and friendly! Our room was small, but we had everything we needed and it was very clean.

The fridge was doing a lot of noises during the night and we woke up all the time. So for the second night, we unplugged it... We also weren't sure whether the aircon was working correctly. Otherwise everything was fine and we slept well (as long as the fridge was unplugged).

Cute room, seems newly renovated. Very clean and tidy. Great location in a cute part of the old town with vintage stores on the street and walking distance to lots of food and shops. Close to the port for ferry trips.

Habitación y baño limpios impecables. El personal atento y amable. La ubicación es muy buena al estar en el centro historico, cerca de todo.

El ingreso al hotel no está muy bien señalizado, todo grafiteado y pasas de largo porque no crees que puede ser el ingreso a un hotel. Te genera un poco de incomodad y parece inseguro pero no es así.

El personal amable, servicial, proactivo, una maravilla. La recepcionista nos dio los mejores consejos y recomendaciones, los camareros en el restaurante super atentos y ágiles. Una estancia maravillosa. Cogimos media pensión y todas las cenas nos sorprendieron por la altísima calidad de la comida, sin procesados y todo casero y sabroso.

The Location is Not really Safe, i dont know why everyone Out of the building knows the door Code... Anyway dont use the lift because i got Stuck since the Electricity went Out and the lift is so small i was so scared the other in the flat helped but the Person at the Hotel could Not Care less. The Hotel IS in a creapy building you cant say it IS a Hotel. I was there 2 days and the worse was that the man at the Hotel really could Not Care less that u got Stuck in the lift and the Internet was Not working. I would Not Go there with Kids especially! The room IS also so small Like a Box.

Hotel nella zona pedonale in spaccanapoli molto comodo per gli spostamenti. Vicinissimo alla metro e al porto

Siamo arrivati e non funzionava l aria condizionata, considerando le temperature molto importanti. La ragazza molto gentile ci ha cambiato stanza. La wifi non funziona per un guasto. Mai ripristinata. Dello staff cosa dire, due receptionist molto carini e gentili, il terzo poco collaborativo e scorbutico

Hôtel très bien situé avec chambre confortable. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, avec toujours de précieux conseils. Rien à redire !

Scale condominiali sporche. Abbiamo pagato 32€ di tassa di soggiorno (eravamo in quattro, avremmo dovuto pagare 24€). Lo staff non è stato molto accogliente durante il check-in e il check-out.

The room had a balcony and it had a good size too. The towels were changed everyday and the room was kept clean.

The entrance to the hotel is very dirty and the lift is extremely old and very small. If you have luggage only one person fits. If you have a back pack two people fit very tightly.

Staff gentilissimo, disponibile e cordiale. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi per il centro della città! Stanza con tutto ciò che serve per riposare, stanza molto silenziosa e spazi adeguati.

Molto pulito e silenzioso. Portineria sempre presidiata. Staff disponibile. Dopo il checkout si può lasciare il bagaglio presso l'albergo per qualche ora.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο στην Νάπολη μέσα στα σοκάκια δηλαδή σε 1 λεπτό είσαι εκεί… επειδή αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο το πρώτο δωμάτιο ήταν ωραίο ανακαινισμένο ανακαινισμένο και όμορφο το μόνο πρόβλημα που είχε δε λειτουργούσε το ερκοντίσιον και είχε πολλή ζέστη… και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό

Επειδή όπως είπα πιο πάνω αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο την πρώτη μέρα γιατί δε λειτουργούσε το ερκοντίσιον πήγαμε σ’ ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν πιο μεγάλο δεν ήταν όμως ανακαινισμένο κι εκεί είχαμε πρόβλημα με το τηλεχειριστήριο απ’ το ερκοντίσιον δεν έκλεινε το ερκοντίσιον αλλά την επόμενη μέρα μας έδωσαν άλλο τηλεχειριστήριο….. επίσης ο δεύτερο δωμάτιο που πήγαμε βούλωνε η βρύση και από την ντουζιέρα και από το νιπτήρα…. Σχετικά ήταν καλή διαμονή για το κέντρο που ήταν επιπλέον ένα αρνητικό η είσοδος στο ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται λίγο περίεργη με την πρώτη ματιά δεν είναι όπως τα συνηθισμένα ξενοδοχεία….. και κάτι βασικό με αυτή τη ζέστη που έχει στην Νάπολη θα έπρεπε οπωσδήποτε να υπάρχει ένα μικρό ψυγειάκι στα δωμάτια ώστε να διατηρεί ζεστά τα νεράκια ή οτιδήποτε τρόφιμα έχεις αγοράσει αυτό ήταν μεγάλο αρνητικό για μένα ό,τι νερό σε μισή ώρα γινότανε ζεστό

After paying for the booking I received a message from the hotel that I have to pay a damage deposit in the amount of 80 €. The hotel facilities are old and used lots of times. For me the request for the deposit is more than crazy. I was a solid young woman saying for one night (less than 12 hours).

The drains in the shower and sink were clogged and the water quickly filled up. The hair dryer was very old and dirty, looked like it was found on a garbage dump.

The staff during the day was very helpful and professional. A1 quality and that’s the only reason why I’m giving it a 3 stars in summary. Staff at night was not impressive.

AC wasn’t working. We asked for help and the staff reset the breaker. We had to reset it again 2 times during the night. Couldn’t open windows as it was way too noisy. The bed isn’t comfy at all and there’s no soundproof between the rooms. We heard the people next door partying at 1:30 am and it woke us up. Get ready to hear digs barking as well.

L'emplacement est idéal proche du port, du métro et du centre historique. Il s'agit de petit appartement avec cuisine c'est vraiment excellent. Personnel très gentil et donne beaucoup d'information utile.

Super Lage, zentral, 15min vom Bahnhof

Le camere e la struttura semplice ma molto curata. Arredamento originale ma non falsamente pretenzioso. Il personale cordiale e disponibile.

Si trova al 4 piano, ma ha comunque ascensore. Si arriva in un androne che alla sera è popolato da varia umanità.

Problème d'isolation de la chambre, nous entendions les voisins (qui étaient très bruyants). En arrivant nous avons constaté que la chambre était très sale (cela était expliqué par les travaux en cours dans le bâtiment)

Le grand atout est l’emplacement en plein centre historique. Ne pas se laisser impressionner par l’accès assez moche.pas de petit déjeuner servi mais c’est Sympa de le prendre sur la place à coté. Chambre propre.

Lo único que nos gustó es el personal. La chica de la recepción y el personal de limpieza era increíblemente amable.

La localización era terrible, al llegar por la noche había fiestas con musica altísima en la entrada del hotel. La habitación apestaba a tabaco, el edredón estaba sucísimo y el aire funcionaba fatal, pasamos mucho frío.

Perfectly situated. Calm and clean. Also it was possible to let our luggages during the last day.
