I can honestly say that TUI BLUE Grand Azur is my number one resort in Marmaris. This was my second stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The service, cleanliness, organization, food, atmosphere, and facilities are all excellent. Everything is handled with great attention to detail, and the whole experience feels professional and welcoming from beginning to end. A very special mention has to go to TUBA at the reception. She is truly exceptional — extremely professional, kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. She always greets you with a genuine smile and such positive energy. What makes her stand out is that she doesn’t just do her job professionally; she genuinely makes you feel cared for and welcomed. No request ever seems too much, and she always does her best to make everything easier and more comfortable for the guests. TUBA is definitely one of those people who makes you want to return to a hotel. I also want to mention Maxine from the activities reception. She is very professional, friendly, helpful, and always pleasant to deal with. She makes everything simple and easy and is always ready to assist with a smile. And a huge shout-out to Mustafa and Z from the entertainment team — these two are absolutely amazing! They brought so much energy, laughter, and fun to every day. From volleyball to the pool activities, they created such an incredible atmosphere. They are funny, energetic, friendly, always smiling, and they have a natural ability to bring people together and make everyone feel included. What I loved most about Mustafa and Z is that their energy feels completely genuine. They clearly love what they do, and you can feel it. Even a simple volleyball game becomes something you look forward to because of them. They were definitely one of the highlights of my stay and made the holiday much more memorable. Overall, I honestly have nothing negative to say about this resort. Everything was perfect.

It was our third stay at Grand Azur. Reception staff was very helpful. Since our early arrival, Mehmet Sevin arranged a short rest for us while we were able to use hotel facilities. Guides Muhamet and Yasmine organised and planned our stay. Room service (room 448)was 10 points! The food was delicious. Restaurant, bars staff excellent. SPA facilities The whole hotel is very compact, well thought out, and comfortable. Everything is done for full rest and relaxation. It's commendable that Grand Azur consistently maintains a high level of service. We will definitely come back here again.

Вечерната програма за 5 дни от нашият престой за компания от 12 човека, не се хареса на никого. Мисля, че концентрацията беше да се хареса само на англичаните.. (нищо.против тях) като цяло скука. През деня също нямаше никакви интересни забавления. Възглавниците бяха неудобни, нямаше много избор на храна от средиземноморски тип.

У меня во время поездки был день рождения и никто из сотрудников даже не поздравил, хотя в других отелях и других странах, это считается нормой приличия.

We stayed at TUI BLUE Grand Azur with our 5¾-month-old son, and overall we had a really nice experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a small maintenance issue in our room during the stay, but the team took care of it and resolved it within just a few hours, which we really appreciated. The food was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety every day, and everything we tried was very good. The dessert section in particular was absolutely amazing! There were plenty of choices, and it was definitely one of our favourite parts of the buffet. The hotel also organised entertainment and events every evening, which we really enjoyed. The location, pool design, overall service, and especially the views were excellent. The staff members were generally very friendly, polite, and helpful.

Of course, I believe there is always some room for improvement. During our entire stay, we only had one unpleasant experience at the snack bar. We ordered two burgers before the ordering time had finished. One burger arrived, but the second one did not. When I asked the waiter about it, I was told that the ordering time was already over, even though we had placed both orders before closing. There also seemed to be a language misunderstanding, as many of the waiters did not speak much English. Eventually, they brought the second burger, but unfortunately it was obvious that it had been prepared in a rush and the quality was not the same. We also had a complimentary reservation at the Levante Restaurant because we stayed for more than five days. Unfortunately, this was probably the weakest part of our stay. The food itself was okay, but the service felt very rushed, and it was quite noticeable that they were understaffed. I am glad that the dinner was included for free, because if we had paid extra for that experience, I probably would have regretted it. That being said, these were only a few small negative points compared with an otherwise very enjoyable stay. Travelling with a young baby can sometimes be challenging, but we felt comfortable throughout our time at the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed TUI BLUE Grand Azur. The cleanliness, food, location, pool area, views, evening entertainment, and friendly staff made our holiday very pleasant. Despite the few areas that could be improved, we would definitely recommend the hotel and would happily consider staying here again.

Not a fault of the hotel or its staff but open buffet seems to be open to "germs". Some guests were touching the food and licking their fingers, then touching the next food or utensils to serve the food. Unfortunately, people should probably use their own utensil to serve themselves. More than one person got sick within a short period of time that we were there.

Bazı personelin yabancı müşteriye çok iyi davranıp yerli turistlere kötü davranması. Herşey dahil konseptte içeceklerin paralı olması. Alacart restorantın belirli bir günden fazla kalan müşterilere açık olması. Çoklu erkek gruplarının oteldeki uygunsuz tutumları.

Comida excelente. Ficamos alojados 4 noites e nunca houve repetição de pratos. Muito saborosa. Para todos os gostos. Piscina bastante agradável, com atividades ao longo do dia, sem nunca serem invasoras do lazer dos restantes hóspedes. Mesmo na época alta (agosto) havia pouca gente na piscina. À volta da piscina existe uma área verde com inúmeras sombras e espreguiçadeiras. Arranja-se sempre lugar. Ao lado da piscina existe também um restaurante ao ar livre que serve refeições rápidas até às 16.00 h. A praia, em frente ao hotel é agradável, sem ser deslumbrante. Tem o inconveniente de ter seixos como a maior parte das praias da turquia.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Suite. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war vielfältig, frisch und insgesamt sehr gut. Auch das Freizeit- und Serviceangebot war überzeugend. Das Meer war sauber und angenehm. Besonders positiv: Das Hotel war nicht überlaufen, sodass man eine entspannte Atmosphäre genießen konnte.

Etwas zu wenig Angebot bzw. Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Der Strand besteht überwiegend aus Kies mit etwas Sand. Im flachen Wasser können kleine Fische gelegentlich zwicken, was unangenehm sein kann. Wenn man weiter hinausschwimmt, sind jedoch kaum noch Fische anzutreffen.

Между отелем и морем променад, по которому можно прогуливаться, на вход в отель калитка, вход по карточке или откроет сотрудник, который всегда там дежурит. Русскоговорящего персонала не было, только девушка, которая вела спортивные программы. Территория отеля небольшая, зеленая, уютная, все продумано. Понравилось, что на территории есть таблички где нельзя курить, для курения специально отведенные места. Также понравилось, что висят таблички, что нельзя занимать лежаки до 9 утра. Анимация веселая. Лежаки всегда есть свободные. Питание выше всяких похвал, привезли с собой лишние кг. На завтрак несколько видов свежевыжатого сока, присутствует питание для вегетарианцев, разнообразные и вкусные фрукты, различное вкусное мясо на гриле и рыба. Огромное количество сыров. Всего не перечесть.

За буйками сразу катается много различных моторных водных развлечений, и опасно и воздух портят и воду.

* есть большая уверенность, что персонал специально поцарапал машину по кругу. С обоих сторон арендной машины длинная полоса, похожая на след от ключа! Номер машины 48 BAL 672 (tr). * неудобный заезд на машине в отель. Встречающий сотрудник отеля сообщил, что на парковке нет мест и вы можете припарковаться через квартал (!) на парковке бывшего ресторана. После скандала сказал, что поставит на подземную парковку. Скорее всего он и поцарапал машину, поскольку он же ее и возвращал. Возможно, ждал чаевые. * прокуренный номер, отчётливый запах табака не выветрился за время проживания в отеле. * по телефону из номера невозможно дозвониться до ресепшен. Просто не берут или поднимают и молчат. * нет одеял, принесли какой-то синтетический плед по просьбе * неудобные высокие подушки. По запросу принесли тонкую. При выезде на замечание сказали, что у них, оказывается, есть ортопедические подушки. * в ванной уникальное средство - мыло, гель для душа и шампунь в одном флаконе 😅 * не ушных палочках были чьи-то волосы 😬 * грязное и мутное море * развлекательная программа так себе * учитывая стоимость проживания, очень слабо выглядит отель в плане сервиса и удобств * непонятное приложение отеля

Нам очень понравился отель! Он небольшой, но с очень зеленой территорией, где есть все необходимое для отдыха. Персонал быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы, ничего не осталось без ответа. Все были очень доброжелательны, особенно официанты. Насколько они быстро работают, это удивительно! Еда выше всяких похвал, мы были во многих пятизвездочных отелях, но так вкусно мы еще нигде не ели. Большая благодарность всем поварам! Парковочных мест у отеля было очень мало и все они были заняты, но мы всегда находили место для парковки через дорогу на маленьких улочках. Еще мне понравилось, что все программы заканчивались в 23 ч, бар работал до 24 ч, поэтому можно было хорошо отдохнуть и спать в тишине. Наличие настольного тенниса скрашивало наше времяпрепровождения!

Немного устаревший номерной фонд, но это и по фото было видно. Нам было не принципиально, тем более убирались каждый день.

We liked the food. The service personnel are polite. The rooms are big enough. The overall cleaning is good.

we did not like the location. It was so noisy and the hotel is very close to a super busy road. There is not enough parking space so you have to solve your problem by yourself. This is definitely not a good to start to hear from the front desk saying "go and find yourself a parking spot" considering the money you spend for the hotel. There are many cheap looking and noisy places around the hotel. The atmosphere is extremely kitch and cheap looking. You cant go for a peaceful walk because of the noise. The sea is just ok. It is clean in the morning however it gets grey in the afternoon. There are enough hotel stuff around so you do not wait for the service. However, sometimes you can get a feeling that some hotel stuff has no idea about the service.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Le personnel était vraiment au top : très professionnel, attentionné, disponible et toujours à l’écoute des clients. Nous avons séjourné en couple avec notre bébé de 6 mois et avons été particulièrement bien accueillis. Toute l’équipe s’est montrée adorable et très attentionnée envers nous, mais aussi envers notre bébé, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La chambre était nettoyée avec soin tous les jours et la propreté était irréprochable tout au long de notre séjour. Le buffet était également incroyable ! Il y avait un très grand choix et une belle variété de plats à chaque repas, aussi bien au niveau des entrées et des plats principaux que des desserts. Il y en avait vraiment pour tous les goûts, avec de nombreuses options différentes chaque jour. Nous avons très bien mangé pendant tout notre séjour. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

we had a lovely experience! the hotel was great! very nice loby. the rooms were big (family rooms) but ours were located at the first floor with street side wich was a minus. otherwise it was very nice. the food was great! the veraity was big. everything was clean and proper. the staff were nice too. defenitly will recomend the hotel.

I have just returned about spending a week at the hotel with my two teenage daughters. I’d love to rate this hotel a 4.8 - please see our review below:) Staff - all absolutely outstanding. They work so hard, and very long hours, yet nothing is too much trouble. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, thank you. Room - housekeeping were great, room always spotlessly clean. We had an issue when we arrived with the room overlooking the hotel nextdoor which was very loud. This was resolved within 24 hours and we moved to a quieter room. Pool - beautiful and clean, plus no sun bed wars ! Really enjoyed the lazy river … this was a fun addition. A couple of minor suggestions: Entertainment by the pool - this felt a little repetitive although the staff were excellent at running these. Maybe add in a couple of different activities?? Grab n Go - the offering never changed in 7 days. Again, maybe a few different options. Possibly utilised some cakes from the patisserie as they were very delicious. The shop - could the items be labelled to allow customers to know the price upfront. I know this seems like such a small point however I felt bad keeping asking the shop keeper the price of things (although they were lovely and didnt mind!) A clock by the pool area - again, a small point although on three different occasions the life guards were asked the time. Replacement card for the room - no details were asked from me by reception which seemed a little strange and could be a safety risk. The à la carte restaurant- on the last night we ate here. The views were stunning however when we initially got there everything seemed very rushed. Also, my daughter asked for her steak medium/ rare and it came out closer to welldone. She was also very ill later that evening which I’m assuming must have been the food as she hadn’t had anything else to eat. That aside the other food was outstanding. Overall, this is an amazing place and I can see why so many people return. Once again, thank you to all of the staff members for making the holiday feel so special.

We try go to Grand Azur every year, been 3 times and I love it so much. I generally struggle going anywhere else! Me and my husband always get stuck in with the daily activities the team are brilliant at their jobs! The evening entertainment is also great, Shoutout to Zafer, Mustafa and Cha Cha for their hard work. We look forward to seeing the team next year and keep up the good work!!

This hotel is amazing.the best experience ever!! From the moment you enter the grand azur,you wont want for anything!! Hot/cold drinks and snacks available in reception and luggage taken to room,which are spacious ,lovely views....known the staff now for many years,especially our lovely sharon,moustaffa,zafar,barium,aisha,just to name but a few ..all so welcoming and friendly and treat you like family!!all the staff work so hard,the entire grounds of the hotel are spotlessly clean,security is very high indeed,food is first class,with plenty of variety.also the entertainment is too a very high standard.the pool is absolutely superb,with activiities,like volleyball,arobics,tennis table,darts,etc.the gardens are well kept,plenty of lovely adorable cats and even turtles,and tennis courts,football court,gym,spas.you name it,its all there for you!!! We’ve visited this hotel multiple times and it gets better each time we do. We visit as a family of 4, with two young children. They love the pool, the entertainment and the beach. The small baby pool is now heated which makes a big difference on cooler days or first thing in the morning. The food at the hotel is absolutely delicious, there’s a great choice and something for everyone. It’s all great quality and the desserts are unreal. Staff in every area go above and beyond to make sure all guests are happy and well cared for during their stay. The entertainment of an evening is not your average entertainment, it is of a very high standard and our children would sit mesmerised watching the different acts each evening. We visited the jewellers within the hotel to have some expensive jewellery resized and cleaned, and this was outstanding as everything looked brand new when it was returned. I don’t think I would take my jewellery anywhere else now. The shop within the hotel has also expanded since our previous visit and sells everything, there’s really no need to leave! This hotel gives us the rare opportunity to spend time together as a family, without rushing about here there and everywhere and following timetables. It was fantastic for a recharge and reset. Thank you everybody at Grand Azur, we will see you again next year. Or even this year if we’re incredibly lucky!

The suite was spacious enough for a family of four. The hotel itself is compact, which makes everything easily accessible without having to walk long distances. The pool was also not overcrowded, which made it comfortable and enjoyable. The food quality was generally good, although the desserts could have been better. The staff were generally attentive and friendly, although at times we had to remind them of our orders more than once.

Our friend was feeling unwell, so we asked for a blood pressure monitor, but unfortunately, the hotel was unable to provide one. It is disappointing and concerning that such a basic medical device is not readily accessible. The animation area is too close to the rooms, and the noise level was often excessively high, with the sound carrying into the rooms until late at night. Some of the entertainment programs were also quite poor in quality. At times, it felt more like staying next to a wedding venue than a hotel. The lighting around the basketball court is switched off quite early, with the explanation that the noise from the court disturbs guests staying in the rooms at the back. However, the noise coming from the animation area is considerably louder, which makes this argument difficult to understand or justify. The pool table cues are also removed after a certain time for no clear reason. This is particularly disappointing as the pool table is one of the few activities available to keep children occupied in the evening.

Stayed here July 2026 as a family of 4. Overall the hotel is great and does everything well. Transfer good and stops off at various other TUI hotels in Marmaris, took about 2h 30 minutes from Dalaman airport Our family room (159) huge and well appointed, a limited sea view. Beds very comfortable. Can hear Fajr Adhan chants at 05.10 which woke me up during the weekdays. Food was great at the main buffet, Grill & Green and Levante Al La Carte – amazing views up there. All fresh and no tummy upset. All inclusive drinks excellent – Havana Club rum, Efes draft beer and wines. Lovely brandy in bar. There is a fridge near reception that has sparkling and still glass bottled water that is free, also sandwiches and snacks. Really useful Table tennis was fun (2 tables) and tournament at 4pm and billiard table in shopping mall good. Tennis court worn but still fun but too hot. Went to the Old Town and Grand Bazaar via shuttle bus right outside hotel, 550 lira. Around 5 quid. Lots of cheap knock off trainers, shirts. All good quality. Watersports were very expensive and staff there arrogant and unfriendly. £90 for 20 minute jetski, although we haggled price, 2 £160 for 2 jetski, big chair and 2 kayak sessions. Although kayaks were paddle boards, so we didn’t do it. Beach is ok, clean but rocky and hard on feet entering water. Jetty is good for entering water via steps instead. Lovely views and nice breeze Pool is clean and sunlounges comfy. Towels are free. Nice pool side bar. One big pool that has a lazy river. Would recommend this hotel. We had a great stay.

We stayed 5 days at this hotel in Marmaris and overall had a very enjoyable holiday. The biggest highlight is definitely the beach and the sea — the water is beautiful and having rental sunbeds on the jetty is a great option if you want to spend the whole day over the water. The food was good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and provided good service throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, close to everything you may need, and considering the price, the hotel offers very good value for money. There are a few downsides. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. The entertainment could be better, and it was quite loud in the evening, although we appreciated that it did not continue until very late at night. In terms of atmosphere, the hotel does not feel truly luxurious. In my opinion, it would make an excellent 4-star hotel. That said, because of the beautiful beach, clear sea, good food, and overall value, I would definitely consider coming back again.

Im Vergleich zu einem 5 Sterne Hotel im Griechenland hatte das Hotel Tui Blue viel mehr. An der Bar, wo die Events stattfanden wurden Raucher und Nichtraucher getrennt. Das war super. Strand war auch gut.

Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer das zum Nachbarhotel schaute. Die hatten bis Nachts sehr laute Musik. Da wir früh schlafen gingen wegen Kind, war das etwas störend. Wegen Raucherbereich Trennung: es gab direkt daneben noch 3 Tische wo es erlaubt war. Vor dem Nichtamraucher Bereich. Daher saß man doch zwischen zwei Raucherbereichen. Das sollte man nochmal überdenken.

Nice spacious rooms. Tasty food with lots of options. Day beds on the deck. Helpful and very friendly staff.

Beds are a little bit hard. Air conditioning noisy. A little overcrowded. No parking space. Deck near the very noisy water sports center.

Ezt a szállodát pihenni kívánó vendégeknek nem ajánlom. Reggel 10-től este 11-ig dübörög a zene. Nem is értem, hogy miért gondolja a szórakoztatásért felelő szakember, hogy a mai világban amikor mindenkinek van Bluetooth fülhallgatója, zenét kell szolgáltatni. Az ablak a túlvezérelt basszustól rezonálva dübörög. Aztán este 11 után kezd a légkondi, ami nagy kattanásokkal 5 mp-enként be- és kikapcsol. A szálloda egyébként szép. A konyha kiváló, a személyzet teljesen rendben van. . Mi sajnos a hangzavar miatt ide nem megyünk többet.

We returned for our 4th time. Once again we had the most brilliant holiday. The hotel is the perfect size - not too big, not too small. Staff are exceptional , Sezar and Bayram in the restaurant could not do enough for us, friendly and professional. Zafar (Ze), Mustafa and Cagtay the best entertainment guys - high energy, speaking multiple languages and involving everyone. Cleanliness is 100% and the food was as fabulous as ever. And all in the heart of busy Marmaris. Inside the hotel is peaceful, step outside and you can enjoy the hustle and bustle that makes Marmaris a holiday you won’t forget. The views from the hotel and beachfront are stunning. Definitely won’t be our last visit.

Our first trip to Marmaris, we usually stay in Lara beach, but thought we would give it a try. I must say we would come back to Marmaris and to the grand Azur, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. The grounds and pool area are spotless, and always plenty of beds, the pool was lovely, we spent hours floating around and having fun, then we would pop for lunch where we would not even ask for a drink as the staff just recognized us, they are so attentive. Big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect.

Öncelikle tesiste otopark sıkıntısı var. Vale hizmetleri yok. Giriş esnasında araç park sorunu yaşadık. Güvenlik; arka taraflarda müsait yer varsa aracınızı oralara park edebilirsiniz gibi ilgisiz bir şekilde karşıladı. İçeri girdiğimizde ise resepsiyonda karşılandıktan sonra ne valizlerimize yardımcı olan birisi ne de odayı gösteren birisi olmaması tuhaftı.

The location, the staff and the food were all amazing. Me and my family had such a good time there and the staff made it more special for us. Travelling with an infant, i liked that everything was so accesible for us. The Spa was very good , especially Aishe. Very caring and nice. The food was very nice every time and very diversified.

Плюс, к вам могут постучаться в дверь, несмотря на включённую красную лампочку "не беспокоить". Сотрудники ресепшн в ответ на вопрос об уборке говорят, что да - уборка или сейчас, или завтра. Guest relations приходит и объясняет, в чем сложности и обещает, что вот завтра точно номер уберут до 12 часов. Этого не происходит и guest relations сообщают вам, что сейчас будут выяснять, в чем проблема. Никаких комплиментов в виде фруктов или хотя бы простейшего турецкого вина не предлагается. - all inclusive с нюансами: только до 0.00, нормальные коктейли все за деньги, мини-бар платный. - номера прямо уставшие. Нас заселили в номер, который был прокурен насквозь, несмотря на то, что все номера некурящие. После жалобы на следующий день переселили, но в тот прокуренный номер заселили новых гостей, даже не заморочившись на предмет запаха. - пляж не очень большой. Иногда приходят гости из соседнего отеля, но охрана их вежливо просит уйти. Шезлонги и зонты требуют замены. - питание вкусное, разнообразное. Морепродуктов нет вообще никаких ни в каком виде. - если приходите в бар за 4 минуты до закрытия - коктейль вам сделают "на отвали": пина-коладу размешивают ложечкой вместо шейкования и т.д.

Currently staying here. Impressions: - territory: very compact (no need to walk miles to the beach and back) and very clean. - beach: not big, might be a problem to get a sunbed after 10.00 in peak season. Sometimes you can see people from the neighbouring hotel, who occupy the sunbeds, but the Grand Azur security firmly asks them to vacate the beach. The sunbeds need to be retired. - rooms: totally fine space-wise, but furniture has seen a lot already and deserved to be updated. In at least one room there's heavy smell of cigarettes as if it was smoking room. - food and drinks: nothing to complain. Good choice of food, pretty delicious. Drinks are far from being the best, but overall OK if you don't demand Grand Cru level of wine at an all inclusive resort. Guys at the pool bar will not shake your Pina Colada 3 minutes before closure - just stir it, probably because it's to late for proper service. All inclusive concept doesn't work after 0.00, which I find rather weird for a 5* resort. - service: you never get you room cleaned before 15.00. If you or your kids want to nap or relax in the room after lunch, be ready that the housekeeping will knock on your door even if you switched on the red "do not disturb" light. When you ask them to come in 10 minutes, they will tell you that their working day is over. You call reception and they confirm: you either let the housekeeping now (around 15.30) or your room will be cleaned tomorrow. You go and talk to Guest Relations, they promise your room will be cleaned the next day by 12.00, but it never happens. No compliments offered whatsoever. Overall: not a 5* experience you expect. There are quite some 5* resorts in Turkey (Calista, XO Cape Arnna, Ethno, NG Phaselis - to name a few) which are on a completely different level. If you've been there once and then come to Grand Azur - be prepared for potential disappointment. Long story short: good 4* as of August 2026.

Room number 426 Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. We had already stayed at this hotel in June last year, and because we enjoyed our experience so much, we decided to come back this year for a 10-day stay. A special thank you goes to the restaurant team. The restaurant manager and the staff, especially Mehmet, Arda, Süheyla-Sultan, and Enes, were truly outstanding. They always created a wonderful atmosphere, were incredibly friendly and attentive, and fulfilled every request with the greatest care and professionalism. They made every meal a pleasure and played a big part in making our holiday so enjoyable. We would also like to thank Sevilay at the beach bar. She was already working here during our stay last year, and once again she was amazing. Her kindness, warm personality, and excellent service made us feel very welcome. The entire team made us feel at home, and we are already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for another unforgettable holiday!

First time in Marmaris for me, first time in Turkey for my Mum, dad and brother. We were supposed to be going to Cape Verde but needed to change and we are so glad we found this hotel! It is amazing! The staff are excellent across the board. The cleaning team, gardeners, restaurant, pool staff, bar staff and entertainment team were attentive, friendly and helpful. They were all always doing something. Not forgetting our Tui rep Maxine who was on hand daily to answer any queries, booked us on a brilliant all day boat trip and recommended a lovely jewellers (which was just over the road from the hotel - Marmaris Gold Centre) Shout out to the jewellers inside the hotel also who were really helpful when my glasses lost a screw! The pool is spacious and has plenty of beds available. There's none of that reserving beds and sodding off for the day going on here. If towels are left on beds before 9am they are removed. You are allowed around the pool before 9am but cannot leave your items there while you go off for breakfast. Also, only 1 person can reserve two beds at a time. There's no smoking or vaping allowed around the pool which is great. You receive towel cards at check in. The food at this hotel is smashing, you will not go hungry here! Great ice-cream around the pool and in the restaurant too :) Pancake station during the day - yummy! Grab & Go section in reception stocked with sandwiches, drinks and cakes. Shame that a lot of cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package, such as frozen strawberry daiquiris... The evening entertainment is fantastic, like going to the theatre every evening. Just incredible. Only let down was not being able to take part in the quiz as the wi-fi kept dropping you out. Our rooms were all on the 1st floor. Very spacious and clean. No view but we were only in there to sleep no not something that bothers us. If i had to moan about anything it would be that right outside my room was a motor cycle bay where staff would sit with the engine running, smoking and talking loudly. The balcony door says 'sound proof' but wasn't. That said we have already booked to go back next year so would 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you for an incredible stay :)

This hotel never disappoints, visit several times a year and can not recommend it enough. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The rooms and hotel is very clean and up to date. The restaurant has a great selection of food that is beautifully presented. The manager is visible and present and interacts with all the customers. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to go back.

This is a great hotel, we've never returned to the same hotel before but we made an exception for this and are contemplating booking for next year. The food is amazing, you would be hard pressed not to find something you like and some of the desserts are delicious. Sun beds are plentiful, you've a choice of pool side, on the grass or on the beach. I would recommend the day beds if your happy to pay the price, I wasn't sure I would enjoy it but it was amazing and would definitely do it again. Daytime activities include aqua aerobics, darts, water volleyball, water polo and table tennis. We didn't bother much with the evening entertainment as we were out and about. Everywhere is nice and clean and well maintained. The only negative to this hotel and it is a big negative is the all inclusive alcoholic drinks, I understand why it's done but the beer is very gassy so you won't be drinking lots, the local spirits are in my opinion watered down, the difference between the free cocktails and the paid cocktails is like night and day. As I say this is the only negative for me, will it stop me returning? Possibly

Delicious food with lots of choices . professional staff, beautiful hotel with lots of palm trees .

I would like to start by saying this hotel has some positives - entertainment, food, pool, beach etc is to standard. However, my holiday was unfortunately ruined by the behaviour towards me by certain staff. One particular day, I was repeatedly laughed at by staff as I was sat on a couch, they were laughing and gathering other workers to look at me. At first I thought nothing of it, until they repeatedly continued this for over an hour. At that point I felt extremely uncomfortable and left. Later on during the day, I walked to that area again with another person and these workers spotted me, gathered others again and AGAIN laughed, stared and presumably had a conversation about me as they were talking during this. I am extremely disappointed as I don’t expect to come to a hotel to feel uncomfortable, belittled and made fun of. I would also like to add I have no idea why they were doing this as I had not once talked to them or even seen them during my stay. They clearly seemed not to be focusing on their job. This is embarrassing for them and I hope they get fired if they have nothing better to do than to laugh at a young girl. I will never be staying here again after this as I feel violated, those workers clearly need to be fired as they do not deserve to work in a hotel if they are disrespectful and make people upset. I hope something is done regarding this as it is ruining the reputation and character that your hotel portrays.

The static rooms at the back of the property facing the street were dark, very old and not comfortable at all. They look nothing like the pictures on booking.

We have just returned home from our 3rd stay at the Grand Azur and had the best time once again. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff do their absolute best to make sure you have an amazing time. The grounds are well looked after, the beach is wonderful and I can’t recommend the jetty daybeds enough. The food is the best you will have at any all inclusive hotel. I do have a few suggestion and that is all they are, as having been to other 5 star resorts I think there are a few areas it could be improved to match the price point as it is very expensive. - Levante - I understand that the hotel tries to make sure that everyone has a chance to eat at the à la carte, I think having 1 visit per week for those staying 10 days or more would be great as is standard in most all inclusive resorts. - Drinks - I think if you’re paying the price to come here the cocktail/drinks menu needs to be expanded a little more on the all inclusive concept and cocktails should be available at the beach. Overall another amazing stay at the hotel and I’m sure we’ll be back at some point in the future.

We've travelled extensively, stayed in many hotels around the world and across Turkey, but TUI Blue Grand Azur is truly in a league of its own. The location is absolutely beautiful, with its own private beach, a fantastic large swimming pool, and peaceful, well-maintained gardens that create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The food is outstanding. Every restaurant offers delicious, high-quality meals with plenty of variety, and the desserts cater to every taste. The à la carte restaurant is exceptional, the food, service, and views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire hotel is impeccably clean and hygienic, and the luxurious interior makes you feel like you're treating yourself to something truly special. From the moment you arrive, the reception team makes you feel welcome and is always friendly, professional, and happy to help. The entertainment is excellent, the drinks are great, and every facility is maintained to a very high standard. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff. Every member of the team is warm, smiling, helpful, and genuinely seems to love what they do. Their kindness and dedication make every stay unforgettable. We've been coming here since our children were very young. They've grown up holidaying at this hotel, through their teenage years, and now one of them is 18 and still loves coming back just as much as we do. That's a testament to how special this place is. I've been coming to TUI Blue Grand Azur for as long as I can remember. I first came here as a little kid, and now I'm 18 and I still love coming back every year. I've stayed in other hotels, but this one is definitely my favourite. The location is amazing with a private beach, a big swimming pool, and really nice gardens. It's a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The food is honestly one of the best parts. There's so much choice, everything tastes fresh, and the desserts are amazing. The à la carte restaurant is also really good, with great food and a beautiful view. The rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable. The whole hotel feels modern and well looked after. The staff are what make this place special. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They really make you feel at home. This hotel has been part of my childhood, and even now I still get excited to come back. Every holiday here has been amazing, and I honestly can't recommend TUI Blue Grand Azur enough. It's a place I'll always enjoy coming back to.

This hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I would rate it 3 stars at most The food was very average, the hotel was far too noisy for a place that’s supposed to be relaxing, and the rooms felt more like a budget guesthouse than a luxury hotel

We have just returned from an amazing 14-night stay at TUI BLUE Grand Azur, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. What made our stay even more special was that so many of them remembered us from our visit last year, which really made us feel valued and at home. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of choice at every meal. There was always something different to try, and the quality was consistently high. We don’t drink alcohol, so we can’t comment on that, but there certainly seemed to be a huge selection available for those who do. One of the things we love most about this hotel is its adult-focused atmosphere. Our daughter is older now, and we really appreciate being able to relax in a peaceful environment without children’s clubs and activities dominating the resort. It’s the perfect place to unwind. A special mention goes to the pool team, who do a great job monitoring the sunbeds. We really appreciated how they removed towels from beds that had been reserved and left unattended, making things much fairer for everyone. We also absolutely love the cats around the hotel. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care for them, and they almost feel like part of the Grand Azur team. Seeing them around the resort always brings a smile to our faces. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked to return next year to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. The countdown has already begun, and we can’t wait to be back!
