The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Taksim, which was a great advantage in terms of transportation. I also really liked the entrance and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. From the moment we walked in, we truly felt at home. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. I would especially like to thank Seyithan and salih. They answered all our questions sincerely and patiently, and they did everything they could to make sure we had a pleasant stay. It was clear that guest satisfaction is genuinely important to them. Throughout our stay, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I was very satisfied with the hotel in terms of its location, service quality, and the attentiveness of the staff. When I come back to Istanbul, this is definitely a hotel I would choose again without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

Goeie ligging, wel een drukke straat.

Niet hygiënisch, vlekken in dekbed en kussensloop. Vloer was vies. Badkamer niet echt schoon, zwarte schimmel in de kit. Heel oud en kapotte stukken aan hout, toe aan renovatie.

Amplasare foarte buna , pat foarte confortabil și mare ,dorm foarte bine 2 adulți și un copil 6-7 ani ,mic dejun bun, curățenie zilnic , schimbat prosoape zilnic , personal mereu de ajutor ,recomand masajul ,mai ales pentru cine are nevoie de un masaj "strong"!!!

The location was convenient, and the staff did respond when we raised our concerns. The owner also spoke with us and initially tried to offer a solution.

The room was very disappointing compared with what we expected from the Booking.com listing. We had concerns about cleanliness, the room felt extremely small, and we complained immediately. The hotel offered us a refund if we left, but because I was traveling with my 84-year-old mother after a long journey, moving to another hotel would have been very difficult. We stayed after the owner promised us a better room, but the replacement was another tiny room with three twin beds and was not the improvement we had been promised.

Loved everything about this place! But what really stood out was the reception team. The young staff were polite, quick, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. You can tell they love their job. Will definitely come back!

Близко к Истикляль. В номере есть все туалетные принадлежности. Завтрак с красивым видом. Заходишь в отель первое впечатление - красиво.

Грязно. У нас был номер на 5 этаже семейный с двумя комнатами. Ванная плохая. Разбухшая мебель где расположена раковина. Забитый слив. Соседний номер или что там не знаю - выломанная дверь. Этаж не пылесосили вообще. Бассейн та де история. В общем отелю нужен хороший клининг и небольшой ремонт. Явно не 4 звезды

Прекрасный отель и сотрудники! Расположение очень удачное для любых целей.

- الاازعاااااااااج شي موطبيعي من خارج الفندق الاصوات بالشارع مستحيل تخليك تنام وكذلك الاصوات من الغرف واضحه حتى صوت الماء من دورة المياه بالغرفة المجاوره واضح - التنظيف سئ سئ للغايه حيث لم يتم تنظيف الغرفه الا بعد الشكوى للاستقبال عالرغم من وضع علامة التنظيف ومع ذلك لم يتم التنظيف بشكل جيد - وجود قاذورات واااااضحه جدا في غلاية المياه وتم تبديلها بعد الشكوى

لوكيشن جدًا ممتاز ! الطاقم اكثر من رائع خاصة الطاقم بلرسبشن بساعد بكل طلب !

النظافة تقريبا بعطيها 4/10 مش اكثر من هيك . بحاجة الى ترميم بتحسوا اوتيل قديم . بنظفوش الغرف غير متتطلبو انتوا . اللوكيشن والطاقم رائع بس مش كثير مريح لما الفندق مش مهتم من ناحية نظافة الغرف .

عدم الاهتمام بالنظافه وعدم متابعه عمل عاملات النظافة حيث اني وجدت ملابس داخلية ملبوسة في الدولاب من مخلفات النزيل السابق كذلك غلاية الماء متسخه جدا لم يتم تنظيفها الى ان طلبنا ذلك دخلوا الغرفه لتغيبر الغلايه وتركوا الغرفه من غير تنظيف قفل الباب مكسور

قربه من شارع تقسيم. وكل شيء عندك ما تحتاج سيارة الطاقم جيد ومحترم وخدمة الغرف رائعة

3 van de 4 kamers waren goed en met uitzicht op de Bosporus!! Het ontbijt was erg goed en vriendelijk personeel!! De locatie, bij het Taksimplein was prima!!

De 4e kamer, een "suite" was niet goed: heel klein (kleiner dan was beloofd 40m2 en ook oud, weinig licht en geen uitzicht, behalve muren. De receptie was vriendelijk, maar niet adequaat ( je moest vele keren om iets vragen endan nog weinig resultaat!) De Spa was donker en klein!

Remek elhelyezkedés. Szép, tiszta, rendezett szálloda. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet!

Juste l emplacement

Le seul véritable point positif de cet établissement est son emplacement. Pour le reste, les prestations sont loin d’être à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous avions demandé un lit bébé pour notre enfant d’un an avant notre arrivée. Pourtant, aucun lit n’était installé dans la chambre. Il ne nous a été apporté que le lendemain, nous obligeant à dormir avec notre bébé entre nous la première nuit. La salle de bain était dans un état déplorable, avec une douche envahie par les moisissures (voir les photos). À cela s’ajoutait une forte odeur d’urine persistante dans la chambre, rendant le séjour particulièrement désagréable. Enfin, la piscine, qui avait été un critère déterminant dans notre choix de cet hôtel, était fermée. Cette information n’était mentionnée nulle part lors de la réservation et nous ne l’avons découverte qu’à notre arrivée. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Ce n’est qu’après avoir déposé une réclamation auprès de Booking.com que l’hôtel nous a informés, la veille de notre départ, qu’il était possible d’utiliser la piscine de l’établissement voisin, où ils envoyaient pourtant leurs clients depuis le début. En résumé, une expérience très décevante. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

I liked that it was central and the staff were professional and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linen is very clean. The staff attended us and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. This is our second time staying at Marble hotel and I can’t wait to be back. There is great public transport that makes it easy to travel all around Istanbul

The staff was respectful and always at our service.

I honestly don't understand how this hotel thinks it's acceptable to operate like this. I stayed here for one week, and the entire stay was ruined by constant construction and renovation work INSIDE the hotel. From morning until evening, there was nonstop drilling and loud construction noise. I was recovering from surgery and was forced to spend most of my time in the room listening to hours of unbearable noise every single day. This is completely unacceptable. If you're carrying out major renovations, you should either close that section of the hotel or at the very least warn guests before they book. The air conditioning was another joke. I couldn't even turn it on myself. Every single time I wanted the AC on, I had to call reception to activate it. Imagine having to call the front desk multiple times a day just to use something as basic as air conditioning. To make matters worse, the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. The smell was disgusting and made the room feel dirty. The breakfast was also extremely disappointing. The quality was poor, the selection was limited, and it definitely did not match what this hotel advertises. The only reason I'm not giving this place zero stars is because the staff were polite, respectful, and did their best to help despite all the hotel's problems. Everything else was awful. Paying to stay in a hotel that sounds like a construction site, has a bathroom that smells like sewage, and doesn't even let guests control their own air conditioning is ridiculous. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, κοντά σε μετρό και πλατεία taksim.

Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα βοηθητικό(φτάσαμε 6 το πρωί και δεν μας βοήθησαν καν με τις βαλίτσες). Το πάρκινγκ το κανονίζεις μόνος σου ενώ είχαμε ζητήσει βοήθεια πριν την άφιξη που δεν ήρθε ποτέ ( είναι βέβαια δίπλα στην είσοδο αλλά ιδιωτικό και υπόγειο χωρίς στάνταρ τιμή). Έχει γυάλινη πόρτα το μπάνιο επομένως καμία ηχομόνωση.

Rent och trevlig personal Salig i receptionen var mycket trevlig, alla andra som jobbar på hotellet var otroligt trevliga med.

위치 좋고 직원들 친절했습니다.

1. 수영장 때문에 선택한 호텔이 수영장이 안된다면 사전에 고지를 해줬으면 다른 호텔로 변경했을겁니다. 2. 호텔 바닦이 생각보다 더러워 신발을 신고 생활했어요. 3. 에어컨 바람으로 담배 냄새가 너무 심하게 들어왔습니다.

El hotel y la habitación en sí estaban bien y también la localización, junto con el desayuno.

El gran problema es que se oía absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle como si no hubiera ventanas y teniendo en cuenta que encima estoy embarazada, estar sin dormir 3 noches seguidas la verdad es que no nos vino nada bien. Habiamos oido criticas del ruido en los comentarios de otros viajeros, pero siendo un hotel 4 estrellas teniamos la esperanza de que fuera una exageración, pero no, resultó ser bastante peor de lo esperado.

La posizione è comodissima veramente attaccato alla piazza centrale! La colazione era molto buona ricca e la vista dalla sala è impressionante.

L'albergo ha due parti una più curata ed una meno curata, siamo finiti nell'area meno curata e la porta accanto alla nostra era sfondata, questa cosa era un poco inquietante. i mobili del bagno erano pericolanti.

I think location, facilities and staff is great. Specially the reception team, resturant team and cleaning service lady. All were welcoming. Also, thank you Cagatay for guidance. I forgot to mention, they upgraded my room to sea view which was astonishing. I will stay again.

uitstekend hotel. heel goede ligging. dichtbij alles maar in een relatief rustig zijstraatje. Je loopt zo richting de wijken Cihangir, en Beyoglu. Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Ik kreeg een heel goede kamer (op de 6de verdieping) met een prachtig uitzicht op de bospurus. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt, ook al was ik soms laat de kamer uit. Istanbul zo kwam ik achter is een overprijsde stad, alles in het centrum is overdreven duur, maar dit hotel was een zeer aangename uitzondering. echt waar voor je geld.

kan werkelijk waar niks noemen, ik heb geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt/restaurant en kan daar dus verder niks zinnigs over zeggen. Maar er zijn zoveel horeca opties in de directe omgeving van het hotel.

Just a regular hotel, nothing special about it.

The room safe was too small to fit my sunglasses (worth around 200 euros), so I had to leave them outside the safe. When I got back to the hotel, I had a nasty surprise.. they were gone. Staff offered no help at all because there was “no proof.” What exactly were we supposed to do, install a hidden camera to catch who entered our room and stole my sunglasses?

3 éjszakát voltunk es Imádtunk mindent! 100% ig elégedettek voltunk mindennel, a reggeli bőseges volt , a szobák tiszták az ágyak kenyelmesek, az ékszakai “ zaj” egyáltalan nem zavart minket. Helyileg is nagyon jó helyen van 2 p seta Taxim tér . Egy szóval mindent imádtunk❤️

The room was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. They helped us with water when it was hot. The pool and sauna downstairs is free for use if you stay in the hotel and is highly recommended. Also the Hammam & massage services were great!

The wifi in the rooms is not the strongest, it drops out from time to time.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Hotelul este situat chiar în centrul orașului, iar camerele sunt generoase ca spațiu și curate. Personalul este ospitalier și atent la nevoile oaspeților. Micul dejun este diversificat și abundent, de apreciere pentru managerul Cengiz, care se asigură că fiecare oaspete se simte binevenit.

Отель поражает своим местоположением: он находится в самом сердце Стамбула. Выходя из отеля, можно сразу выйти на знаменитую туристическую улицу, где мы смогли насладиться настоящим турецким духом. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный, помогает решить любые вопросы. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный.
