We stayed in a Guest Room Lagoon Access and loved being able to step straight into the pool from our terrace. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed, sofa, and plenty of space to relax. The lagoon pool was easily the highlight of our stay. It winds around the resort and has plenty of space for swimming without feeling too crowded. The resort itself is large, peaceful, and surrounded by tropical gardens, so walking around was enjoyable too. The beach is only a short walk from the pool, and the evening atmosphere was especially relaxing. It is a great place for couples, friends, or families who want to slow down and spend most of their trip enjoying the resort.

We have regularly stayed at Sheraton Huahin for our retreat. This place offers a nice secluded sanctuary with everything we need. We always give a high priase to all the staff here. They are super lovely, friendly, and helpful. This time I want to make a special regard to The Deck restaurant. We have breakfast here every morning and we love it. The restaurant has spacious indoor and comfortable outdoor seating. We always sit outside to feel the morning breeze from the beach which is very refreshing. The Deck provides varieties of International foods with great quality. And we always look forward to having a delectable Fish boiling rice whenever available. The staff here are also exceptional. They warmly welcome us and prepare our regular drinks at the table. They take such a great care and pay such a marvelous attention to us; we really appreciate this. I want to say special thanks to K. DREAM, K.Pakamol, K.Song, K.Oy, K.Oh, and everyone in front and behind the Deck. You all have made our days at Sheraton even more memorable. If anyone is at The Deck, please look for them, should you need anything in particular. They'll do their best to serve you.

I was truly impressed by the Front Office team very professional and welcoming from the first moment we had arrived. Especially “Ms. Orajit Aim Od “ who stands in front of me with her genuine smile. The check-in process took less than 3 minutes.Super efficient she explained all benefits and hotel facilities very clearly and thoroughly. What impressed me the most was how they made us feel like we were important guests. Thank you so much for Ms. Orajit Aim Ot and Front Office team for the warm hospitality. The next trip in Hua Hin or nearby we will definitely be back to Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa.

I’ve been here for family trip with grandma (5 people, 3 rooms) for 4 nights. Most of the staff are nice and very helpful. Especially the following staff; 1) Khun Nahm (reservation & check-in), who helped us with the room arrangements as our requests, and warm welcome greetings with big smile during checking in. 2) Khun Lynn (The Deck), she’s very nice and helpful during the breakfast. Although it’s quite busy and crowded as there were 2 groups joined at the same time, but she still can manage efficiently. They are highly service-minded. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will certainly return.

Shetaton is one of a great resort to visit in huahin. Enjoy the pool access is a must you can not miss. All staff are attentive, really service minded

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the Front Desk team, especially N’ Maireal and Khun Get ( AFOM ) and the Bellman staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Special thanks also to the Sundara bar team, particularly N’ Wi, Keng, and Tum, who were always friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. Most importantly, I would like to thank Khun Eak, Director of Rooms, for the thoughtful arrangements and for making my birthday celebration such a special and memorable occasion. Sheraton Hua Hin is like second home to us and now we have stayed at the hotel multiple times. The rooms are comfortable, clean, well maintained and also have a nice view. There is a play room for families with kids. The breakfast spread is impressive and the staff gives personal attention to the guests. Would specially like to thank Khun Naam, Khun Gek, Khun Min from front office, Khun Oh, Khun Wi, Khun Oi, Khun Prem, Khun Lin and all the others at Sundara who take care of us like their own family. They made special arrangements to celebrate our baby's first birthday and went out of their way to facilitate us. I cannot thank enough all the staff including the bell boys and the housekeeping who take care of all our requests and make our stay comfortable every time. We will keep coming back. Thank you.

We stayed a few times at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and enjoyed every time our upgrade to a Oceanfront suite with a beautiful view to the garden, beach and sea. Service is always exceptional starting at the arrival. Special thanks to Orajit Aim-Od and the whole team at the arrival and front office area. Fast and very friendly check in. Excellent and very delicious breakfast with an outstanding service. Special thanks to Aoy, Bright, Dream, Lyn, Song and Prith for taking care of us to have every day a wonderful breakfast time. They offer exceptional friendly and helpful service and we are learning more about the delicious Thai food. The pool, garden, rooms and the whole Hotel area are very clean. Comfortable beds and sleep quality is excellent.We definetly come back for our next trip to Hua Hin.

This was my second time returning here, and once again, I received such a warm welcome. The reception staff were able to arrange the room I had requested. Mr. First (if it’s not mistake) was especially kind and welcoming. The hotel grounds are spacious, with swimming pools for both children and adults. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and offer stunning views. The beachfront restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff provide excellent service. Most importantly, I truly hope to come back here again in the future.

If you are looking for a seamless family getaway with toddlers or young children, Sheraton Hua Hin resort and spa remains one of the best choices in the area. The resort’s famous lagoon-style pool and lush gardens create a relaxing atmosphere, but it’s the child-friendly infrastructure that truly sets it apart. The Kids Club is a dream for children, featuring a spacious indoor area filled with toys and creative stations, alongside a great outdoor playground. It really allowed us to relax knowing our son was in such a fun environment. A Special Mention: The Dream Team A huge shout-out to the Recreation and Kids Club team who welcomed us so warmly. What an outstanding hotel. If you are looking for an idyllic and relaxing hotel this is the one. The service is truly exceptional. It’s in between the resorts of Hua Hin and Cha-Am and both are accessible via a reasonably priced taxi. When booking Sheraton hotel you know the high standards of their hotels, but this one for me really stands out. You are surrounded by a gorgeous swimming pool that can be accessed by the balconies of the ground floor rooms and stunning gardens. The staff are so accommodating and always greet you with a courteous smile and are so engaging. I met so many and I cannot name them all, but I would like to name a few who I managed to obtain names so for the staff I do not mention, but met, please forgive me, but a special mention to M from the fitness centre and also the recreation team members Pui,Kimmy,Noo,Nadol,Fong,Preaw,May the management of of the hotel are very lucky to have such an outstanding team.

The hotel is in a great location, not crowded, perfect for relaxation. It boasts spacious grounds, including a large swimming pool surrounded by the hotel buildings on both sides. There's The Deck, a spacious breakfast room with attentive staff, especially Khun Oh and her team (K. Song, K. Bee, K. Golf). There are also the Sundara and Luna Lanai restaurants offering delicious food. Furthermore, on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the hotel offers special activities such as yoga and pétanque. For families with children, there's a dedicated kids' area. Because of the comfort and excellent staff, it's no wonder that many guests return repeatedly – ​​and I was one of them.

Hotel itself is so good. Wonderful big lagoon which we can enjoy all day long. Beach is just so so.

Extremely nice place to visit and stay. Pool area was beautiful and comfortable. Also for exercising swimming, long enough pool. Gym is decent amd they also let our 11 yrs old son to exercise with us. Pool,restaurant is providing good quality food for decent price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is nice, but a lot of jelly fish there and murky water, but that was known for this region.

Rooms require renovation, for 5 star hotel you should not have mold in the room with bad smell. Takes out two points. Also AC is really loud and you can’t control it enough to make it quiet. Location is isolated, but that we knew and used Grab, which is working fine. Breakfast is decent, but not high quality as it should be. All in all, still good place to go, but strongly recommend renovation for the rooms. If you have any problems with breathing, don’t go here. Smell of mold is bad. A lot of weddings by families from India, we were lucky they only blocked beautiful beach area once during our 7 days visit here. That is the downside.

My family enjoyed it so much, especially the kid club. We loved that they gave a lot of attention to the kids. There was a kid corner in the breakfast area. Love the idea! The pool was amazing, my daughter loved to play and swim there. All the staff we met were so professional and friendly. We will definitely go back to stay at Sheraton Hua Hin again.

I think the location is not suitable for people who like to enjoy city life. You need to have a car to travel to Hua Hin city or take a taxi.

My husband and I felt great and comfortable staying in this hotel . The staffs are very helpful and polite . Especially Lynn Lynn at the Deck , she gives very good service during our breakfast buffet time .

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. The beachfront area is wide and beautiful, perfect for relaxing walks. The swimming pool is huge and one of the best parts of the resort. Our room was also very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach vacation.

My husband and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary at Sheraton Hua Hin and were blown away by the beauty of the resort. The check in process was quick and although we were early (arrived in Thailand from red eye flight) the staff had us in our room before check in time! We were able to hang out at the restaurant and used the FREE (and amazingly handy) bikes to go to 7-11 for some snacks. The room was perfect. We had a pool villa and it felt like we were the only ones around. The bed and pillows were the MOST comfortable we’ve had in holidays and the amenities were great. There’s an outdoor shower as well which my hubby loved. The pool area was perfect for the mid day heat with the gazebo giving some nice shade. The deck chairs were comfortable and we made the most of the space. The breakfast was phenomenal, hubby says try the Chicken Krapow with fried egg! I loved the fresh fruit with tons of variety and tons of options. The breakfast area was so cool with seating surrounded by water and plants. I used the gym once for stretching and it was great. Everything you’d need. The hotel isn’t directly on the ocean, but the restaurant has a nice view of it. It is approximately 35-40 minutes to Khao Kalok beach and viewpoint hike. But it’s worth it. There aren’t a ton of restaurants nearby, but the ones that are were very tasty. Wonderful employees, wonderful atmosphere…we will absolutely be back if ever in Hua Hin again! The hotel gifted us with a delicious cake and decorated room for our anniversary! It felt very special.

Would have been nice to have free shuttles to nearby shops. Also the games room closes really early so adults and young adults cant use the facilities.

Overall I recommend this property. The Lagoon access room was great. Great hospitality by restaurant staff. Food & coffee was very good; the breakfast spread had good variety.

I’ve been at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa for a month & I’m still pinching myself to see if it is real! I did not receive a Marriott survey. I hope the hotel managers will see this review. I am a solo senior woman traveler with family in Bangkok. I arrived December 20, stayed 9 nights until the 28th. My family joined me with a separate room over Christmas the holiday. Since checkout, I’ve since been staying in a nearby condo rental & I took a monthly membership to the Sheraton Gym that comes with classes & resort amenities. Today, in late January, I’m watching the huge palms sway under a clear blue sky as I listen to the Gulf of Siam waves break. I have already exercised in the pool lagoons & soon I’ll go change for yoga at 5 in the Sheraton gym. The 2 story resort rooms traverse two sides of the large courtyard type property between. In addition to the large infinity pool, there are lagoon pools and the 1st floor poolside rooms have pool access from their private balcony. (Recommended.) There is a sandbox pool for little ones and a Kids Club too. This resort is spacious. Since I’ve been here, there have been several weddings & birthday events extravagantly decorated. Even on event weekends, the resort accommodates a crowd without feeling crowded or noisy at all. Last night, I watched fireworks while others celebrated a wedding. Breakfast is a huge International buffet with eggs to order & Western & Asian Food. The Sundara Restaurant & Lobby Bar & the beachfront Luna Lanai both serve lunch & dinner. The Sala Restaurant with a Pizza & Italian Menu along with other Thai & Western offerings opens on weekends. In the month I have been here I have had countless satisfying meals. Tip: The Snapper Sandwich at the Lobby Bar, the Poke Bowl & Grilled Pineapple with Chocolate Chili Pepper Mousse are favorites. As a Titanium Marriott Member, I had a room upgrade to a pool access room, which I enjoyed. Platinum & Titanium Bonvoy Members have complimentary coffee & tea, iced or hot all day at the Lobby Bar, and I had a free cocktail or wine certificate to enjoy also. Location: Reviewers mention the location between Hua Hin and Cha am, 20 minutes from either Hua Hin town or Cha am Beach & town. In a rideshare, Grab or Bolt, or driving, it’s only 15 minutes to Hua Hin town near the Night Market, & 20 minutes to Market Village, 25 minutes to Blueport Mall, Cicada & Tamarind Markets, & nearby Soi 94. Tip: if you enjoy a quiet pool & beach vacation, as I do, stay here. There is a great local massage kiosk down on the beach, and a few other resorts walkable from the beach for restaurant variety. I am happy admiring the beautiful gardens that are abundant with flowering trees & orchids, where I can watch & hear the birds & enjoy quiet beach walks without crowds or vendors. If you prefer a busier beach resort location walkable to off property restaurants & shopping, I recommend the Marriott Resort & Spa (best) or other hotels in that area. I first stayed there while looking for a monthly rental. Within the Marriott it’s quiet, & it is also a great hotel. The street, sidewalks & neighborhood bustle with traffic noise & activity if that’s your thing. The Sheraton Hua Hin Resort Staff is so lovely & helpful. I’ve surely missed someone, but these lovely Sheraton guest service employees welcome me & make me feel at home at the resort every day. At Reception, Niyom, Patarapon, Nahm, Orajit & Paa. Khun Ekalok up is the very helpful rooms division manager. The lead Housekeeper for the 3000’s Room wing is Dada -Kannita. She is the best! Taiwan once hopped off his bike to help me move chairs & umbrellas. At the Pool Towel & Drink Bar Khun Oo & Khun Ratchapol are helpful every day! All of the Staff at Luna Lanai, the restaurant overlooking the beach waves, are terrific, overseen by Khun Wittaya (Art) who also manages Sala, the weekend Italian Restaurant. Rungsia (Ray), & Arik are particularly helpful at both restauarants. At Sundara & the Lobby Bar everyone is also great. I have enjoyed getting to know Prem, she is efficient, sweet, helpful. Each time I arrive at the resort entrance I am greeted by Bellmen Piroon Knock, Peck (Damri) or Roon. They help me get a taxi when rideshare is sparse & they have carted my luggage around. They regularly give me golf cart rides to my condo & they take guests to the end of the resort road at Petchkasem Rd, where it’s a 5 minute walk to 7/11. The Sheraton Shine Spa is large & very pretty. I booked a 2 hour monthly promotion that included a 30 minute matcha scrub, 60 minute aromatherapy massage & a 30 minute express facial. The room had two massage tables and an in room shower and dressing room. Khun Gai was my wonderful therapist. I was comfortable & relaxed during & after my treatment. The products were top notch & I have to say that the 30 minute facial here was the most effective, maybe the best I have had anywhere. The promotion price was 2,990 Thai Baht including tax & 10% service. The service charge is spread among the spa employees so I gave an extra tip to Khun Gai, the therapist. While you can certainly get cheaper similar services in Hua Hin, rock bottom & mid priced, for $52 an hour US, this was clean, classy, first rate experience. I am a bit embarrassed to tell my friends that I am “living in a resort” while avoiding this harsh New England winter. You won’t go wrong with a winter beach vacation at this resort, that is only a 2-3 hour taxi, Grab or private ride transfer from the Bangkok airports or Bangkok city locations.

It’s a nice and cost hotel. I have been visiting this hotel since almost 20 years and always compliment the service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Specially Khun Nam at reception is excellent. However want to give a few recommendations. One us hotel should use better quality coffee in the room and also should put wireless phone chargers in every room as this is a very common norm in most if the hotel if this standard. And overall should try to get the renovate the full hotel. Specially furniture has started looking a bit worn out. But in general it’s a perfect place to stay in Hua Hin as they do have their private beach.

raňajky boli dobré veľký výber všetkého, personál v rezorte bol veľmi milý, ochotný a nápomocný pomôcť s čímkoľvek, upratovačka Wassana bola veľmi milá, ochotná, plnila si svoju prácu poctivo a svedomito, záhrada bola pekná, obrovský bazén, pitná voda pri bazéne, v kúpeľni je sprcha aj vaňa

osušky pri bazéne na 5* rezort by mohli byť lepšie, niektoré boli deravé, iné fľakaté, potom nebol dostatok slnečníkov pri lehátkach, na izbe neboli taniere k dispozícii, počas nášho pobytu boli 2 svadby a to nás dosť rušilo, stlále cez deň aj v noci niečo stavali alebo rozoberali

Breakfast could have been better

Das Resort und die Gartenanlage sind schön gestaltet. Das Essen ist in Ordnung Preis/Leistung ist ok. Die Poollandschaft und die Lage am Meer sind außergewöhnlich.

Ich würde dem Hotel keine 5 Sterne geben. Es müssten einige Stellen renoviert bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Die Sauberkeit ist für Thailand generell in Ordnung ABER für ein 5-Stere Hotel inakzeptabel. Der größte Kritikpunkt sind allerdings die Hochzeiten und deren Gäste. Es waren in knapp 1 Woche vier verschiedene Hochzeitsgesellschaften aus Indien da. Es war beim Frühstück teilweise laut wie auf einem Bahnhof. Im Garten wurden Zelte aufgebaut und Tänze geprobt,…Abends war laute Musik und teilweise Feuerwerk. Von Ruhe und Entspannung war man hier weit entfernt.
