Extremely disappointed service is very poor, staff don't speak or understand English,extremely difficult to communicate with staff,room doesn't have all the 5 star facilities this resort should be 3 star or under .

The spa treatment is the best I ever tried. So friendly and professionel stand and the atmosphere in the spacenter Avaniwell is relaxing and Cosy. I had lots of different treatments: scrub, steambath, thaimassage, Oilmassage, Sound healing, medical treatment etc. I Can recoment it all and especially Nah - she is amazing. Thank you to Patty for planning this so Well, it has been a outstanding experience. We Will definitely come back.

We had an amazing week long stay with family at Avani+. The staff were so accommodating particularly with my children who have food allergies. They sourced and prepared meals just for them. No request was ever too much! We absolutely loved AvaniWell and had multiple massages. Special shout out to Oh and Som who were amazing massage therapists! We can’t wait to come back!

Prior to our stay at Avani Hua Hin, we contacted the hotel several months in advance to inquire whether the property would be hosting Indian weddings during our planned visit. Having travelled extensively in Thailand, we have had very negative experiences staying at hotels during Indian wedding events. The hotel informed us that there would be no weddings taking place, and based on this assurance we proceeded to book the hotel for our holiday in Thailand. A few days before arrival, we received an email from the hotel merely “informing” us that there would in fact be two weddings taking place, occupying approximately 70 and 100 rooms respectively. We immediately expressed our disappointment, as we had only chosen this hotel due to the explicit confirmation that no weddings would be held, and by this point it was too late to rebook another hotel. As a form of compensation, we were offered a different room category located further away from the wedding events — however, this room was also significantly farther from the pool area we had specifically wished to be close to. An extra bed had been placed in the room, which was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I woke up several times each night with pain in my back and neck. I raised this issue with the staff, who merely provided an extra duvet to place on top of the bed. This did nothing to improve the mattress, and I did not have a single good night’s sleep during our stay, instead leaving with increased neck and back pain. Our entire stay was heavily and negatively impacted by the weddings. Upon arrival, the entire reception area had been transformed into an Indian wedding welcome ceremony, complete with loud drums, large portraits of the couple, and a large wedding planning desk. No one acknowledged or welcomed us at all. Our driver began unloading our luggage and commented on the fact that no hotel staff came to assist us — and indeed, no one did. We were forced to approach staff ourselves, who were clearly focused on the wedding guests. After some time, we were checked in and handed a printed schedule of the wedding events. We were also informed that we would not be able to dine at the beachfront restaurant, as it was reserved for the wedding guests. This is one of only two restaurants at the hotel. Upon reaching our room, we were immediately disturbed by extremely loud music from a wedding reception being held at the main shared pool. The constant bass and noise were overwhelming. The weddings lasted several days and alternated between the beach and the pool areas. When a wedding was not actively taking place in one location, large numbers of hotel staff were setting up the next event at the other. As a result, no matter where we were on the property, we were either surrounded by extremely loud music from wedding celebrations or by continuous hammering and construction noise from staging and scaffolding. I have never experienced a holiday with such a constant level of stress and unrest. What should have been a relaxing holiday was turned into loud, chaotic turmoil. One day, overwhelmed by the constant disturbance, I booked a treatment at the spa in hopes of finding some peace. Even there, on the second floor, I could clearly hear drums and loud music from the wedding. I mentioned to the therapist that the noise made the experience far from relaxing, but no consideration was taken. I was still required to pay the full price of 4,400 Thai Baht. The hotel’s clear priority is weddings, and if you are not part of one, you are made to feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and in the way. At all times, you feel forced to relocate because either a wedding is in progress or preparations for the next event are underway. I am deeply saddened and disappointed to have travelled all the way from Denmark to Thailand to spend my holiday at a hotel where guests feel unwelcome and are subjected to constant noise. I truly cannot recommend this hotel to others — unless you are attending an Indian wedding. I have never before looked forward to checking out of a hotel, but I genuinely could not wait to leave this one and move on.

The front desk khun Ging and khun Noi were amazingly helpful with smooth check-ins and so friendly. Rooms are good especially the pool access room.

Beautiful beachfront location, convenient transportation, complete facilities, clean rooms, delicious food, and excellent service.

The Signature Wellness Retreat (Recharge) was everything i hoped for, with a personalized fitness and wellness program. The lunches and diners were delicious and specifically designed to meet my fitness and wellness goals. The coaching and support from the ladies at the Spa was great throughout the whole retreat.

Great atmosphere, very kind staff with beginning in resort’s lobby with greetings, helping to get luggages in the room and any other assistance. I dealt in several occasions with the Manager in duty and Miss Golf a receptionist staff with great personality, knowledgeable and professional manner during my stay in the Hua Hin resort. Also, resort has provided variety of foods for breakfast serving with kind staff. I had a memorable journey in Thailand specifically spending my time in the resort.

We stayed at the Avani+ Resort in Hua Hin in January 2026 and I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable break. The staff are an absolute credit to the Avani group. Every single person we encountered was friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help. I was travelling with my elderly parents and unfortunately became unwell during our stay and had to be hospitalized for two nights. As a result, we needed to extend our stay in Hua Hin, amend our Bangkok hotel booking, cancel a planned excursion, and change the date of our car pickup. My dad approached the reception team for help and they were simply outstanding. They took care of everything, reassured him not to worry, and made all the necessary arrangements on our behalf. They later provided him with a detailed printout of all the updated plans, which was an enormous help during what was a very stressful time for our family. When I returned to the resort after being discharged from hospital, several staff members asked how I was doing, which was incredibly touching and much appreciated. The resort itself is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms are spacious and lovely, and the breakfast was superb with an excellent variety of options. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough and truly hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who helped make our holiday so special.

We had the best vacation and made some wonderful memories at Avani Hua Hin. What stands out to me is the level of attention and kindness the staff give to their guests. They really went out of their way to help my aging parents feel safe and comfortable, and it was automatic. For example, a staff member took my father's plates when he was walking back from the incredible NYE buffet. Whatever request my mom had, they would acquiesce to so graciously and kindly. My seven year old son normally hates kid clubs, but asked to go there as soon as he would wake up. The resort is very family centric. There was someone making party animals out of balloons at breakfast and a cotton candy spinning station was in the lobby . My son was in heaven. He made many international friends at the pool and had a blast playing on the blow-up floating obstacle course. The spa was wonderful too! Continental breakfast and NYE buffet had a huge variety of food and was delicious. I've never eaten at a buffet with such an assortment of delicious food. We had the best time. Thank you so much and keep up the great work and culture of tremendous kindness.

A 4+ star masquerading as 5. It's a boutique theme hotel with basics done well, but don't expect any grandiosity like that of a full fledged 5 star resort.

This in my honest opinion is not a 5 star resort, whilst the staff are attentive it doesn't seem 5 star but more a 4 star hotel. I didnt use the spa so cant comment on that breakfast is ok with Thai specialities which would be more appropriate to a lunch menu. The pool bar staff are very friendly and the 2 dinners are had at PDC were excellent. It is such a shame that this resort allows large wedding parties to overtake the hotel facilities and blast loud and deep bass music to take place in peak season for thailand, the venue really needs to stop along weddings during peak season, or if they absolutely must the whole wedding function should take place in the conference and events space off the hotel lobby so that guests are disturbed from what should be a relaxing time. The blue biscuit bar was never really functioning whilst I was there. This place really needs to up its standards to be a 5 star resort

Staff was the best, friendly, helpful, excellent english. Pet friendly, garden space for the dog, only prohibition was the pool. Well kept grounds. Pools were lovely. Breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. Fitness center offered many activities with professional staff. Well appointed room.

No beach except at low tide, so you had to pre-plan your beach time. This time of year the pool water was chilly. For 5 star price, a bathtub in addition to the shower would have been nice.

It was an amazing 90minutes massage with Nah, felt feeling so relaxed and tension from muscles have been released. Nah was an absolute expert and I told her where I was feeling muscle pain and she targeted those areas perfectly

Beautiful sea side property. We went to attend a wedding last week. And had the most awesome time. Everything was very well organised and staff were friendly & helpful Rooms are actually quite small but we had a an access from the room to the central swimming pool. And a sit out veranda next to the pool which was lovely Food was awesome. I especially loved the Thai deserts and meals Overall a fantastic place

Went for a couples massage and it was spectacular. The atmosphere was terrific. The massage was extremely relaxing. The location was very convenient because it was located in our resort. The rooms in entire facility were very clean and I felt this was a great value.

Our kids enjoyed staying at lagoon pool villa. Room was spacious. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests.

Good flexible booking for our family’s size. Since we have three kids, it is impossible to book 2 separate rooms as kids would not sleep by themselves. Checking in quite slow normally we should have room ready by 2 pm. Or at the latest is 3 pm. But this trip it almost 4:30. Breakfast is superb, staffs are friendly and helpful . Pool Webit need to get fix and properly maintained. No life guard presence.

We came for a wellness retreat. Avani wellness package is excellent. Yoga, pilates, weight training and kayaking all included. On top you have massages and facials + a cookery lesson. Thank you Noreen, patty and tuk for making it so special. Room upgrade appreciated as we stepped straight out to the swimming pool. And there was a separate bedroom. Food at breeze was so good. Very high standard. Would have liked a coffee machine in room rather than instant. Whilst we had the best time and all the staff were so lovely it feels more 4 star than 5 (hotel).

A memorized weekend staying at this place. Luv it. My dog and cat are treated really well. The wellness classes are super cool.

It was always good to go as a private single trip while seeing kids, family from other guests enjoying it and, still, there noise didn't break your trip with the good facility of the hotel. I love the spacing to keep the room private and I enjoy my night.

This is one of the best hotel in Hua Hin area. The friendly staff members, the beautiful room with access to the pool and easy access to the beach are what make this resort one of the best.

Kids enjoy the kid club, pool and jacuzzi. Teams also enjoy the variety breakfast as well as spa. Great!!

This is my first time, i bring group to Avani+ Hua Hin. It was a great experiences to take group here. The hotel is suitable for groups who want to come to a casual seminar. The hotel has a good atmosphere, next to the sea and variety facilities. Moreover, I'll gave a big thanks for every position, especially K.taew she helps to manage every process. K.noy, K.king and all front office team that helps to manage group check in and check out. I really appreciated their support. They are very nice, helpful and great service mind. I'll recommend this. hotel to other group. Looking forward to come back again!

Friendly and helpful staff, room is very clean, has shuttle bus to market Villa, and helped me book minibus to Bangkok.

During check-in, the room was not ready at the committed time. The hotel offered a 500 THB voucher for use within the property; however, the prices of items in the hotel meant that additional payment was still required. Upon arrival at the room area, we had to wait a long time for the golf cart, as there were not enough carts available for the number of guests. The elevator to the room was also small. Whenever we wanted to leave the room for other areas of the hotel, the wait for the golf cart was very long, ultimately forcing us to walk. The likely reason for the delay was that, on the way to pick us up, the cart would stop to drop off other guests who had requested service, preventing it from reaching us promptly. Breakfast service was also slow, especially for egg dishes. The food selection was very limited and quantities were insufficient. Regardless of the type of food, guests had to wait in line. Moreover, there were not enough tables, so guests had to wait to be seated. To make matters worse, on the day of our stay, there was a power outage lasting several hours during breakfast. Guests seated inside the air-conditioned dining area found it extremely stuffy, and there was no explanation or update provided by the hotel during the incident. Finally, during check-out, we waited a long time for the bell service. Despite calling multiple times, no one arrived, so we had to carry our luggage down ourselves to wait downstairs. Otherwise, other guests could have taken the golf cart service ahead of us.

Pool access room was nice and spacious. Bathroom amenities were of good quality. Sandals and beach bag for use during stay were handy. Dinner package was very reasonable. Be sure to enjoy their happy hours cocktail by the beach.

Resort is clean, breakfast was very good. One day was by the beach and other day was in the restaurant. All the staff were very friendly.

First of all I would like to thankyou Khun Pui sales at the day I went to inspect the pool villa and sea view pool villa at Avani hotel in Huahin. She also show me all the restaurant in the hotel and I did made reservations on that day and it's about a month away from May 31.I called her in the morning and ask about reservations. At the time I walk in to restaurant everything sat up nicely. Our group 14 people really enjoy the foods and hospitality at Brezza. Thankyou chef for souvenir.

Overall, staff provide excellent service but some points annoyed me especially in the room and toilet.

Great hotel. Lovely staff and great service. Shuttle bus to Hua Hin clock tower or Market Village Mall is v useful. Hotel is actually more like Cha Am, but nice to get away from the noise in Hua Hin. Taxi back at night was only 300bht. Hotel does also pick up at 10pm from Clock Tower. Room (Lagoon Villa) was lovely. Food is amazing in the night market in Hua Hun and also Cicada is well worth a visit. We were there for Songkran which made it a funny experience. Well worth visiting the Love Bread opposite the hotel too - great place.

As a platinum member of GHA, I am always offered the benefits of tier, this hotel however didn't over any of the benefits. the service was poor, slow and we were highly disappointed in Avani , will probably never stay in this property again.

We loved all the food that chef Gibbs prepares in Brezza. We tried all the food on the menu. Also the staff is great. Special thanks to Karn and Jui. They made every evening special. The hotel is clean and lovely. We stayed in a lagen pool villa close to restaurant Brezza. Nice room with a lot of extra's.

I came to Avani Cha Am to have my first week in Thailand a peaceful one and that’s exactly what I got , very laid back place great staff.

My partner and I had a beautiful neck, shoulders & back 30 minute massage at the resort before flying back to Australia! High recommend going with Nanci, she was amazing with great technique and the tea at the end was very nice. A must do experience at the resort 😌🫖
