Bed was very comfy and the pool was nice.

Reception staff were terrible. Upon check-in they weren't friendly, and took 20 mins to check us in. Room was noisy, construction noise during the day as well as constant sounds of furniture moving from the room above. Room was called a "Premium Ocean View King" yet had no view of the ocean from inside the room - felt like a scam. Hotels 20 minutes from the town centre.

* هناك بعض البعوض قد يكون مزعج في الطابق السفاي واعتقد بسبب المسابح ، ولذلك يفضل اختيار الطوابق الاعلى ( لاتوجد هذه الملاحظة). * محدودية الاكل للعرب( الحلال) بشكل عام في منطقة هواهين وليس الامر بسبب المنتجع.

The room was nice with great sea view and there was a welcome drink in the check in step. Even the hotel is a little bit old but it is well maintained and everyone are friendly. There are a lot of activities in the hotel which you can join for free and there are many options of restaurants that you can enjoy over there. What’s I really like is swimming pool. It was a big pool and you can enjoy this. Also as the hotel is next to the beach and it is quite private beach. It was nice experience to stay over there. The breakfast is good with various food and it is delicious. Anyways this hotel is a little bit far from the downtown of Hua Hin. It is about 10 km from downtown. But they have everything in here even a spa. It was like one stop service over there for you. Recommend to stay here.

Our second trip to this hotel and it was even better than the last. This time we booked club ocean view room and it was worth it. Not being big drinkers we didn't use the club lounge much, only popping in for a cup of tea and snacks a couple of times. But for us the private breakfast room was well worth it, alongside 3 pieces of laundry free per day. We loved the ocean and pool view. The bed was super comfy with lovely pillows. This time we tried nomada restaurant and were so impressed by the tenderloin steak, we went back a second time! We also tried San Marco on the last night which was fantastic also. For both restaurants I would recommend you list your kids menu too as some families might not go thinking the menu is a bit fancy for young children. Its the reason we didn't try these restaurants last time. I also enjoyed the spa this time. The staff were lovely. I had the signature oil massage - buy one get one free for club room. I had had a migraine for a week and literally had this on the first day and the headache has not come back. Thank you! We also enjoyed a visit to the farm this time which my boy really enjoyed. He loved feeding the funny goat and collecting an egg! My only recommendations for the hotel are ; 1) improve kids menu for room service 2) maybe plant some pond plants next to nomada restaurant - there's a sort of disused area that could be made more attractive. 3) Trickiest one - fix he grouting in the kds pool and try to make the steps in the big pool smoother as they scratched my kids feet a couple of times. But really overall we all had a fantastic time. Thank you to all the kind staff - particular shout outs to the breakfast staff, laundry and room service ladies, pool serving staff, bell boys and club lounge staff.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious choices to suit everyone. The breakfast team provided great service and made each morning very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to returning again.

Nomada restaurant serves great food. I like the beef tenderloin so much.

A bit to far away from anything

We have been visiting this hotel since 1997 and have visited almost every year since (I think that tells a story). As we entered the hotel this time, the staff at the main door greeted us with "Welcome home Mr and Mrs ...........". We were escorted to the club lounge to check in and offered an arrival drink. The manager and the staff are excellent, so welcoming and make you feel immediately welcome. Breakfast is an international extravaganza and no country has been left out. I particularly enjoyed the new Asian corner where the chef made fresh Dosa's most mornings. We ate at all of the restaurants during our stay and every menu has changed since our last stay the year before. The food was exquisite and the service excellent, I can not fault the staff in any way. We will be booking very soon for our visit next year and looking forward to meeting our friends at DUSIT THANI HUA HIN again. If you want a relaxing holiday, with good food and friendly staff this is the place to come.

My recent stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin was disappointing and fell well below the standard I expected from a luxury hotel. We stayed in Rooms 701 and 702, and both shower rooms had blocked drains that caused flooding during use. While the staff were polite and courteous, these basic maintenance issues were not resolved in a timely manner. A more concerning experience occurred at the swimming pool, where I witnessed a guest peeling and scrubbing his feet directly in the pool for more than 20 minutes. After reporting this to staff and asking whether the pool would be cleaned, I was simply advised to use a different pool. I was also told that the chlorine would kill any bacteria. While I appreciate that pools are treated with chemicals, I found the response inadequate given the hygiene concerns raised. Following my stay, I raised these issues with hotel management. Although they apologised, the only solution offered was a room upgrade should I choose to visit again in the future. After experiencing multiple issues during a single stay, I felt this response did not adequately address the inconvenience and disappointment caused. The staff were consistently polite throughout my stay, but unfortunately the hotel's handling of these problems left me with little confidence in the level of service and attention to guest concerns. Based on my experience, I would not consider returning.

Here I am again at Dusit Thani Hua Hin. I lost count of how many times I have been here, but I was still warmly welcomed with smiles and called by my name from the porter, the reception staff in the lobby, the staff in the restaurants, and the staff at the pool terrest. During my stay, I received various conveniences from all the staff, especially from K. Paeng and K. Noi. The hotel has its own private beach. The room was prepared properly and delicatedly by maids. K. Noi and K. Orm also devoted their time to see me off when I checked out. I have booked two more trips here this year. Don't get bored of me.

We spent two nights at the Dusit Thani Hua Hin. The building itself is very nice beautifully designed with a very large fish pond and swimming pool that leads down to the ocean. The rooms are spacious, staff very friendly and helpful and the food is very good and excellent value.

Fantastic hotel, great staff, check in was easy. Our room was comfortable and very clean with excellent views to the ocean. The pool area is really nice. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of foods and good coffee in a nice space. We appreciated the extra water and the coffee machine in the room. Beach access is easy and we enjoyed the early morning walks along them.

It is a bit isolated, with few eating options outside the property. However, Grab is easy to arrange and pretty cheap. The resort also operates a shuttle service.

รอเช็คอินเป็นชม.เนื่องจากพนักงานที่รับเช็คอิน(ผมสั้น)ไม่ยอมแจ้งว่าห้องพักเสร็จแล้วและไม่ยอมฝากเรื่องไว้กับพนักงานคนอื่น ลูกค้าต้องไปถามติดต่อเองแต่มีพนักงานอีกคนให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและกล่าวขอโทษลูกค้าแทน จองไปแบย3คนพอไปถึงห้องก็ไม่มีเตียงเสริมไว้ให้ต้องโทรตามแต่พนักงานก็รีบมาจัดการให้ก็เลยไม่ค่อยโอเคเท่าไหร่ในช่วงแรก ในห้องพักควรจะมีyoutubeหรือnetflixไว้ให้บริการลูกค้าฟรีเพื่อผ่อนคลายเวลาพักในห้องนอกจากช่องทีวีปกติเพราะราคาห้องพักก็ถือว่าสูง เนื่องจากเคยไปพักบางรร.ที่ราคาต่ำกว่านี้แต่มีสิ่งนี้ให้ลูกค้าด้วยซึ่งเราคิดว่าถ้าที่ดุสิตมีบริการให้ลูกค้าก็น่าจะสร้างความบันเทิงให้ลูกค้าที่ไม่อยากออกไปทำกิจกรรมข้างนอกเหมือนครอบครัวเรา ก็อยากเสนอแนะไว้ให้ทางรร.พิจารณาค่ะ

Shower pressure is really bad, door didn’t close so water got all over the floor. Activities described (volleyball) nothing was really set up.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est excellent, en pleine nature, très calme, le complexe est très grand, les piscines et les alentours sont magnifiques. Le cadre est enchanteur et donne une sensation de vacances paradisiaques. La plage est juste devant, elle permet à marée basse de se balader pendant longtemps. Le personnel est aux petits soins et très gentil. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la vue sur les piscines et la mer est parfaite. Situé à moins de 10mn du centre de Hua Hin, très facile d'accès par la route (ils proposent une navette qui peut amener en ville).

Alle håndklær ble byttet ut og personer som hadde med dette å gjøre ble fjernet ,, etter dette ble det utmerket

⚠️ Warning: Bed Bugs in a 5-Star Hotel Our stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin turned into a complete nightmare. Throughout the entire stay, my partner developed multiple bites on his arms and legs – clearly in a line pattern, which is typical for bed bugs. The number of bites increased day by day. We informed the hotel, but they dismissed it as mosquito bites and did not take it seriously. By checkout, his body was covered in bites. We asked for compensation, but were told we needed a medical confirmation. Back in Germany, a doctor officially confirmed bed bug bites. Even after sending the documentation, the hotel denied responsibility and claimed it could have come from “anywhere” – despite us staying exclusively at this hotel. We were also forced to go through a major cleaning process at home (washing everything and disinfecting luggage) to avoid bringing the infestation with us. Conclusion: Pain, stress, and significant inconvenience – with zero apology or compensation. Completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Stayed here for 10 nights from the 4th of March , have stayed at Dusit hotels before and have always been first class , this one is not only in need of renovations in the rooms but also the sunbeds need replacing the pool towels are stained and old . Cleaning around the pool was not good toothpick on floor by sunbed for 3 days While we were they we unfortunately had 2 large weddings take place , whilst the noise was loud we could cope with that what is more annoying is one pool was completely closed for a day meaning the other pool was crowded and finding a bed impossible, the they would close a particular restaurant for another wedding event. For two days we could not use the main restaurant for breakfast as the wedding party were using it for a private breakfast and all guests had to have breakfast in the Thai restaurant, well the quality of the offering / service was way below what we had experienced over the previous 8 mornings , I booked direct with Dusit , why can’t they advise that two large weddings will take place while you are there and certain amenities will be closed , we can then decide wether to go or not , but they don’t which is unacceptable. On the 2nd wedding of that week , the wedding guests were seen photographing and taking videos of females by the pool , this was also spotted by the increased management presence walking around the pool constantly, which we had not seen the previous 8 days , this is unacceptable and the hotel guests should not have to be put in this position and feel uncomfortable, when I spoke to the female manager she confronted the wedding guests and got security to conduct more pool walk rounds .

Excellent property with great food and wonderful staff. We were here for 10 days in total and could not find fault at all. Yes they do have international weddings but we saw it as added and free entertainment and everyone is respectful and I can imagine the people complaining about it has more of an issue with the fact that they are potentially xenophobic and not with the ‘disruption’ - we didn’t experience any disruption whatsoever apart from the music being a little loud in the afternoon but it didn’t last long and it wasn’t unbearable. We would come back here in an instant and are already planning our next stay. Rooms are huge and all have balconies. Gym and spa amazing, huge grounds and beautiful decor. See you again soon.

We stayed for a week over Lunar New Year and chose this hotel because the website described it as “our expansive beachfront sanctuary serves as a haven of tranquility.” Unfortunately, the reality was somewhat different. On our first evening, the Club Lounge was extremely busy, with only one member of staff dealing with customers. Service was slow and somewhat erratic, and this remained the case for much of our stay. It felt like the hotel was understaffed. Our dinner at Benjarong was acceptable, but the service was not at the standard expected for the price point, so we chose not to return. Afternoon tea was pleasant enough, but we found the afternoon tea at the bakery at the Marriott to be far superior. Our first day at the pool was disappointing as there were not enough sunbeds available. Shortly afterwards, preparations began for a large Indian wedding. That evening we were unable to sleep due to noise from the party. When we raised the issue, the hotel initially claimed the noise was coming from the neighbouring hotel. It clearly was coming from downstairs. The following day the “garden pool” was closed for to prepare for the the wedding party the following day, and music from their celebrations could be heard clearly at the other pool. Even trying to enjoy a quiet drink in the Club Lounge was difficult due to the noise from the pool area. The next day’s wedding events on the lawn created further noise throughout the afternoon and evening, making it difficult to relax either at the pool or in our room. When I raised these concerns with one of the managers, he appeared disinterested and said he did not believe the wedding would have any impact on our stay. He also commented that the wedding guests were more important. We had received no prior warning about the event or its likely impact, despite booking directly with Dusit. Had we known, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. One of the manager's commented that some guests found the wedding quite interesting, Unfortunately this was the fifth time we have encountered a large wedding celebration during a holiday and the novelty has worn off. Unfortunately they are not compatible with guests seeking a quiet, relaxing stay. I don’t understand why the hotel would allocate the majority of rooms to a wedding without informing other guests. To their credit, the hotel did eventually reduce our bill, but only after we pushed the matter. However, we would much rather have had the quiet, relaxing stay we originally planned. That said, the hotel itself is very attractive. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff at Nomada were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed our breakfasts and evening drinks there. The spa treatments were also first class. We only ate in the buffet for breakfast once and were put off by wedding guest having their feet massaged. This seemed highly inappropriate in a food setting. We didn't return. Unfortunately, despite these positives, the disruption during our stay means we would be very unlikely to return.

I stayed for three nights at Dusit Thani Hua Hin in a Dusit Club Room and had a very enjoyable experience overall. From the moment I arrived, Pim and Honey at the reception made me feel very welcome. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and their warm hospitality really set the tone for my stay. Staff members like them make a big difference in the overall experience. My stay also included a massage at Devarana Spa, which was absolutely wonderful. The massage was deeply relaxing and one of the highlights of my trip. If the hotel ever offers promotions that include daily spa treatments, I would definitely be happy to return and enjoy them again. The Dusit Club Room had a fantastic view overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean. Although the hotel has been around for some time, the renovation has clearly refreshed the rooms, and the room condition felt comfortable, clean, and well maintained. During my stay, there happened to be a wedding event at the resort. While it’s understandable that such beautiful resorts host celebrations, the area was a little busy and noisy at times. Since I was hoping for a very quiet and relaxing retreat, it was slightly noticeable. That said, the beautiful beachfront setting, comfortable rooms, and especially the warm hospitality of the staff made my stay very memorable. I would certainly be happy to return to Dusit Thani Hua Hin in the future.

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Jeder war 100prozentig aufmerksam und höflich. Das Frühstück ist für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Frisches Brot, Käse und Yogurt sind keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Alles andere ist international. Poolanlage schön. Gym sehr gut. Anlage im allgemeinen wunderschön. Tennis kostenlos. Früchte am Pool gratis. Wahnsinn. Schöne Zimmer.

Leider gab es bei uns viele ältere Deutsche die ständig gemeckert haben. Oftmals wegen Kleinigkeiten. Für uns als Familie die in Thailand leben immer wieder anstrengend. Zum Glück gab es es aber auch viel asiatische Familien im Hotel.
