-The swimming pool was one of the highlights—it was very large, clean, and well maintained, providing plenty of space for guests to relax and enjoy themselves without feeling overcrowded. -The beach was another excellent feature. It was clean, beautiful, and easily accessible, making it a perfect place to spend time during the day. -My sea-view room was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was one of the best parts of the experience. -I also appreciated the food options available throughout the hotel. There was a good variety of dishes

-The biggest disappointment was the attitude of the reception staff and the security personnel. They were generally not welcoming, rarely smiled, and did not seem interested in assisting guests. A warmer and more helpful approach would significantly improve the overall guest experience. -The towel system was also unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Guests are required to pay a relatively expensive deposit at the reception to receive a towel card. The card must then be exchanged for towels at the indoor swimming pool, which is located far on the other end the hotel. After collecting the towels, guests have to walk back across the hotel and cross the road to reach the beach. To receive the deposit back, the towel cards must be returned before 5:00 PM because only one employee handles the process and he finishes duty at 5PM. During the summer, 5:00 PM is far too early, and this entire procedure resulted in unnecessary walking, wasted time, and frustration. A much simpler and more guest-friendly system would greatly improve the experience. -I also experienced repeated problems with the room safe. The safe had to be completely replaced twice during my stay and the technician does not respond promptly. This caused additional delays and interrupted what should have been a relaxing vacation.

The receptions staff were amazing from a lady called Saoussew to Alladine but all rhe rest been perfect including concierge and doorman. The waiting staff as well treat me and my family in a lovely way. The buffet was super busy but plenty of food. Animation staff such as Mohammed and Abdul were incredible with a variety of activities and night shows.

The lack of WiFi on the rooms, the beach could have use some extra facilities such as toilet and proper shower and new sunbed.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever seen. The food was terrible, the property was old. Staff and booking were both unhelpful in trying to get us to get refunded for at least a room as it was so bad we didn't want to stay there. Never again.

Je ne sais pas satisfaite pas de clime a l accueil table sale manque de personnel de par tout pas de savon pas de serviette ô sais pas c est du champoig ou du gel douche dans le restaurant tu trouve pas une table pour manger et si tu trouves pas de couvercle Service tout compris c est juste de la eau a disposition les boissons gazeuse c est sur demande et il faut attendre au moins 20mî pour avoir un verre je ne suis pas contente au niveau du prix de la réservation

La connessione Wi-Fi non prende assolutamente se non sotto vicino alla reception ma non carica niente si deve usare comunque una sim locale. Il cibo buono ma purtroppo non c’era una fila ordinata. I corridoi non avevano un profumo gradevole nonostante la pulizia.

a colazione ci sono meno posti di quanti sono gli ospiti e non ero in piena stagione , ho dovuto arrangiarmi e mettermi anche in tavoli con la tovaglia sporca da quelli precedenti , stessa cosa per pranzo e cena , il prezzo comunque era basso e teneva conto di questi disservizi

The location and the sea side

- crowded , the hotel accepted a lot of people There is lignes everywhere, - stuff most of them are good ! Expect someone in the bar in the morning refused to give me water , and I have all inclusive. And a lady she serve a pizza near the pool she is very rood . - there is a lot of people so you can’t even find a plate to eat - one day the closed the restaurant and people was waiting to eat ( we payed all inclusive) - the food was good , but the jus wasn’t fresh, - the stuff refuse to give you drinks only 1 glass of soda and not more ( we payed all inclusive) - people are very loud and they spent all night near the pool I didn’t sleep at night .

Leider ist es ziemlich alt und teilweise Renovationsbedürftig, ich hatte das gefühl das gewisse Dinge einfach aufgegeben wurden.

الغرفة ليست نظيفة والأثاث قديم والتلفزيون لا يشتغل ورائحة الكريهة في الثلاجة الصغيرة المطعم سيء و نفس الاكل يتكرر موظفين سيئين الفندق لا يستحق 4 نجوم

Albergo molto accgliente e pulito non capisco quello che hanno scritto gli altri nelle recensioni. Avevamo una bella camera vista mare che veniva pulota tutti i giorni.

Devono controllare gli scarichi del water che perdono acqua.

Accoglienza terribile sembrava di essere in caserma Struttura ( armadi rotti, arredo molto vecchio, wifi non funzione, ristorante tutto scivoloso………………) Tanti cos’è da elencare 🙈

The foyer was beautiful. Great pool area.

The rooms have not been maintained since they were built in the 90s. Same mattresses, pillows, sheets, tvs, everything. The balcony appeared eaten by white ants and was dangerously. The balcony door would not shut properly. The toilet broke twice. TV reception was horrendous and only had a few local channels. Sheets were old and stained. Prices to get a pool towel took 40 minutes.

Les chambres n'étaient pas propres la nourriture tous les jours la même chose. Les prestations ne correspondaient pas. Aucune animation pas de climatisation dans les chambres qui fonctionnent. Et j'en passe.

HOTEL vecchio non non cambiano gli asciugamani non rifanno bene i letti non cambiano le tovaglie sui tavoli in ristorante poco personale e pochi tavoli per la grandezza dell’hotel in Italia. Non sarebbe nemmeno un due stelle aria condizionata non funzionante la sera nel ristorante entri lavato e profumato ed esci puzzolente di cucina. Non consigliato io non ci tornerei per fortuna sono stato solo due notti.
