Beautiful apartment in a great location! Close to the city center, restaurants, museums, etc. The hotel was clean, modern, and contained all the amenities needed for a small family. The staff was great and always attentive to our needs. The breakfast was okay. We would stay here again!

The shower head kept falling down because the mount was well worn. We had to raise the shower and use the ceiling to "pin" it in position. The mount should be replaced...

The rooms we not cleaned how they usually do , coffee was not replaced , The room was a little bit tidied but nowhere near the usual standard at the strand . I stay often

I requested one of my three rooms to be city side, you upgraded all my rooms to city side which was nice but on the first floor where the trees blocked our view.

Central location with views of the river and Castle. Super friendly and helpful staff. We were in a rush and needed a room before official check in. Not only did they have one ready but they upgraded us too.

The EV charge point was hard to set up.

We arrived to the hotel. Realized it was not a place we wanted to stay. We were in our room for 20min and then went down to the lobby desk. Where the manager Darren said we could not get a full refund. Room coat $294 and we got $73 back…… horrible experience. Bathrooms look like barracks bathrooms and the room look dingy and rundown.

Initially, parking is quite easy to find, hotel has it's own slip road which leads either to the rear hotel entrance door, or, down to the underground car park which is vast. Easy transfer into the hotel itself, then up via a lift to the reception. Check in was fine, we were very early, they still checked to see if the room was ready, which it wasn't. We could have stayed in the hotel until it was, but we elected to walk into the city centre, they offered to text me when the room was ready, but we said we would be returning after normal check in time. The room itself was very spacious, large comfortable bed, with plenty of pillows, with a nicely laid out bathroom.

We were disturbed a couple of times during the night, with people noisely returning from their evenings out, with no consideration for others, laughing and talking quite loudly considering the hour. Firstly around 3am, then again bizarely around 5.45am? What a night that must have been! We personally would have been creeping back to our room whispering, as opposed to the loud conversation's going on. The next issue we had was the brew kettle, when we tried to make our morning cuppa at 6.30, I filled the kettle, switched on, and nothing happened. I moved to another socket, still nothing. So I called reception, they said they would get it replaced later, so I asked what about now. The chap said I will bring you some hot water in the meantime, which he did. This was ok for the first brew, but as the water was only in two metal jugs, it didn't stay hot for long So, our second brew was only warm as opposed to hot. So, we thought, ok we'll use the Nespresso coffee machine, only to find, that we couldn't get that to work. So Google came to help, to make sure we were doing things correctly, which we did, but still no action. On checking out, when we brought both issues up, they were very apologetic about the kettle, but, apparently, the water tank of the coffee machine, has to be brim full for the machine to function. Our bad!! There were only two coffee pods, so presumably, a lot of water must get poured away when the room is cleaned! However, nowhere is there any instructions, as to how to use the coffee machine, which I pointed out to the receptionist. She said she was going to bring that up as an issue, so presumably, we weren't the first people to have experienced this issue, and won't be the last. We didn't dine or breakfast at the hotel, so we can't comment on the food. Otherwise, our room was fine, the hotel was fine, would we return, doubtfully.

Easy to get to , location was good , both bathroom and room spotless , bed was very comfortable staff were very friendly and accomodating , ate dinner at restaurant lovely young lady served us , wonderful customer service didn’t get her name , she was from Tipperary , booking was 615pm please give her our compliments thank you

Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was top notch!

Shower was pathetic, not what you expect from a 4 star. Room was on the first floor near ballroom so it was very loud. Room also smelt badly of smoke. We don’t normally leave poor reviews but unfortunately for the room rate this was not worth the stay.

Front of house staff were very friendly amd efficient. We were upgraded to a suite with a corner balcony. The views over the river of the city were fabulous. The leisure centre is not to be missed with an ice bath, jacuzzi, sauna etc.

Hotel fire alarm went off loudly both last during the night and in the morning with further drilling happening in surrounding rooms from 7:30am. Phone in room to reception did not work and when issues were raised during check out’s they were immediately passed over to move on to the next guests. No value for money and the worst stay we’ve had in a hotel.

Staff at reception and the pool were lovely to deal with. Room very clean and comfortable.

Lunch in the bar was mediocre.

Directions within the hotel were confusing - got free exercise trying to find the leisure centre. A few areas & amenities were closed that we might have enjoyed, or at least liked a look at (eg; downstairs garden area & rooftop restaurant)

Freundliches Personal und gute Lage, Zimmer geräumig.

Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig bezüglich Wasserdruck und die Halterung war locker. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer ein bisschen abgewohnt.

Central location, triple room available for 3 adult friends, good breakfast, competent staff.

Parking at property is an additional cost… would be a nice touch if this was honoured by the hotel.

How when in a group not making any noise just chatting taking pics one of my family members where asked to keep quite. Also while checking in a lady who had claimed we skipped the queue when she was no where to be seen was really rude and shouting at us and the reception just let it happen. My sister in law arrived later in the day and when checking in was asked loads if undeserved questions one been that the hotel was very expensive,like she couldn't pay for it.

Perfect location walking distance to city centre. Nice,clean and very helpful staff. Rooms were spotless got lucky with an upgrade to an executive suite from the very lovely and friendly Miracle at reception. Good value for money will book again.
