Posizione strategica per visitare Santa Monica a 20 soli minuti a piedi oppure fermata dell’autobus i fiori dall’hotel. La struttura mette a disposizione per la colazione degli snack veloci e del caffè.

La stanza non è munita di aria condizionata, poco spaziosa e la finestra della camera affaccia all’interno della struttura verso i parcheggi quindi poca privacy.

The location is good, walking distance to the Santa Monica beach, and it’s surrounded by different restaurants, shops. The room was clean, a bit small for 5 people, but we were expecting it. There was a free basic breakfast and coffee served at the reception, which was a nice start of the day.

No air conditioning for a hot summer, it was 90 degrees that week and inside the room 96 degrees. They left dirty towels in the chair and shower hose had bad water pressure.

Staff were so friendly. The hotel was located in an amazing location. It was clean, beds were comfy. Rooms were cosy. Free parking too which was a huge bonus. Loved this hotel and when I return to Santa Monica in the future I would definitely stay here again!

The friendly and kind staff and the position that is close to different food and coffee options and it's 10/15 minutes by walk to the beach.

Siendo un alojamiento CARO, NO disponía de aire acondicionado. NO incluye desayuno. Algunas habitaciones tienen frente a su puerta unas mesas en las que se sientan algunos huéspedes a cenar, desayunar, o a jugar a juegos de mesa.

Classico Motel Americano, camere ampie, spaziose e pulite! Apprezzatissima (per noi italiani) la macchinetta Nespresso con le cialde gratuite in camera! Fatto trovare alla bimba un peluche regalo sul letto all’arrivo! Piccola accortezza che fa sempre molto piacere! Donne di servizio molto gentili e disponibile così come i ragazzi/ragazze alla reception. Altra cosa da non sottovalutare il parcheggio all’interno “della corte” video sorvegliato compreso nel prezzo della stanza! Una bellissima scoperta nel nostro viaggio in California In reception caffè e the h24, colazione minimal con prodotti confezionati, ma se si desidera a pochi passi ci sono vari bar.

Posizione comoda per spiaggia, molo e attrazioni. Camera pulita e possibilità di caffé Nespresso in reception.

Non c’è aria condizionata solo ventilatori e andrebbe segnalato in qualche modo.

Excellent emplacement. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. C'est davantage un motel qu'un hôtel mais très familial. Propre. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation est un gros problème. Aucun isolation du bâtiment. Il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à dormir. Attention l'été où les temperatures exterieures sont fortes. C'est le gros point noir qu'il faut prendre en compte car ça peut gâcher le séjour. Bruit de la route très passante.

Le parking gratuit, à proximité des chambres comme dans tous motels.

Pas de climatisation. Tout le monde a sa porte ouverte dès que possible. Très chaud dans la chambre. La TV s'allume toute seule la nuit. J'ai dû l'éteindre 5 fois la 1ere nuit. Impossible à faire autrement ni changer de chambre. Literie vieille, très molle. Mal au dos. Chambre proche de la route, fenêtre ouverte car pas de climatisation = on entend toutes les voitures passées. Des voitures de police ont mis leur sirène en pleine nuit... horrible. Pas de frigidaire.

This small hotel with car park was great place for our trip to LA. We spent here 3 nights and can only recommend. Room was clean, staff polite and they changed our room, when we requested refrigerator. It was quiet place in area where we felt safe. It is ~15 minutes walk from beach, few restaurants, shops and gas station around. We booked directly on their web couple weeks before arrival and got very good price.

This hotel is a great find. I have to commend all of the staff - everyone we spoke with was friendly, so helpful and accommodating and I could not rate them high enough! We had reason to need to move hotels, and the guys arranged this for us without a single issue. The room was spotlessly clean. It is about a 15minute walk to the water, which is ideal. There was coffee and water available all day which was great, and the products in the bathroom were great too. The only issue we had was that there was no air conditioning and the room did get quite warm. If it weren't for that, i would be giving 5 stars.

Staff efficient, pleasant, Tya, Olivia, Alysia, Blake and other support staff sustain awareness as to how they may best assist. Clearly, Alexandria, their manager, fosters such care and professionalism.

Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Wir haben sie aber auch nicht gebraucht.

Based out of the hotel for 9 nights to see family and friends. Location is great, staff friendly and helpful. I'll be back 💪😁🤗

A wonderful apartment situated on the 5th floor in part of Le Marly „Residence de grand standing“ on the sea front at Menton. Access is via the side street Avenue Laurenti, where the entrance to the underground parking is also situated. The appartment has recently been completely renovated and is well equipped. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, which has a pull out draw to make a second one. Additionally the couch in the lounge/ diner converts into a double bed. There is a shower room with wash basin and the toilet is seperate. The small kitchen forms part of the lounge/diner and is well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. (Note: no microwave). TV and Internet provided. There are two balconies. The one adjoining the lounge overlooks the side street and has a good view of the sea. As it is east facing, it is nice and cool for relaxing on hot evenings. The other balcony adjoins the bedrooms and being west facing gets sun in the afternoon. It overlooks the very quiet internal quadrant, which has an artificial pool (bathing strictly prohibited) and lawn/gardens for relaxing. The allocated parking space is on level -2. We had a large car and the space was fine. However our driver needed a bit of guidance to negotiate the ramp down to level -2. There is lift from the car park to the flat. The appartment is perfect for the beach which is reached by zebra crossing and a small pedestrian underpass. Since we were last there in 2022, the beach has improved enormously. Previously dominated by beach clubs, non paying bathers had a few sq meters next to the Stade Rondelli at one end. Now (June 2026) there are only two beach clubs. But the extensive free sandy beach may not last... The town centre is a few minutes on foot and plenty of opportunities for walking next to the sea to Italy or Monaco.

Nicely appointed boutique hotel with exceptional staff and generous room sizes close to the Santa Monica pier. The Continental breakfast in lobby was a nice surprise.

I’e been here twice & both times were great. The rooms are tropical & not run down like some in Santa Monica. Free breakfast & I tried the electric bike the last time, which was fun. Rooms are really clean & the beds are comfortable just a good stay in Santa Monica❣️

What a wonderful stay! We stayed here for just one night as a family with two children, and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the kindest and friendliest staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless — one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. Everything was well maintained and cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. We were especially impressed by how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, which made it easy for both adults and children to relax after a busy day. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, another detail that made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our short visit so pleasant. Highly recommended!

Three of us traveled to the area for the Ladies USGA Tournament. We could have made it a day trip but decided to have a good night sleep before enjoying day 1 of the Tournament. The Santa Monica Hotel was perfect for us ! While the rooms are small they had every convience and were immaculate. The vibe of Floridian art deco was authentic and inviting. Laurie the hostess who greeted us was charming and dressed in colors complimenting the palette of the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was more like a light snack, but it was very convenient and a nice bonus. I also really appreciated that the staff kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier and check out a bit later. Thank you for being so accommodating! The location is perfect. There is a Starbucks and a Panda Express nearby, so it’s very easy to grab a coffee or something to eat.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the windows couldn’t be opened. There wasn’t much fresh air in the room for me personally. There is a ventilation system, but I still felt like I needed more fresh air.

There was no air conditioning in the room which was ok as the weather was not too hot but any hotter and it would not have been pleasant, even with the fan provided.

I cant say enough good things about the room and staff. I found myself alone across the US. with no place to stay. Not knowing the area. The 3 to 11 pm person really made me feel safe and helped so much. The rooms and people were all very nice. I cant wait to return.

We had a lovely spacious room with a really comfy bed. The snack breakfast was a bonus and the free rental bikes was an even bigger bonus.
