Location was excellent

Check in took way to long. I payed for the reservation before I arrived. When I was checking in I was asked for a deposit which should have been included during the booking. Unexpected fees ruin people's vacations.

La ubicación

Las instalaciones son muy muy antiguas, la recepción, la fachada, parece un hostal. Lo que más me llamó la atención negativamente fue la relación calidad precio.

Forse dovrebbero fare dei ritocchi alle porte e agli arredi per gli ospiti un po’ più esigenti I lavandini della cucina e del bagno erano un poco otturati ma nel complesso siamo stati benissimo Mare a due passi, il migliore della California. Abbiamo preso due camere con letto king vista giardino e onestamente è stata la scelta giusta perché altrimenti avremmo dovuto portare le valigie al piano primo ma non c’era l’ascensore! Comodo e modico pure il noleggio delle bici Biancheria da letto pulita e materasso ottimo Buon rapporto qualità prezzo Ci ritornerei

Great location, just across from the beach. Room was comfortable, AC worked well. Close to some good restaurants (Cha Cha Chicken, Cobi, Dogtown Coffee). Bus that can take you to the pier. Santa Monica Center and the Metro station. A bit of a hike but there’s even a bus to LAX. They also have bikes and beach stuff you can borrow.

Would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel, but there was a coffee maker in the room.

The staff were great and helpful if we needed assistance. We received a room upgrade to the next level which was a lovely surprise. The kitchen king room was really spacious and clean. We loved the location of the hotel.

Die Strandnähe war hervorragend. Es war auch möglich sich Stühle und Sonnenschirme auszuleihen für den Strand. Die Nähe zum Pier ist auch toll! Das Zimmer war super auch die Größe war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter. Das sollte bewusst sein. Der Preis für eine Nacht ist finde ich schon viel, aber die Gegend ist einfach toll! Daher würden wir das Hotel immer wieder buchen. Das Personal war super freundlich und gibt tolle Tipps!

Der Kühlschrank in der Nacht ist tatsächlich lauter und das Strandequipment könnte mehr sein. Liegen wären super!

Top Lage, 10min vom Pier, wenige Minuten vom Strand / Bordwalk. Aussicht aufs Meer. Tische draussen und drinnen. Ttotzdem ruhige und friedliche Umgebung. Gute Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Freundliches Personal. Gibt auch Badetücher für den Strand und ein paar Strandutensilien. Preis-Leistung top, gerade im Vergleich mit viel teureren Hotels in der Umgebung.

Gute Lage, kleines typisch amerikanisches Hotel, Santa Monica Pier ist ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Parking annoncé mais complet à notre arrivée... On a du tourner 15min pour trouver une place. Les places devant l'hôtel doivent être libéré avant 9h et pas plus de 5h de suite... prix très élevé pour une chambre miteuse dans un hôtel vraiment pas top. Ps: même pas de balaie pour le WC...

1. Za ovu cijenu od skoro 400$ po nocenju ocekivali smo puno vise, a nemate nista osim sobe i kreveta 2. Klima je uzasno bucna, ne hladi kako treba 3. Zavjese ne mozete potpuno zatvoriti i pre kratke su i zbog toga vam ujutro prolazi svjetlost kroz njih i nije potpuni mrak 4. Kreveti su dosta mali 5. Ne izgleda kao na slikala, puno je vise staromodno Iskreno, vrijednost cijene i kvalitete je jako loša. Preskupo, a nemate nikakvih sadržaja niti su sobe kvalitetno opremljene.

La struttura è molto vecchia, non è per nulla insonorizzata e abbiamo fatto davvero fatica a dormire in quanto si sente anche un leggero passo dai piani di sopra. Assicuratevi di chiedere una stanza al piano di sopra e possibilmente vista giardino visto che la strada lì non è il massimo la sera. Un altro piccolo appunto: materasso a molle abbastanza antiquato e duro, suggerisco di inserire dei topper per maggior comodità e magari due bottiglie d’acqua di cortesia per ogni stanza. Sarebbe stato un voto più alto ma visto il prezzo credo ci sia da migliorare

Emplacement super. Près de la plage, des cafés et santa monica pier. Chambre bien équipée (capsules de café renouvelé tous les jours, micro-onde, frigo, sèche cheveux, ..) Serviettes de plage dans la chambre. Possibilité de louer des vélos de qualité au bon prix. Chambre propre dans l'ensemble.

Hôtel un peu vétuste. Présence d'un gros cafard dans la chambre un soir.

Location location location!! Literally right across from Santa Monica beach. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Bikes onsite to rent for a minimal fee in which we took advantage of, so fun!! Room was nice and clean had everything we needed.

The stairs and having to lug our luggage up and down. An elevator would have been a bonus. You do have to pay an additional 30 some dollars a day for parking onsite as well which can be tight.

Location and staff are great - hotel is a little older, and the 'garden view' was just the parking lot at the back. Staff made up for a lot.

The garden was small not that they can do anything. The front office and gates need a refresh. Surprised there were no beach loungers or chairs or parasols available to rent. If you wanted to be on the beach you had to lie on a towel which we found odd.

Hairs in the bath, I am still waiting for $50 deposit we were asked to pay, which I was told would be refunded to us once they checked if we took any snacks of drinks from the room which we didn't. I did email them but have not received a response yet.

Nice clean room with a good air conditioner.

Parking isn’t guaranteed so we had to park offsite 1 of our 3 nights. They did however remove that days parking charge from our bill.

The location of the hotel (more like a motel to be honest) is great and that's what you pay for. It was clean and comfortable and secure. Parking facility very handy in this busy town but you have to pay extra for that. Reception staff very busy and not the most welcoming but check out chap very friendly.

Camera bellissima e molto spaziosa (avevamo scelto quella con cucina)

Abbiamo dovuto chiedere delle lenzuola pulite in quanto quelle che erano state messe avevano delle macchie. Avevamo chiesto un paio d’ore in più rispetto alla partenza (avendo la compagna in gravidanza) ci è stato negato (credo proprio che con tutte le camere da riordinare e pulire non cambiasse nulla alla struttura - data la montagna di soldi spesa per 4 gg)

Nebyla snídaně, ale za rohem byla vynikající Dogtown Coffe, tak bez problémů.

AC stopped working in the middle of night and literally we couldnt sleep all night and literally park in front of it is full of homeless and it doesnt feel safe at all.

Bayside Hotel is AMAZING!!! In the heart of downtown Santa Monica, CA. Located across the street from the ocean, beach, and a beautiful grassy park. Immaculate room with full kitchen, incredible closet and storage, beach towels and bag, air conditioning, comfortable bed, great interior yard with tables to sit at, exterior tables facing beach/ocean to eat at, play games, read a book. Walk to everything. On site parking for our pickup truck. GREAT front desk managers, super helpful. The gals cleaning the rooms were Clean Goddesses. Hip, Modern, European Feel. I wish we could have stayed longer...... Had to get back to work. We are planning a trip in November to stay at Bayside Hotel again.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito próxima da praia, o que facilita bastante os passeios a pé e torna a estadia ainda mais agradável. A equipe foi muito cordial e prestativa durante toda a nossa hospedagem. O quarto era confortável e bem equipado, com uma pequena cozinha que incluía micro-ondas, frigobar e pia. Isso fez bastante diferença para nós, pois pudemos preparar algumas refeições e economizar durante a viagem. No geral, as instalações atenderam bem às nossas expectativas.

O principal ponto negativo que nos decepcionou foi a questão do estacionamento. O anúncio informa que há estacionamento gratuito, mas isso pode gerar uma expectativa diferente da realidade. O estacionamento privativo do hotel é pago e custa US$ 33 por dia. As únicas vagas gratuitas são as vagas públicas localizadas em frente ao hotel, porém elas possuem diversas restrições: durante o dia são cobradas, o tempo máximo de permanência é de 5 horas e, em alguns dias da semana, há limpeza da rua entre 7h e 9h, sendo necessário retirar o carro nesse período. Isso acabou sendo bastante inconveniente e estressante para nós, principalmente por precisarmos ficar atentos aos horários e mover o veículo com frequência. Outro ponto negativo foi o isolamento acústico. Era possível ouvir com bastante clareza os barulhos do quarto de cima, e em uma das noites isso acabou atrapalhando nosso descanso, já que tivemos dificuldade para dormir.

Location is fabulous, close to beach and only 20 minutes each to Getty Villa and Getty Center. Very easy to get to town and stores. Bed was very comfortable and room/bathroom were clean. Had a mini- fridge, but have to remove some items, they would charge you for, to use it. Air conditioning good and quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I asked for quiet room on the garden to cut down on road noise, but I ate my takeout dinner looking over the park and ocean on upstairs tables on west side of of building. Plenty of closet space. Bedside lamps have charging station and two other outlets in room. Building felt secure with locked doors at all entrances opened with room key. Have bike rentals.

This property is basically a two story older, vintage motel which needs railings painted and has paper thin walls. Rooms on garden are quieter than rooms with ocean view. I was on 2nd floor so I didn’t have to hear people walking on upper floor. I was also there during week days. Only one staff member checking in multiple guests in small office which took a while. No elevator which was hard for me as a senior. Ice is only on ground floor. Parking behind building cost $30/night and is quite small/cramped. Metered parking across from front of motel that is free after 6p. Had small bedside tables with cabinets, but no drawers. (#212). Basic, no frills which was fine for me.

Terrible noise from boy racers up and down the main road. Lots of talking outside rooms, unable to sleep until 4am. Very poor value for money. This room cost us more than a room in the Bellagio in Vegas!

The front desk staff, Chris, was a pleasure to deal with! So friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was the cleanest hotel room we’ve stayed in during our 4 week vacation across the U.S. - a shower you can comfortably stand in, the floor was vinyl so no old carpet that you would typically get in hotel rooms. Just overall it was so comfortable and extremely hygienic which we really appreciated!! We will 100% be staying again.

The fact that free parking wasn't included, but I guess that's the going thing now/ the room was already pretty pricey because we stayed on the weekend & it was an oceanfront room, just was put off we had to pay to park in their private parking lot & that it wasn't included in the price of the room 😐

Hotel je na pěkném místě blízko Venice beach. Má vlastní parkoviště. Postele byly pohodlné. Byly jsme tu jen jednu noc, vše bylo ok. Nedaleko na Main Street jsou restaurace a kavárny.
