It’s looking tired in places , and could do with a upgrade

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Personal war total freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Eine kleine Anmerkung: Auf dem Hotelgelände bzw. am Hotelgebäude leben einige Katzen. Es wäre schön, wenn für die Tiere an mehreren Stellen Trinknäpfe mit frischem Wasser aufgestellt werden könnten, besonders bei warmen Temperaturen. Das wäre eine sehr schöne und tierfreundliche Geste. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber uns wurde gesagt, dass ab Oktober mit der Renovierung begonnen werden soll.

В общем отдохнули нормально (двое взрослых и двое детей 6 и 11 лет). Персонал адекватный, приветливый, но не везде и не весь.

1. Ресторан не рассчитан на такое количество гостей. 2. После того, как вы найдете столик, вам прийдется искать столовые приборы и чтобы кто-то убрал со стола. 3. Все напитки безалкогольные, алкогольные, причем в любом баре, включая лобби, теплые (кроме пива). 4. Пляж также, как и ресторан, не рассчитан на такое количество людей. Некоторые занимают лежаки с рассветом, а приходят не понятно когда.

I didn't like the fact that although we communicate directly with the hotel head office to get the prices The sales office staff tell us to book the hotel through booking , com although we are members of Azur loyalty program , and have the card of membership

The staff was very helpful. Ahmed Walby at the reception was extremely helpful. Appreciate his kindness.

The restaurant area was really dirty. The tables were very sticky of dirt. The variety of food was really little, however the food itself was very tasty. The stuff was very busy, that’s not so helpful. The beach is very small for this amount of people, and unfortunately there were big ships along both sides of the beach. We changed the hotel after the first night.

Most of the staff were very pleasant. The cleaner for room 301 was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and beds resulted in a good night's sleep.

The food!! Despite me telling them I was allergic to gluten and vegetarian, and them speaking specifically to me about this. It made absolutely no difference. Meals became very repetitive. Rice and boiled veg. Sometimes delicious looking dishes were available only to find meat in them. Rice with a little mince sprinkled on top, lentils with basil which had sausage sliced into them. No allergy warnings as there are in the Arabia Azur. Minimal drink options for diabetics, just diet Pepsi. Cleaners need to be given more time to do deep cleans. Electrics need sorting, some sockets don't work. Around the hotel areas that have been over painted need sorting out. Little things need doing that could make a huge difference.

المكان سيء جدا معاملة الناس هناك سيئة للغايه ناس في قلة الزوق وعدم الاحترام للامانه مفيش غير مدير الاستقبال هو الوحيد اللي زوق ومحترم أفراد الأمن غاية في قلة الأدب والزوق في التعامل حتى مدير الأمن نفسه ما بيعرفش يتعامل مع الناس المحترمه ولا يقدر الناس تجربه سيئه للغايه لا ارشحه على الاطلاق الغرف مش حلوه فرش قديم جدا ومش نظيف المكان مش حلو الاكل سيء وغير متنوع استاف غير محترف بالمره الشاطئ سيء وزحمه وغير منظم المكان غير آمن على الاطلاق كل الغرف بتبص على بعض المسافات ضيقه بين التراسات ولا يوجد خصوصيه تجربه سيئه

Gute Lage. Zimmer groß, Zimmerservice gut, Essen viel Auswahl, sehr guter Kaffee Tägliches Animationsprogramm mit viel Aufwand! Interessant für Eltern mit Kinder.

It was really a fantastic stay, our sixth time here, with incredibly beautiful sea, sandy beach, 1st line location (just on the beach), great room with all necessary facilities: kettle, coffee-tea, minibar with refilled water and sodas. And specially extraordinary & exceptional service!!! Our huge gratitude to guest relation Veronika, who helped with any questions and issues during our stay on a high professional level with the very polite and friendly way. There is nothing too much for her, always with smile and readiness to help. The food was absolutely delucious and very varied. It was so tasty, that ypu cannot stop eating and like it more and more. There is also a good internet in Reception, bar and on the beach that you can work on-line.. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations a lot. We will definitely come back and hopefully not one time more.

Hôtel est super bien placé, beaucoup de magasins, bars et restaurants ouverts tard la nuit, j' ai eu une chambre grande et confortable avec une vue superbe sur la mer. Très belle plage aménagée . Restauration correct . Le personnel est très aimable et aux petits soins. Très bon séjour au Marlin inn

the food was very good specially the bakeries the staff was so friendly even with rude guests the beach was nice and suitable for kids the animation team was very friendly with kids thanks to the hotel management for celebrating my son birthday

What disappointed me the most was the hotel's failure to enforce its own rules. While I strictly followed the regulations, many non-compliant guests ignored them without any accountability or consequences from the management. This lack of enforcement created an unfair environment and honestly made me feel that staying compliant was pointless, which eventually pushed me to stop following the rules as well. The management needs to ensure that policies apply to everyone equally.

Everything was excellent, from the sandy beach to the variety of food and the staff. Special thanks to Mrs. Ghada for her insisting of giving us the best experience. The beach was sandy, relaxing, and clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The lifeguards did their jobs well. I also liked how the buffet had a different international theme every day, featuring cuisines such as Mexican, Turkish, Asian, Egyptian and more. The food offered plenty of variety, and the desserts were especially delicious.

Some employees were a bit too persistent in promoting additional services such as the spa and photography, which could be somewhat annoying. However, some of them were respectful and stopped once you politely declined. Additionally, some of the beach loungers could benefit from maintenance, as a few of them showed signs of wear and tear or even broken. But all in all I would happily return to this hotel to enjoy this experience again.

A resort that saw better days, it is collapsing due to upper management stupidity, they will charge you for a small bottle of water on the beach (had all inclusive fair), and force you to drink water from a cooler in tiny paper cup regardless how many times you make the trip, they capped the pass tubes with plastic covers in lieu of replacing the older ones, now the tubes are 5 inches over the legal height and it is very likely that you will slip due to height and slippery texture, the food is good one day and the other mediocre, the specialist restaurant (Italian) offers food that sounds Italian on the menu and when you taste it, it is nothing of a sort, the sou chef came when I complained and asked him of his knowledge of Italian food, he refused to answer or give his name, the main bar tender in the dining room when asked to provide a bottle of beer to accompany lunch he said ruddy that would be extra, a waiter saved the day suggestion to take two glass (3/4 of a small beer) to avoid going back and fort, the reception suggested that the gymnasium is leased when he was told that the equipment is not working and what is is in poor condition, this wasn’t true and the gymnasium was owned by the hotel and nothing was fixed while I was there. I was offered a fruit basket the night before my departure for reconciliation, I returned it letting them know there was no time to consume it. With all some employees are keeping the old training trying to assist such as the head of the reception and his assistant, the senior waiter in the main dining room and the chamber maid who offered all efforts to assist, others said they carrying out orders. Hopefully someone buys it and return its glory days!

This is my second stay and as the last time it exceeded my expectations. The staff are very polite, respectful and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are clean. A beautiful sandy beach. The food is good with a variety that suited my specific diet. The property is not too big and everything is accessible with a short walk. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Gamal and Ghada for facilitating all special requests and ensuring a smooth stay :)

We booked the Italian restaurant dinner (included in the all inclusive) for one of the nights, but the food was not good. The normal dinner buffet is way better.

The stay was excellent, the hotel was beautiful, everything was great, and the hotel staff were excellent and very helpful, especially Ms. Ghada, who provided us with every comfort for a pleasant vacation. I recommend it to everyone; it's excellent value for money, and it certainly won't be my last visit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Marlin à Hurghada. L’établissement est très agréable, propre, bien situé et l’ambiance y est vraiment chaleureuse. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Rada, l’hôtesse de l’hôtel, pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son sourire permanent. Elle a été attentive à chaque détail et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable grâce à son accueil exceptionnel. Le personnel est serviable, les chambres confortables et le service de très bonne qualité. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans hésitation à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un bon séjour à Hurghada. Dass man selbst tagsüber einen ebenfalls im Hotel eingebuchten Gast nicht kurz mit ins Zimmer nehmen konnte, ohne dass sofort die Security kam.

Personale meget høflig og hjælpsom. Nemt og gå rundt i. Stor udvalg af mad i buffet Meget godt animation og underholdning

Medarbejde i fælles område taler højt til hindanden. Højt alarm lyd ved ind/udgang.

Beliggende, good personale service, god afstand mellem alle faciliteter og til strand. Mad er meget varieret, god aktivitet og underholdning.

The location

All of the room furniture is very very old. The AC is very old it makes noise and you can barely sleep there the same for the mini fridge. And the same for the closet. The bathroom is very old and it wasn’t clean there was some hair on the ground not mine. Also 99% of the guests are old people. Nothing wrong with that but it just shows there target audience is not young people. Also bad outlets for charging the phones( so old so slow) and no wifi in the rooms

The staff is friendly and there are plenty of activities on site. Perimeter is big, cool environment. Nice room.

The food was very bland unfortunately (except for the day they had local Egyptian food which was very good). But the Western food was not good, few exceptions maybe. The staff sometimes bugs you a little too often at the beach when you just want to relax. The drinks weren't really good either. Fresh juices were not a part of the all-inclusive package.

Услуги спа салона стоило бы подкорректировать, В наглую массажист требует деньги И момент при расторжение договора не понятен почему не отдают 50% стоимости от остатка
