Estan comenzando a reformar las habitaciones y hay mucha diferencia entre las nuevas y las antiguas, a nosotros nos toco una antigua pero con buenas vistas. Cuando terminen de reformarlo todo sera espectacular

Je souhaite signaler un comportement extrêmement préoccupant de la part d’un membre du personnel de cet établissement. Pendant mon séjour, cet employé m’a contacté sur une application de rencontre et s’est montré particulièrement insistant, avec des allusions à caractère sexuel malgré mon malaise et mon manque d’intérêt. La situation est devenue encore plus inquiétante après mon départ. Depuis mon retour en France, cette personne continue à me contacter et a réussi à me retrouver sur mes réseaux sociaux personnels, notamment Facebook et Messenger. Au vu des informations dont il dispose, je crains que certaines données auxquelles il a pu avoir accès dans le cadre de mon séjour aient été utilisées pour me retrouver et me contacter à titre privé. Je considère ce comportement comme totalement inacceptable et extrêmement intrusif. Un client doit pouvoir confier ses informations personnelles à un établissement hôtelier sans craindre qu’un membre du personnel puisse éventuellement s’en servir pour le retrouver et le contacter en dehors de tout cadre professionnel. Les sollicitations répétées continuent aujourd’hui alors que je suis rentré en France. Cette expérience a complètement changé mon regard sur cet établissement et soulève, à mes yeux, de sérieuses questions concernant le respect de la vie privée des clients et l’encadrement du personnel.

Fantastisk vistelse – varmt rekommenderat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jag är verkligen jättenöjd med min vistelse på det här hotellet. Som helhet var hotellet helt underbart stort, fint och med en härlig atmosfär. Rummen var lagom stora och kändes rymliga och bekväma, inte alls instängda. Utsikten från balkongen var fantastisk och gjorde vistelsen ännu bättre. Maten var också väldigt god och det som verkligen imponerade på mig var den underbara stranden. Men det som framför allt gjorde vistelsen så bra var personalen. Alla var otroligt trevliga, vänliga och hjälpsamma och man kände sig verkligen välkommen och väl omhändertagen. Jag vill särskilt uppmärksamma Reda, som var helt fantastisk. Han var otroligt hjälpsam och en person som man verkligen kunde vända sig till oavsett vad det gällde. Allt löstes snabbt och smidigt, och hans service och bemötande gjorde verkligen skillnad för vår vistelse. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det här hotellet till alla som planerar att åka till Hurghada. Om ni vill ha ett fint hotell, bra service, god mat, en underbar strand och personal som verkligen bryr sig om sina gäster – då tycker jag absolut att ni ska välja detta hotell! Tack för en fantastisk vistelse! ❤️

Pas de wifi dans la chambre mais on nous a donné une carte sim avec 10go de data mais la connexion était assez faible

10-en erkeztunk es mindenki nagyon elegedett volt. Egyiptomban még ilyen tiszta szallasunk nem volt. Az etelek kifogástalanok, rengeteg fajta és nagyon izletesek. A szemelyzet nagyon kedves, csodalatos volt minden.

Des vacances au top. Une belle plage avec toujours des chaises longues disponibles. Une belle piscine trés animée.. Des options de restauration un peu partout dans le complexe. Le buffet du soir super surtout le BBQ viande de très bonne qualité. Tout est pensé pour que vous passiez des vancances sans tracas. Lunch box quand vous faites des excursions même très tôt le matin, chambre mise à disposition pour prendre une douche et se changer avant vol tardif. Personnel souriant et avenant . Notre référent Ahmed qui s'occupe de vos moindres demandes avec une réactivité et une positivité forte agréable. Complexe propre et des jardins entretenus par des jardiniers dévoués. Non loin de sheraton road avec toujpurs des taxis disponibles. Une promenade avec magasins et restauration dès la sortie de l"hôtel. Bref un endroit idéal pour passer des vacances inoubliables.

Wir waren gottseidank nur für eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Im Zimmer war es sehr dreckig. Das AI-Essen war essbar, entsprach aber dem typischen „Massen-AI“ von geringwertiger Qualität. Wir waren im Anschluss im JAZ Makadina, da lagen Welten dazwischen.

Os serviços disponíveis, a simpatia e profissionalismo de todo o staff, a localização, a praia, a limpeza e cuidado de todos os espaços do hotel.

Apesar de espaçoso e confortável, o quarto e sobretudo a casa de banho, precisam de remodelação. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho a trabalhar, o que nos impedia de o ligar durante a noite.

Undoubtedly, the hotel staff is the major PLUS of this property. They compensate for any deficiencies. We arrived at 3:00 am, Mr. Ahmed Nageh was at the reception, he tirelessly mobilized the staff to arrange for extra bed, and all we asked for. Due to a bit old bathroom facilities, we asked for room change, he promised the next morning, and he did. His colleague (Mr. Mohammed Awadh) has moved us as soon as we woke up in the morning. I travel extensively in Europe and I must say, I did not have such pleasant responses from hotel staff (mainly, at 3:00 am). In regard to the hotel facilities, the beach is wonderful. The hotel was totally full, and we always found sunbeds and beach umbrellas. There are very many of them at this hotel. As for the swimming pool, it took sometimes a couple of minutes to arrange sunbed in a shade, or a space in the outdoors tents by the swimming pool, but the swimming pools themselves are spacy and not crowded (in spite of a fully sold hotel). There are three of them. In regard to the food. I can only say, tasty and plenty of varieties in the standard ALSHAMS restaurant. Then, there are the other choices of Lebanese, Mexican ..etc, but in those, you need to notify the "customer service" person near the reception a day ahead. Then off course, there is the pizza, salad bar, fruits and drinks served by the pool. So, no, you will not be hungry or thirsty. The customer service desk (near the reception) as very eager to help with any concerns or questions. Mr. Ahmed Gamal, went out of his way to solve my internet in the rooms issue, and provided a free of charge DATA SIM card (with 6GB data) to be able to use the internet in the room. As for the Hotel location, it is amazing. The walking zone (Almamsha) is right outside of the hotel. Yes, it is a bit high on prices, but you can take a left turn away from the walking zone and within 300 meters you will be in a more public area. Overall, a great resort to sped a week with family.

Well, as some of the previous comments have mentioned, yes, the hotel is aging. It shows in the room furniture (but it is really doable), and also in the bathrooms (where it is a bit more noticeable and annoying). The hotel is working on renovating the rooms, but it is a slow process. The other issue is the internet in the rooms. It seems like this complain is also from many other hotels. The internet is available only in the lobby. But, as I mentioned in the positive notes, the "customer Service" desk availed me a DATA SIM card which provided an internet in the room (a bit, slow at some times, but better than none.

We had a lovely stay and a wonderful quality time. The sea and beach are among the best in Hurghada, and food and drinks were available all day. Special thanks to Mr. Reda and Mr. Sayed for their kindness and great cooperation.

The room was clean however the bathroom needs renovation.

I had an upgrade upon arrival which made my day. The staff were amazing and I received my room immediately on my arrival. The food is great with lots of variety

Absolutely nothing

Everything in the hotel and everyone - receptionist, room service, waiters - were more than perfect. The receptionist Boules who received us on our arrival made sure to have us checked in as soon as possible. A fresh basket was sent to our room on arrival . Mr Reda was really helpful, checked that our stay was comfortable; easily granted us a late checkout when he knew that our transportation back to Cairo would be late. The waiters - all extremely friendly and hospitable - in all the restaurants, cafes and bars did not wait to be asked for a drink, they actually came forward to offer help; despite the fact that the place was crowded over the weekend. As for the food, having stayed in so many in Hurghada in the last 20 years; never had I found the lunch served in an all inclusive offer so variant, abundant and of more than excellent quality. In addition of course to the breakfast and dinner which served various dishes of the best quality. As for the sandy beach sea; well, it was so relaxing and inviting.

May be the bathrooms needs more of looking after and more disinfectants.

La struttura è su una strada dove ci sono parecchi negozietti per lo shopping ma è un po lontana dal centro. Lo staff purtroppo deve ancora migliorare: non rispettano il cliente , il signor ahmed che mi doveva aiutare non mi ha aiutato per niente qualunque cosa gli chiedevo mi diceva di farla dal telefonino per non parlare dell'agenzia di safari che mi ha consigliato🤦‍♂️.I ristoranti sono discreti. Sulla spiaggia i lettini sono comodi ma il mare non ha barriera.

La piscina è grande ma i posti con le sdraio sono molto vicini e ci sono tantissimi uccelli di grosse dimensioni che si litigano per mangiare i resti del cibo sui tavolini: risultato ti devi allontanare altrimenti arrivano su di te: non molto igienico. I bagni sono in pessime condizioni e la stanza è abbastanza datata.

La recepție ești întâmpinat de un personal zâmbitor care știu și alte limbi străine nu doar cea locală.Cu toate că am ajuns dimineață la 3:30 am fost îndrumată spre a lua un mic dejun care m-a surprins pentru Sharm el Se heik nu a fost valabil. Camera a fost mai mult decât suficientă pentru sejur. Curățenia este așa cum ar trebui să fie. Orice lipsa aveți sau nelămuriri se iau măsuri într-un timp rapid. Restaurantul are o mare varietate de mâncăruri pentru toate gusturile. Barurile de la terasa, pool și în lobby au băuturi de toate tipurile, cu sau fara alcool, cocteiluri etc. Dacă mergeți în tururi puteți cere mic dejun cat și la check out de dimineață devreme. Nu foarte departe de centru. Magazinele din hotel au preturile mai mici că cele de afara pentru suveniruri, creme și i alte nevoi personale . İncercati să vă uitați prima dată în incintă după care puteți face diferența. Dacă revin tot acest hotel îl aleg. Preț, calitate și confort in egală măsură. Vă mulțumesc pentru un sejur minunat!

الغرفة قديمة وغير جيدة، الحمام متهالك وهناك خرطوم كان بينقط، نظافة الغرفة لم تكن جيدة وعندما طلبت ان يتم تنظيفها لم تنظف جيدا، عندما طلبت تغيير المناشف كانت هناك صعوبة في الامر وانتظرت اكثر من ثلاث ساعات، التليفون الداخلي كان لا يعمل، الغرفة لا يوجد بها مناديل الا بالطلب والعفش والتجهيزات في الغرفة سيئة

Notre séjour à SIVA était magnifique, nous avons adoré tout, que ce soit l’hôtel, la vue, la nourriture, tout était parfait. Une mention spéciale à Ahmed qui nous a beaucoup aidé, et qui était d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, je recommande très fortement cet hôtel.

Les chambres été assez vielle, la propreté laisse fortement à désirer, les draps et serviette on été changer 1 fois en 8 jours malgres la demande, le sol laisser également à désirer, les repas sont toujours les mêmes.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort and found it to be the perfect place to unwind and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The food selection was excellent, with plenty of variety and something to suit every taste. The bars were also fantastic, with a great atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. I was equally impressed with the hotel’s amenities, which made the stay convenient, relaxing, and enjoyable.
