One thing that might be improved is when we asked for pack food for our breakfast the choices are limited. Only breads, croissants, eggs and fruits.

The facilities were wonderful. We enjoyed strolling along the boardwalk on the edge of the beach.

Would have liked an adult only pool given the fact that they had kids pool.

Balcony with view. Interior smelled amazing. Airconditioned corridors. Beautiful pool and kids pool was great too. Choice of places to eat.

The drinks prices :( 155k for a vodka and 35k for Soda

The hotel was a little worn but in good condition considering it's age. It was VERY clean and the staff were VERY polite and friendly. I thought the hotel offered good value for money and room rate included a huge buffet breakfast each morning. Recommend getting a room on 3rd or 4th floor for a better view and privacy.

Rooms Getting tired our aircon was really noisy the first night, but they fixed it and lots better the next night

Hotel was goed toegankelijk. Alleen hebben ze geen aangepaste kamer. Je moet dan wel als roller kunnen staan en passen lopen om in en uit de douche te komen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Dat de bedden al vroeg door gasten worden “gereserveerd” terwijl aangegeven is dat dit niet is toegestaan.

A big hotel type resort with great location and facilities. 2 nice pools. 1 great for kids and a more relaxed quieter pool area with plenty of space in the shade and sun loungers in both areas. Not a place if you are looking for a balinese experience. We booked for a few days knowing this so no complaints from us.

We were in a renovated room overlooking the entrance on the 3rd of 4 floors. Stand out points smooth and fast check in friendly and helpful staff -everywhere. This is a well run hotel. Multi events during our stay. Truthfully this resort stay isn’t our thing but I only have awesome things to say. Nice coffee served to the table at the super busy Breakfast. Soft beds and great pillows.

Location was great right on beach and relatively quiet area. Pool was nice. Breakfast, meals and drinks were excellent.

Bed was a bit hard. Some areas of resort like balcony and bathroom need some repairs.

Breakfast was outstanding. Pool was excellent. Beach was clean and tidy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were always polite, friendly and helpful.

Didn't like the rude inconsiderate people that would put towels on the pool lounges then disappear for hours at a time.'

Fabulous beach front location. Night time entertainment was enjoyable whilst sitting at the beach front bar. Good proximity to local restaurants.

The ease of it everything’s there. Pool towels were easy. The day beds by the pool. Ordering to your room from the pool bar. Food was good. So many options for breakfast.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like.

The position of the hotel is good. Given its by the beach in the quieter area of Sanur. The breakfast is good if you arrive around 8am ish, not if you arrive around 9am as its very crowded and its hard to get a table then. ,

The room we had was terrible its smelt terribly and we think it was a health hazard as it smelt like old mould. The floor lifted up as we walked on it making lots of noise and it does appear like it would be mouldy under the floor. We were sick the whole time we were in it. We asked to change rooms after seeing on other reviews similiar complaints. But given they still let people stay in the room in this condition I would not stay in this hotel again.

Was a little too far from the main road but Grab solved that problem. Grab cost around aus $1.20 to get to main part of Sanur….. most wait time for Grab was 5 minutes

Refrigerator was so old making a lot of noise, had to turn off AC was also very noisy old had to turn off

Rooms are Old, You have to fight for a chair by the pool. Being woken at 5am by room service delivering a chocolate cake that we did not order

The pool is great however you cannot find a pool chair people put their towels down and leave for hours. They say they monitor it but they definitely do not.

The food at the restaurants and pizza were not so good . Our fourth time here . This time it has dropped its standard definitely not a 5star as they claim. The concierge Addie was rude the others were very nice. The receptionists were also not as friendly as they use to be. We asked to be moved because of mould . Speaking to other guests it is a common occurrence. The spa is hit and miss who you get.

Certaine personne mettait leurs serviettes sur les chaises longues et eux n'était pas là. La piscine pour adultes devrait rester une piscine pour adultes et ils ne devrait pas autoriser les enfants qui sautent et éclabousses les gens vraiment très désagréable

Our 3rd stay at Prama - we love this accommodation. Great to be on the beach and very handy to everything. Breakfast is delicious and staff very friendly. We got a room upgrade ands was a lovely bonus for our stay!

Overcrowded at breakfast time. Standing in que to wait for food. At times no tables available

We stayed here for 1 night and was very impressed by the hotel. Our room was spacious even with an extra bed for my child. We asked for an iron which arrived quickly. They let us have the room for a little longer as our flight wasn't until the evening. We used the pool all day and showered in the gym which was fine. The pool is great for children. It's right on a quiet beach with some lovely restaurants.

Ive stayed at this hotel many times. Each time ive always had a wonderful stay. Staff very friendly, amenities excellent and perfect location

Buffet breakfast and poolside and other restaurants for lunch and dinner. Location to beachfront as well as street cafes bars and restaurants. Beautiful gardens. Cleanliness of room and service if needed extras. Medical clinic on site.

Monitor guests who place their belongings on poolside lounges early and are barely by the pool

Room smells mouldy very strongly. Asked for forks and spoons via reception call but never got them.

We had a great stay at the Prama the location is great. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. It was also very good value for the money.

Beachfront was amazing. Pools are fantastic. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff were fantastic. Restaurants all around and the buffet breakfast had it all

Rooms a bit run down

Location was fantastic. Direct beach access. Two beautiful big pools. It had everything you need in one resort, a few restaurants, a cafe, some gift shops, a great gym and entertainment. And the staff were exceptional.

Location and clean

We upgraded when we got there, but didn’t receive the upgrade, had to complain to get the upgrade we had already payed for. Started crap but did get better after that
