Great value for the price The breakfast has a choice of western and Chinese food and some items rotate so that there is always something else. There is also a freshly prepared food station where the staff cooks breakfast for you (Suzhou noodles and wonton soups in our case). The apartments are big and the curtains block the light well.

The windows don’t block the whole sound and the sofa beds aren’t the most comfortable but doable when sleeping alone.

I recently stayed here, and I have to say, these serviced apartments are fantastic. The location is perfect, situated in a new area of the city. Everything was super clean and brand new, and they had all the amenities you need inside. It was really quiet, and the view from the window was excellent. The staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The bed was super comfortable, too. Overall, I felt like everything was top-notch - way better than anywhere else I’ve stayed. Recommend to others.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, well equipped for our long stay. The breakfast buffet is very good. The hotel is situated next to a beautiful park and within walking distance to the major commerical district.

The Location is simply great, very convenient to visit the most interesting sightsees in Suzhou city. The hotel personal was very helpful on many occasions and supported me when I needed. They also gave me some delicious fruits as complementary treat to comfort my staying.

First: The access to the residential complex where the Hotel is located is completely blocked at its two entrance gates, north and south, by strict checkpoints operated by the guards. These guards, who do not speak a single word of English, refused to let me in using extremely rude, aggressive, and arrogant manner, even though I showed them my hotel access card several times. This is absolutely absurd, considering that I had already been staying at the hotel for two days. Only thanks to the kind intervention of a resident of the complex was I finally allowed to enter the hotel. An ABSURD situation. Second: Many things are only in Chinese without any English word so take Google translate with you.

Staff are nice. Located in a tranquil area but near to two different lines of subway, very convenient transportation.

Excellent location (near two metro lines). Breakfast is great too. Very helpful and kind staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

The breakfast was very good and varied. There was nothing that I wanted that was not available.

There could have been a washing machine. Given it was an aparthotel, I would have expected to do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service.

The hall offer cucumber lemon water and coffee for free, and free water can also be found in the gym and the laundry room. They have professional wash machine and dry machine, I loved it, a little expensive to use 3€ each, but it's worth, especially when one is on trip being able to do laundry is great place. I don't feel it as an hotel, but more like a long stay accomodations, I strongly recommend it for anyone that have to stay for long time this is an amazing accomodations, they are basically renting apartment with bedroom, kitchen and a living room with all the appliances and travelers welcome kit, plus they provide 2 bottle of water every day. They are amazing. I don't advise getting the breakfast included in the room price, because there are many option near the hotel that offer very tasty dishes for cheap prices But I didn't know that I so I got breakfast with my room, I can say they are very good cook everything was tasty and pleasant, with good variety of salty and sweet choice 👍🏼 The view from my room was nice, and the distance to nearby attraction was okay. Staff is really friendly and helpful and professional. PS: they also got automated Toilet 🚽 seat, with warm and bidet function, it's was strange at beginning, but very cool addition.

The picture are always much better than reality, the hotel was fine, and I am satisfied with my room, but from the booking picture the expectations were much higher.

Great location, close to two subway lines and many restaurants and shops at nearby Shihuifang. Very comfortable interior, basically a modern apartment, clean and cozy with a kitchen, living room, bathtub and bedroom. Great staff with good communication skills. Gym, though very basic, was a nice touch. Appreciated on-site laundry room.

Location is perfect, walking distance from the downtown. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and can speak good English.

Staff couldn´t be more kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, as well as the bed. Good bathroom, separated from the toilet. Great view to the Dongfang zhi men. Good breakfast with Chinese and Western options. It´s beside to a park, just a few minutes away from a very good market.

I was very satisfied, the property is even better than I expected.

Location and the surrounding view , main thing is this hotel is surrounded by greenery and parks so it feels good to live here.

The property is a bit hard to get to if you don’t know the area. Every time you want in a guard has to open the gate since the hotel is located in a residential area. Two complaints is that the shower head is very unstable and would move often while showering thus spraying water all over the floor. Also the WiFi was slow and I ended up using my own data.

We stayed there for 15+ days and its third time we are booking the same hotel and were impressed by its exceptional customer service and clean and spacious rooms , breakfast cuisine and moreover have the cooking options in the room itself.

the design, the plant in the room, the mattress was so confortable and most of all the view!!

This is an apart hotel. I would say that photos do not represent fairly what one will find there. The rooms are OK, but the rest of premises look really worn out. It is cold in January, but there is no heat there, and the ventilator (the heaters were kindly provided for me and my collegue as well as additional blankets). However, it was rather uncomfortable in the bathroom when you go to take a shower. Breakfast has limited options (chinese, no european food). We didn't find it at once, as it is located somewhat between residential buildings. There is 1 thing that is really stands out: at night wonderful view from the window looking at the Trade center. However, I am not sure if all the rooms have it. It is OK for a short stay, but bring warm clothes.

Kitchenette

The toilet was half-sized with a glass sliding door which was stuck & then v difficult to close.

Location and staff

The soft deck of the bathtub. It feels not solid there is a soft spot that makes me worried like it could break. The door between the toilet and kitchen are not functional. The gate is very inconvenient.

Daily cleaning services which is not available in Citadines Munich. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good coffee machine for self service at all times.

Pre-authorization payment which is more than the actual booking charge. The refund of the excess charges is still not credited after a week of checking out. Breakfast spread is unexciting. Very difficult for taxi to reach the main front entrance.

It is easy to access to underground and within walking distance to the lake front .

The gym facilities are limited.

The room was really big and comfortable, perfect for a longer stay. Towels and water were refreshed everyday which was an extra plus. The breakfast had great variety and fresh local dishes were made by the lovely ayi every morning. The location was also great in the centre of SIP.

The gym facilities could have been a bit better

I stayed here a few times on weekend leisure trips several years ago. This was my first return visit for a few years. I booked on the ASR app and got a very good price for the area that the hotel is in. Check in and check out were very simple with the helpful reception staff both speaking fluently in English. I needed a temporary registration form as I had just flown in that day and would be moving to a private house after this trip and would need the temporary registration form from the hotel. The reception staff were very accommodating in providing this. The rooms themselves are quite no frills but are fully functional with good air conditioning, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a very small bath with a shower over the bath. The toilet is the Japanese style bidet toilet. The beds in this hotel are only 1.5m wide and are fine for one person. It would be a squeeze for two larger persons to sleep in such a narrow bed. There is a 24 hour Family Mart less than a minutes walk from this hotel which is handy for picking up any supplies. The hotel provides two 500 ml bottles of water each day. I was asked if I wanted a high floor and if I wanted smoking or a non-smoking room. I had an excellent view over the nearby park which is nice for walking in.

The receptions desk are superb. Nice Coffee that kept me alive. The room are nice, 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. Very well set up kitchen, bathroom. Great TV channels and a nice balcony with lovely views. Special thanks to the welcoming desk receptions (Lady) who serve us super well at 4am, i am sorry that i dun remember her name. Thank you also to Abble, Travis and Kikky too who also serve us super well during the 5 days. There is a mini mart 2 minutes walking.

Please indicate the back entrance location, because the front door is an exit and no vehicles can enter. Because car can't enter from the front entrance and if you are having lots of luggage and with a wheelchair, with drivers who are not very nice, you will be drop at the roadside :) Here should be the correct drop point. Breakfast was good, i am vegetarian so did not found much option. over all rating is good including location, staff, cleanliness and ease to locate the hotel

there is nothing that i dont like, but yes improvement can be done if staff understands English well.

My room is very spacious with a washing-dry machine. Other facilities is good for daily use.
