Everything. The staff were extremely helpful in all areas like the reception, lounge, concierge and gym. The location of the hotel meant we were able to go around Suzhou with ease.

The rooms are large and very clean. The location is just perfect. Right next to the metro (underground) and next the trouser building. We had the executive lounge which was just fantastic. The staff and serve are top notch. Breakfast and the gym are also right up there.

Dinner at the hotel was slow to arrive.

Staff were professional and check in was fast. Room is very clean and spacious - location very convenient to nearby bars, shops, and restaurants. Close to Suzhou Center, etc. Bed very comfortable and nice views.

My partner wasn't pleased that there isn't a free laundry service and that the dryer wasn't very good.

位置很好，近地铁站及金鸡湖。服务还不错，房间温度高，空调不能调节，前台通知给开了点窗。

空调不能调节，只是通风，房间温度很高一直在25-26℃ 。只能提前退房了。

The room smelled really bad. Place is starting to get outdated.

Obiekt nie chciał wystawić F-ry. na miejscu. Twierdził że F-rę powinien wystawić booking.com, co nie jest prawdą. Po wielokrotnych prośbach, o f-rę po powrocie do Polski, dokumentu nie dostaliśmy.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was close to the metro and it was near Jinji lake. Breakfast was the best of the places we stayed at for our trip. The staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the place to stay at in Suzhou!

離地鐵站與金雞湖近，旁邊就是地下街餐飲選項多，早餐豐富，房間空間大。唯一抱怨入住時前台沒告知可使用行政酒廊。

Clean, comfortable, convenient, kind staff, good location.

I cannot find any dislike, except the breakfast menu is similar everyday. So if stay many days, it could be boring with the same menu. But the quality is good.

Bread by the Breakfast was old and hard. The cook wanted to make an Omelett, but after 10 min asking him, he forgot.

Hotel is located at business district and near to the favour lake.

Breakfast was great, lots of options for western taste; especially bread/pastry selections. Maybe 2-3 more types of cheese could have been better. Front desk personnel can speak English; sometimes hard to find in China. All hotel is very clean including pool facilities.

Location very handy close to metro and big new shopping Center on Jinjihu lake. Swimming pool, gym and exec lounge made my stay super relaxed and comfortable.Staff very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mark on front desk who helped organise cycling around the lake, cars to take me to and from Tongli water village and was always happy to help with any questions. thank you

Choice of in-house dinning limited compared to some other hotels I have stayed in, having said that so many good places to eat nearby so not a real problem

The large international breakfast buffet. Very closer to Metro line 1 station just about 150 m. English speaking front desk staff specially Mr. Mark He was a nice and helpful gentleman and he helped to book us taxied, wrote the way maps when we want to go somewhere and helped to book our next hotel at Beijing ( Fairfield by Marriott Haidian Beijing). Can give 7 stars for him out of 7.

Good if they can provide bath caps. All are excellent otherwise.

Location and staff are really good. Esp. the concierge guys (in particular Mark and Harry) are super friendly, very helpful and always try to find a way to please any request you have. Breakfast is ok(could vary a bit more often). A goody is the laundromat, which is very convenient if you stay longer time.

The rooms/facilities have aged a bit. during my last stay I had often some smell from the sewage pipes, that made it a bit uncomfortable. Very often their payment system seems to have issues, which is always a bit challenging.

First of all when i check in , the front desk staff told me the room type i booked is not available and she can offer a free upgrade to me to a executive room with bigger room size but the shower and bath tube are integrated. i was no choice but accepted the offer. Actually the room is big but the facilities are very old . 1. the freezer is like a display box w ligithing , it is totally not work and even hoter than room temperature. 2. As mentioned earlier , the shower and bath tube are integrated, the bath tube is quite hight so we need jump into the bath tube to take shower everytime . 3. the wifi is quite slow like 3 to 4 MB per sec. 4 the curtain not good enough to block the sunlight , so u will be wake up by sunlight in the morning around 6am . 5. the lighting inside the closet very funny , it suppose will turn off xx secs after close the door but it will actually keep turn on .. off .. on ..off in xx secs no matter the door is open or closed wnd the worse thing is it will sound "dic" everytime when the light is on or off. so u will hear dic ... dic ... dic .. dic .. whole night when u sleeping. Honestly the.location of the hotel is very good and convenience, it is very close to subway and biggest shopping mall but maybe it is time to revolute.

Returning Guests after almost a decade. In term of maintenance, it is rather well. Staff are friendly. The hotel is providing washing machines and dryers for guests to wash clothes with more affordable pricing. Certainly good location to travel with subway and walking distance to the lakeside for musical fountain, restaurants and East Gate shopping centre.

Breakfast time was rather challenging, perhaps hotel could have queuing/ numbering system to ease the food ordering corners like omelette, noodles, etc
